**What do you like best about AllClients?**

AllClients is the best CRM for small to medium-sized businesses like ours. As a real estate marketing firm, we don't have the complex conversion criteria or large volume of client leads that bigger firms manage, so this platform works perfectly for us.

All of our leads stay in one place, making follow-ups and conversation tracking easy. We can also send emails directly from the CRM to our clients. The visual representation of leads makes it much easier to monitor progress and manage opportunities efficiently.

The well-organized client repository and user-friendly case monitoring functions stand out greatly. It gathers all security consulting records, risk evaluation projects and follow-up remarks into one unified workspace. Its inherent data protection mechanisms fully conform to GDPR and German privacy laws, a core requirement for our local security business. Team members can jointly edit and check case materials smoothly without duplicated or conflicting data entries.

**What do you dislike about AllClients?**

No dedicated document templates are available for risk probe and internal inspection work. Its data analytics capacity remains limited and cannot produce professional customized risk reports. Interconnection with in-house threat monitoring systems is not fluent enough. Meanwhile, flexible access grouping for confidential case archives needs improvement to meet rigorous local security management criteria.

The best thing about this platform is its simplicity it brings contact management follow up email marketing lead nurturing and all basic marketing automation tools everything under a single platform which is way easier to use for our business, this platform do not lead to be dependent on any multiple disconnected tools to manage leads customers and event campaigns also another thing I like about this platform is its very practical for business whose heavily relying on follow ups and their features like automated email campaigns workflows landing page and other lead capture tools are made very much consistent with customer communication this product also highlights free data migration and us based support which is very helpful for our team and their hands on assistant during setup is also exceptional.

One limitation in this platform I would say they are not as modern or advanced as others your CRM platforms out there teams are looking for highly advanced analytics deep integration and complex sales automation or even very modern user at face this platform somewhat feels bit limited another drawback in this platform is some of their addons can increase the total cost for example outlook integration and additional contact and more user and extra email credits are hiking up the price when we move to have it chudasi CRM is simple and useful but their pricing structure should be used wisely to scale it up.

This platform helps us by solving the problem of scattered customer information and inconsistent follow rather than managing contacts and spreadsheet email inbox and separate marketing tools this platform helps our business to keep all the contact leads communication campaign and follow ups everything in a single ecosystem and also their biggest benefit is better organization and consistency it helped us by ensuring leads are captured nurtured and follow up like automatically and consistently overall this reduces the chance of missing potential customer and saves time for all businesses or even sales team cross functional communication between sales and marketing team has been made effective as well.

Im a very happy guy and customer hard to make me dislike anything really.  i do struggle on the ease of use, im a little slow when it comes to technology so i do ask it be a little easier to use.

**What do you like best about AllClients?**

First, the service:   amazing at helping me. Always there.  I was with another CRM FRO 24 years. Major one... Nightmare. But Allclients is great. The program is fast, everything you need to market is included.  The price is fabulous.  All the features are great, but the service stands out.  Easy to use, tuitorials help you learn quickly.  I have referred a number of professionals to AC, and they love it also.

**What do you dislike about AllClients?**

I would like to have a filter for the activities such as looking up only specific activities. The history tend to get to long.  Also, a timeline for the seach would be nice. Other than that, it has everything you needs.

**What problems is AllClients solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Very few problems  do I encounter, and usually they are simple. However, whenever i do need help, within 24 hours they reach out to me and get it resolved.

**What do you like best about AllClients?**

The menu system with AllClients is so easy to understand that you can find what you're looking for very quickly. every task within the system is also very quick and easy to do, such as making a landing page in a 2 minutes, create an entire email out of responder series in 5 minutes as well as record phone extensions for marketing listings or any other niche specific item very quick very easily. It will save you time and money starting on Day One i'm serious. Also customer service is very quick to respond and knowledgeable and friendly. Jen Brown is great to work with.

**What do you dislike about AllClients?**

I would like to be able to add more custom fields Less limitations on the amount of custom field types or items in a drop down menu etc. Out the box outbound calling phone integration would be great With some type of predictive dryling system or something like phone burner.

**What problems is AllClients solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How many of the repetitive tasks and repetitive emails and text messages that we send can be built out and templated in the system and have mail merge fields so that you can even do bulk messaging but customize to a large amount of your contacts. Building out the email templates and building them out as auto responders and also full workflows saves us time on every contact and make sure that they have a consistent feeding of valuable targeted information that they want and need. And all the things like how your sources or the tags that you have and can create make it so you can get very granular on your data to send out very customized information or phone calls

**What do you like best about AllClients?**

All Clients is a very simple CRM to use. The possibilities are endless and you can keep it as simple or make it as robust as you prefer based on your business needes.

**What do you dislike about AllClients?**

I don't know if there is anything I dislike about All Clients. The one thing maybe it could use is an overall tutorial on the basic best practices for certain fields such as Realtors and Loan Originators as to what to do to set up basic functionality. Since AC is kind of a blank canvas when you start using it, it can be a little overwhelming to create your functionality and work flows from scratch. But there is no fascet about All Clients that I think is negative. To the contrary, I've been a loyal user since about 2010.

