**What do you like best about Amp Telecom?**

Lowest international call ratings compared to other providers.
Integration and compatibility with providers like Cisco.
Features like call monitoring and conference calls are very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Amp Telecom?**

There aren't anything significant that comes to my mind. But one of the things is that there is no Live chat functionality option. Apart from that everything is good

**What problems is Amp Telecom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Call queueing, automated attendants and conference calls (call bridge) are primarily the features we are using.
The crystal clear calling is helping us solve our client problems.
