AionHRMS Reviews & Product Details

An attendance management system has three layers: capture (the biometric terminal or app that records who was present), rules (the shifts, grace periods, late penalties and leave that decide what a punch means), and outputs (the live register, the reports, and payroll). Most Indian offerings cover one layer — a machine with a report, or HR software with no serious device support. AionHRMS is the full chain: it captures from eSSL, ZKTeco and Realtime terminals at every branch, applies per-employee shift and late rules server-side, and computes shift-wise salary from the same punches — on an attendance platform
