What I love most about Aeroplicity is its uncompromising US FSM/logistics optimization. It's built exclusively for the unique challenges of American field operations, like FMCSA compliance and US geographic routing. The no-code, intuitive UI is great, allowing our US fleet/field managers to master it in just a few hours. The enterprise-grade real-time functionality is impressive too, helping us see real-time fleet visibility and geofencing alerts, which keeps our operations smooth. Features like real-time fuel and maintenance alerts and the AI-powered route engine have drastically cut our fleet downtime and reduced our fuel costs significantly. Aeroplicity also makes it easy to manage on-site tech teams with real-time work order status and technician availability updates, reducing our emergency service response time. Plus, the real-time customer status sync and team utilization tracking save a lot of admin time and boost customer satisfaction scores. Its ability to unify critical US workflows in one platform while providing lightweight global scalability is a major advantage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find the spotty regional cellular connectivity frustrating. Aeroplicity’s mobile app and IoT trackers work great with US networks like AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon, but they slow down or disconnect in remote APAC/EU areas where local network coverage is weaker. This causes our frontline teams to log work orders offline and sync data later, leading to delays and data entry errors. Also, the global setup adds a bit of friction due to the platform's US-centric design and shallow localization, taking 1-2 extra weeks to configure for APAC/EU regions.
