  ### 1. Seamless Research-to-Writing, But the Workflow Won’t Fit Everyone

**What do you like best about Airstory?**

We do a lot of scientific literature research. The challenge is that sometimes the amount of information is overwhelming, yet the document still feels empty.
What I like most about Airstory is that I can save research as “cards,” keep everything organized in one place, and then drag them directly into the presentation. It basically connects research with writing seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about Airstory?**

The most frustrating thing is that Airstory is built around its own structured system (cards, drag-and-drop). 
While my thought process is organized that way, it isn't for everyone, and there is resistance around this process in my team.

**What problems is Airstory solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem is that my team collect ideas, stats, and sources across different publications, docs, and apps about nutrient content and sources, but things get lost or duplicated.
Airstory centralizes research in one place and organizes it as  “cards” (quotes, ideas, references).
As a result, it takes less time to search for information and research across projects is used and cross-referenced better. And a spilled benefit is that nothing important gets missed anymore.

**What do you like best about Airstory?**

Writing it’s a fatiguing process. Especially for me, as English is not my first language. As a result, I have difficulties creating "selling" messages for Google Ads and Blog postings. I used to ask my native speaker friends... but that almost became a full-time job for some. Airstory eliminates guesswork and helps to write messages that convert. Using Airstory, I was able to get 7% conversion rate from Google ads. A result I could not get from friend-edited messages!

**What do you dislike about Airstory?**

I had trouble using it with Chrome as some plugins did not work. Safari did the trick, though. Also, I wouldn't say I like paying for something that comes "naturally" like language, but this app saves so much time it is worth paying for the service. 
And also, some learning curve was required.

**What problems is Airstory solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In short:
1. Speed. When you learn your way, the app speeds up post-writing. For me, it was days vs. hours. 
2. $$ - I do not need to hire professional writers.
3. Quality of writing. Using the clear, correct statement improved my conversion rate dramatically.
4. Formatting. I can create beautiful emails and output them as HTML.

**What do you like best about Airstory?**

I love that our team is able to access projects on a single platform rather than sending new versions back and forth. We also love using the copy feature.

**What do you dislike about Airstory?**

Does not run as smoothly on Firefox as it does on Chrome. Would be great to have identical abilities on each browser since part of our team are Firefox addicts.

**Recommendations to others considering Airstory:**

This product makes collaborative writing quick and easy. With the new features set to role out just after the new year, this product is definitely worth the investment and the change from your current writing platform.
