**What do you like best about AllClients?**

I use AllClients to manage my customer contacts and track communication. It helps me stay organized and follow up with clients easily. The platform is simple and user-friendly. AllClients helps me solve the problem of managing multiple clients and keeping track of communication. Now everything is organized in one place, which saves time and improves my workflow. What I like most about AllClients is its simplicity and ease of use. The interface is clean and user-friendly, which makes it easy to manage clients and track communication. I especially like the follow-up and reminder features, as they help me stay organized and never miss important tasks. The follow-up and reminder features help me stay on top of my tasks by notifying me when I need to contact clients or take action. Earlier, I used to forget important follow-ups, but now I get timely reminders, which improves my communication and helps me maintain better relationships with clients. It also saves time and keeps my workflow organized. The most effective aspect of the follow-up and reminder features is the timely notifications and the ability to schedule follow-ups in advance. It helps me stay consistent with my communication and ensures that no client is forgotten. For example, when I have multiple clients, I can set reminders for each one, and it notifies me at the right time to follow up. This has helped me maintain better relationships and respond more professionally without missing deadlines. It integrates well into my workflow and helps me keep everything organized in one place. The initial setup was very easy and straightforward. It didn’t take much time to get started, and the interface made it simple to understand how everything works. I was able to set up my account and start managing clients without any difficulty.

**What do you dislike about AllClients?**

While AllClients is very useful, there are a few areas that could be improved. The interface could be made a bit more modern, and adding more customization options for reminders and dashboards would make it even better. Sometimes, improving speed and adding more integrations with other tools could also enhance the overall experience.

I use AllClients to manage customer contacts and track communication. It organizes everything in one place, saving time and improving workflow. The follow-up and reminder features ensure I don't miss tasks, enhancing client relationships and communication.

**What do you like best about AllClients?**

I use AllClients to keep my client information organized and to stay on top of my follow-ups. It helps me track conversations, manage leads, and keep everything in one place, saving me from juggling different tools. I appreciate the built-in email automation because it takes a lot of manual work off my plate. Instead of having to remember when to follow up with each client, I can set up automated sequences to go out at the right time. What I like most about AllClients is how simple and easy it is to use. The initial setup was fairly easy and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about AllClients?**

The design or the interface does not seem modern at all. The dashboard could be more modern and customizable and not as rigid as it is. Better search functionality.

The customer support is the main thing to me and i really like the ease of implementation.  Ive been using all clients for a few months and love it.

**What do you dislike about AllClients?**

Im a very happy guy and customer hard to make me dislike anything really.  i do struggle on the ease of use, im a little slow when it comes to technology so i do ask it be a little easier to use.

**What problems is AllClients solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Im using this every single day and im super happy with them it is saving me time and effort in all facits of my daily work day

The interface is simple, and setting up email automation and follow-ups didn’t require much learning. It saves a lot of time on repetitive tasks, and everything is in one place.

The integrations are somewhat limited compared to more advanced platforms. It works well for core needs, but if you rely heavily on multiple external tools, you might feel some gaps.

**What do you like best about AllClients?**

We have been using AllClients for almost 10 years now and it continues to be one of the most intuitive CRM platforms on the market.

Our team loves how easy it is to navigate the system and customize features to fit our business needs and goals. This has made our agency run more efficiently and effectively. 

Their customer support team is amazing (Thanks Jen!!) and we appreciate their dedication to providing fast, high-quality customer service. We also love how they continue to listen to our ideas for their platform and are willing to work with their programmers to implement them when they can. They are truly are dedicated to supporting their clients and providing a service that helps small businesses grow and thrive.

We have been so happy with the results and experience with AllClients! Highly recommend!

The service is easy to use and manage, and the client support is fabulous. I have appreciated the rapport built up with Jen. It has provided our folks with spiritual resources not otherwise available to them.

Some folks do not like having to choose among menu options.

**What problems is AllClients solving and how is that benefiting you?**

During the pandemic, we wanted to provide worship services for people without computers or cell phones. We also wanted to provide for people with reading disabilities. Now, even our homebound members can hear the sermon, service, or scriptures at their convenience and without cost to them.

**What do you like best about AllClients?**

First, the service:   amazing at helping me. Always there.  I was with another CRM FRO 24 years. Major one... Nightmare. But Allclients is great. The program is fast, everything you need to market is included.  The price is fabulous.  All the features are great, but the service stands out.  Easy to use, tuitorials help you learn quickly.  I have referred a number of professionals to AC, and they love it also.

**What do you dislike about AllClients?**

I would like to have a filter for the activities such as looking up only specific activities. The history tend to get to long.  Also, a timeline for the seach would be nice. Other than that, it has everything you needs.

**What problems is AllClients solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Very few problems  do I encounter, and usually they are simple. However, whenever i do need help, within 24 hours they reach out to me and get it resolved.

**What do you like best about AllClients?**

The menu system with AllClients is so easy to understand that you can find what you're looking for very quickly. every task within the system is also very quick and easy to do, such as making a landing page in a 2 minutes, create an entire email out of responder series in 5 minutes as well as record phone extensions for marketing listings or any other niche specific item very quick very easily. It will save you time and money starting on Day One i'm serious. Also customer service is very quick to respond and knowledgeable and friendly. Jen Brown is great to work with.

**What do you dislike about AllClients?**

I would like to be able to add more custom fields Less limitations on the amount of custom field types or items in a drop down menu etc. Out the box outbound calling phone integration would be great With some type of predictive dryling system or something like phone burner.

**What problems is AllClients solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How many of the repetitive tasks and repetitive emails and text messages that we send can be built out and templated in the system and have mail merge fields so that you can even do bulk messaging but customize to a large amount of your contacts. Building out the email templates and building them out as auto responders and also full workflows saves us time on every contact and make sure that they have a consistent feeding of valuable targeted information that they want and need. And all the things like how your sources or the tags that you have and can create make it so you can get very granular on your data to send out very customized information or phone calls

**What do you like best about AllClients?**

All Clients is a very simple CRM to use. The possibilities are endless and you can keep it as simple or make it as robust as you prefer based on your business needes.

**What do you dislike about AllClients?**

I don't know if there is anything I dislike about All Clients. The one thing maybe it could use is an overall tutorial on the basic best practices for certain fields such as Realtors and Loan Originators as to what to do to set up basic functionality. Since AC is kind of a blank canvas when you start using it, it can be a little overwhelming to create your functionality and work flows from scratch. But there is no fascet about All Clients that I think is negative. To the contrary, I've been a loyal user since about 2010.

**What problems is AllClients solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All Clients solves my day to day lead or closed customer contact needs. I do have a company recommended CRM for my e-mail campaigns but since companies can change CRM's or can also go out of business I wanted somethign that never moved, which I can set up my contact algorithyms with the contacts in my database regardlesss of whether I just received them as a new lead or they're a repeat customer. Since All Clients has always been with me through any company or company CRM changes, I never have to worry about my process being somehow lost if I changed companies or if my company changed CRM's and I had to learn a new system. All Clients is a contant and it's always evolving and becoming even better.
