It is easy for employees to use. **What do you dislike about AI TimeClock?** It doesn't show the employee name until after the punch is complete. This can cause issues if the employee mistakenly enters the wrong ID number. Would be helpful if the employee could see their current punch status (Clocked In or Clocked Out) based on their last punch. We currently use keyfobs with HID proximity technology for door access. There is a code/ID assigned to each employee that could be used as a badge number in UKG. A reader compatible with our fobs and RightPunch would be extremely helpful! **What problems is AI TimeClock solving and how is that benefiting you?** It forces employees to choose the position they are working in without having to go through additional steps. I simply log in and all of the information I need is readily available to me. I have had an issue in the past where I thought I punched into the wrong job because I mixed up the codes, however, I just logged into RightPunch and verified this information. If I did end up having to switch them and clock in again, I could easily do so. **What do you dislike about AI TimeClock?** The only thing I dislike about this software is the bunched up numbers and letters on the main screen. It was a little confusing when I first started to use this because I couldn't see the whole date or the time I punched in. However, I figured out you can easily see this information but you would have to click on a different screen. **Recommendations to others considering AI TimeClock:** My advice is to strongly consider this software! It is very helpful and informative and makes a huge difference in the work place. **What problems is AI TimeClock solving and how is that benefiting you?** The business problems we are solving include issues with clocking in and out and reviewing your hours or minutes for the day. Many employees want to physically see their number of hours worked in front of them rather than just on their paycheck, and this makes it very easy to do so. A few times in my experience I had to go clock out and clock back in under a different job but I had to wait 5 minutes or so before I was allowed to clock back in.
