**What do you like best about AdvisorTrac?**

Easy to find the appointment slots and one-click navigation makes it easier for users. Easy for counseling takers to check the previous conversations and reports generated by the counselors.

**What do you dislike about AdvisorTrac?**

Since it is recently that I have used this software, I will not be likely to say anything about dislikes.

**What problems is AdvisorTrac solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration with other tools.
