**What do you like best about Phoenix?**

I like how great the customer support staff is. My questions always get answered.

**What do you dislike about Phoenix?**

I don't liken it when emails from support go to spam.

**What problems is Phoenix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm Solving the problem of filtering out the bad claims from good claims. I realized I'm saving more money.

its very easy to use and very efficient.

**What do you dislike about Phoenix?**

there is no such dislike I do feel that their support department can work more on the feasibility

**What problems is Phoenix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

there have been so much helpful, it is very easy to process claims with the use of ClaimsPoint
