## About Amalati
Amalati is a visual planning and work management software that enables teams to be more efficient and productive by helping them focus only on work that takes them closer to their goals. Amalati utilizes two seamlessly integrated tools – 'trees' to create plans and tie to-dos into overarching goals and 'boards' to track and manage work. With trees, users plan by starting with their big idea/goal and walk down to the daily to-dos required to make them happen enabling every member of the team to know exactly how the work they do contributes to the overall success of the team and ensuring no second or dollar is spent on tasks that doesn’t lead to the accomplishment of team goals. Amalati is loaded with exciting features and can be employed for a wide range of business and personal purposes such as team management, team goal setting and management, budget management, sales funnel management, employee onboarding, creating employee handbooks, personal improvement planning, planning a party etc. Amalati is also a very intuitive tool with features like cascading status and tags to make organizing your plans easier.

For a startup, Managing the projects and teams are preety tough, Amalati helps to make it easy using Tree method

Everything is going well so far, So no discouragement

As I mentioned earlier helping us in managing remote teams and hierarchy as well as product management
