The biggest issue is the customer service — it’s practically non-existent. No one responds to emails, and their Facebook group has been inactive for over two quarters with no support or updates. Also, the tool itself feels incomplete: there are bugs, missing key features, limited reporting capabilities, and overall it feels abandoned by the team. Adscook comes with detailed reports and a dashboard that allows users to see how their ads a performing. This is super helpful and I love it the most because it gives me insights into where I can make changes to drive better ad results. In addition to this, It's super easy to use. Using Adscook definitely has its advantages. It makes our work a lot easier by adding automated rules, and A/B testing ads, all with a very easy-to-use interface. It takes data directly from Facebook, and we can see the important metrics directly on the main dashboard, which allows us to make informed decisions. Adscook just takes the metrics' data from Facebooks Ads, not the assets. We have to add all assets and make audiences from scratch there, which is a big hassle for any media agency with multiple clients. The Slack integration has some bugs as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The thing I most like about Adscook is I can Easily set rules for my campaigns, and then Adcook will easily pause all the overspending adsets or ads in the campaign. It helps me manage the campaigns when I am not handy with my laptop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is easy to create powerful, automated Facebook Ad campaigns. I especially like the A/B Testing feature, but there are many other automation features that are really useful.
