At the time, it was easy to use. It was heavily activity based and fairly intuitive. If you want to use open activities to control your workload, this is the way to go. However, in comparison to Epic, it is antequated in the way it looks and connects to other Applied-owned solutions. I do believe it is far superior to Vertafore's AMS system. TAM was reasonably easy to use and was not as overwhelming at first glance for new users as Epic can be. TAM has many capabilities and maybe a cost-efficient solution for smaller agencies.
