"Ansys - engineering simulation software"

What do you like best about Ansys VistaTF?

It is uses to create simulation that test a product's different properties. This would reduce the cost of product. We can increase the accuracy of the product in this software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ansys VistaTF?

I found biggest dislike thing in this software is that higher initial cost. Sometime don't give 100% accurate result. And also find a problem in a boundary condition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Ansys VistaTF:

I think ansys is best software for simulation and analysis. We reuce our cost and improve quality of product in this software. But i recommanded that you used this software in large project because it is very expensive software for small project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ansys VistaTF solving and how is that benefiting you?

We worked on the project which is related to seperate the solid and liquid waste. It is very improtant and large project for us. In this project first of all we need to check some properties of product so that we used ansys software for it. We know that ansys is best software for simulation and ansys so that we used this software. We measure temperature distribution, natural frequency and other properties. "Working with ANSYS Workbench: Transient thermal"

What do you like best about Ansys VistaTF?

The FEM solver is robust. The best part about workbench is that you can customize your simulation by writing scripts/commands in MAPDL. I have extensively used this feature for my research project. The meshing is also strong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ansys VistaTF?

I use the transient thermal solver. It is difficult to define material properties which are a function of multiple independent variables and not just temperatures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Ansys VistaTF:

There is good documentation of their algorithm which helps you understand the complete working of the solver and your resutls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ansys VistaTF solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am doing my doctoral research using the ANSYS solver. The GUI is very user friendly and they have strong convergence algorithm which is very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It enables direct transfer of designs to a throughflow analysis using it.

What do you like best about Ansys VistaTF?
