What do you dislike about ALIGN: Practice Management Software?

The portal has not been easy for patients to use. They often don't fill out the intake forms with the initial email prompt as they have trouble for some reason. I'd say every other new patient runs into an issue so right now that's quite a bit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
