Amto ContractIQ offers is the use of anonymized contracts toward insights. It is very effective and sensitive in giving signals of potential risks and it also shows the areas that may require negotiation and I have my initial review saved. It does not appear to take into consideration the customized templates or language used in my company’s contracts. I particularly like how Amto ContractIQ is capable of using anonymized contracts for insights. What do you dislike about Amto ContractIQ? I found the approval process has a low fluidity. It does not have flow for handling the comments made by the reviewers as well as the final approval.