**What problems is AllClients solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All Clients solves my day to day lead or closed customer contact needs. I do have a company recommended CRM for my e-mail campaigns but since companies can change CRM's or can also go out of business I wanted somethign that never moved, which I can set up my contact algorithyms with the contacts in my database regardlesss of whether I just received them as a new lead or they're a repeat customer. Since All Clients has always been with me through any company or company CRM changes, I never have to worry about my process being somehow lost if I changed companies or if my company changed CRM's and I had to learn a new system. All Clients is a contant and it's always evolving and becoming even better.

It is very much simple to use as it does not take much effort to make understand its features and anyone can do different work simultaneously. The contact list is available where many contacts can be added here along with their DOB, email id, full name etc. Dashboard is also available which makes it so useful too.

I think there is nothing to dislike about this CRM. This is so so much easy and most convenient to use. It provides 14 days trial which is very less. At least 30 days trial pack should be there like other providers.

It is a very much easy CRM to use. It helps our team to achieve the goal on time. It also helps us to make a to-do plan list, Keep an important contact list, Dashboard helps us to get quick information, email templates, and birthday reminders help us to communicate the clients on time. It is a very much useful and easy to use CRM. Our team members found it very convenient to use. It gives a very good experience while using this. It provides Dashboard where anyone can manage their client's details very easily. Different tabs provide different features to use it.

There is nothing to dislike about this amazing platform. The only thing that I do not like is it is paid and it provides only 14-day trial days. It should be free for all. So that anyone can use it.

This platform is so so much useful as it solves many of our problems like managing the dashboard, making to-do plans, voice and SMS, preparation of customer reports like contact and email reports etc. Overall it helps a lot to me and my team in our work.

**What do you like best about AllClients?**

In my opinion and taking under consideration what I see, this is designed for small businesses; they have several tools, all of them at the same place. Using this, it is more than possible be saving a couple of bucks, compared to buy each of those tools individually.

The team provides information, and they have a newsletter that brings valuable information to you, and they do it repeatedly.

So many options, it should be complex and challenging to use it, but they found a way to not having it in that way.

**What do you dislike about AllClients?**

This is personal, the price, truth has to be said, they provide so many tools but in my specific case I do not use them all, I do not have so much money, and 25 USD seems for me to be a more significant amount of money.

**Recommendations to others considering AllClients:**

For a group of people, the price can be a little bit expensive, especially for people who do not live in the united states of America.  You guys have people located and different parts of the world, thanks to the functionality of this application.

But at the same time for  that isn't very easy due to the currency have a problem with the price. in Latin America is way more complex to use that amount for an application

Management problems at the end of the day, having everything on this system to be evaluated is excellent.

Before this everything was a mess.

- Contact detail screen contains so many features, the screen can be improved from a User interaction/design perspective.
- Landing pages can be customizable so users can utilize more and more

This is a pretty easy system to jump into without training. It's pretty intuitive and easy to get used to. I liked I felt pretty confident in showing the system to the rest of my team after very minimal time in there.

It doesn't seem to have as many options for making it a unique experience per client. If you have clients in different industries then they may have differerent needs. That can be hard to capture in the system itself.

I use the software to manage our company contacts and all our customers and suppliers in general. It is very easy to find existing contacts and add new ones. The calendar function is very helpful to assign appointments to existing contacts (there is an automatic connection here).

**What do you dislike about AllClients?**

The to-do-list still shows past appointments on the current day - after one day the entered appointments are unfortunately completely deleted and are nowhere visible anymore.

We only have one software to manage all our company contacts. It is very helpful and replaces our manual phone book and also the traditional appointment calendar. We are also satisfied with the newsletter function and the reports help us to have an overview of the total number of registered contacts.

It allows you to develop as you go.  It's very innovative and up to date.  With the phone app, the to do list, the automated campaigns, endless video training, excellent customer service and the affordability of the product you cant go wrong in your business.  If you are looking to double or triple your business use ALLCLIENTS!!!!

I will say that the price is very reasonable.

**What do you dislike about AllClients?**

The email system is ok, but the landing page builder is my biggest issue. It’s not customizable AT ALL, you can’t even design the layout to align with best practices on LP design (having the button below the gold, for one example). It’s not designed to integrate with modern marketing tactics: for example, you can’t install the Facebook pixel properly without hacking into the code (which you’re not supposed to be able to do, but I found a work-around). There’s not even a place created to put the event code, which is crucial in getting the pixel to work correctly! I had to link to a separate LP to hack into the code to install the event code: it shouldn’t be that hard. It doesn’t integrate with most reputable  modern digital marketing tools. It’s just not a great system.

**Recommendations to others considering AllClients:**

If you want an affordable email system, this might work for you. But if you want to integrate with modern marketing tools or do anything more than that, I’d suggest another product. 

**What problems is AllClients solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It does allow you to create an email drip system for an affordable cost, so if you don’t need the landing page builder, it might work for you. And again, the cost is the biggest benefit; overall the system is outdated and clunky.
