The data that automatically populates when a student is connected to platform is very helpful. **What do you dislike about Amplio?** Glitches. Every week there are new updates and with all updates, there is a new issue. For Instance, when recording a student read the system will freeze and not collect accurate data. This has happened during a mastery check and the data was incorrect. Also when coding words, the platform is missing important coding such as suffix box, and the circumflex/dierisis do not line up above the letter in the correct way. **What problems is Amplio solving and how is that benefiting you?** I learn something new every time I use the platform, and I really use the resources tab frequently. I rely solely on the platform due to not having any materials in person, so I use the resource tab multiple times during the day. This curriculum is extensive and I am new to Dyslexia 2021, so I often refer to the Resourcesf tab to make sure I am following the program as intended. **Official Response from Ange Knox:** > Thanks Hallie! Also, that the lesson plans are already available for the interventionists and allows them to take the "guessing" out of what they are going to teach. The ability to add session notes is also a great feature, and that on the teacher screen everything is scripted for them to ensure they are giving the students the right information. One other thing that is great about this platform are the follow-up PD/Zoom sessions that are provided for the teachers. I wish there was more of that on the admin side. **What do you dislike about Amplio?** The thing that I most hate about Amplio is the admin side. The only thing as an administrator that we are allowed to do is upload/delete students and teachers. We are not able to see any data or log into any sessions to see the students and teachers in action. **What problems is Amplio solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have had a few meetings with reps from Amplio about the concerns that I have about the admin side of the program and they have been very helpful in ensuring that all of this information is being sent to the right people. **Official Response from Ange Knox:** > Hi Natasha! It has made virtual learning very convenient and less stressful for the students. **What do you dislike about Amplio?** The con that we have encountered is the lack of challenge for some students in the higher grade levels. They get frustrated because they say that the work is for babies. **Recommendations to others considering Amplio:** n/a **What problems is Amplio solving and how is that benefiting you?** The benefits have been the students' success.
