When I have issues, support through the website was responsive and thorough. 

**What do you dislike about Alliance Phones?**

The interface is a little plain with few bells and whistles 

**Recommendations to others considering Alliance Phones:**

I used alliance phone for years to run my landscaping business and worked perfect. 

**What problems is Alliance Phones solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was able to set up the phone system to do all of the great things VoIP systems do, like, find me/follow me, faxing, in and out, Auto attendants, etc.
