No one responds to emails, and their Facebook group has been inactive for over two quarters with no support or updates. Also, the tool itself feels incomplete: there are bugs, missing key features, limited reporting capabilities, and overall it feels abandoned by the team. This is super helpful and I love it the most because it gives me insights into where I can make changes to drive better ad results. In addition to this, It's super easy to use. I also love how you can take complete control on your spend budget and automate the process compeltely. 10/10 recommended! **What do you dislike about Adscook?** I've used the 159$ per month for my client in the past and that was a bit expensive since we are still a growing company. So yes they can maybe improve their pricing with some promotions other than that everything is just perfect! **What problems is Adscook solving and how is that benefiting you?** Adscook helps us with some amazing Ad templates that we use in our campaigns. In addition, we also get access to detailed reports helping us make changes to grow our business more. ### 4. It makes our work a lot easier by adding automated rules, and A/B testing ads, all with a very easy-to-use interface. It takes data directly from Facebook, and we can see the important metrics directly on the main dashboard, which allows us to make informed decisions. It has a good integration with Slack which is helpful for rules. **What do you dislike about Adscook?** Adscook just takes the metrics' data from Facebooks Ads, not the assets. We have to add all assets and make audiences from scratch there, which is a big hassle for any media agency with multiple clients. The Slack integration has some bugs as well. **What problems is Adscook solving and how is that benefiting you?** Adscook is used majorly in our agency for making automated rules in Facebook campaigns where momentum bidding is a huge factor in improving the ROAS of the ads. It is very helpful for that. ### 5. It helps me manage the campaigns when I am not handy with my laptop. **What do you dislike about Adscook?** I like Adcook process of setting rules but what I don't like about it is that when we pause an ad or an adset on our own, it still sends us the notification for the same ads which were paused before. **What problems is Adscook solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me and my team manage our work and control over the campaigns outside the working hours.
