I find the spotty regional cellular connectivity frustrating. Aeroplicity’s mobile app and IoT trackers work great with US networks like AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon, but they slow down or disconnect in remote APAC/EU areas where local network coverage is weaker. This causes our frontline teams to log work orders offline and sync data later, leading to delays and data entry errors. Also, the global setup adds a bit of friction due to the platform's US-centric design and shallow localization, taking 1-2 extra weeks to configure for APAC/EU regions.
