First, CJA is part of the AEP bigger picture, with can includes a data lake, data warehouse, Real-time CDP, and journey orchestration through AJO.
Second, CJA is a powerful analytics tool that allows you to understand user people behavior as they interact with your business. Often compared to Adobe Analytics, which contains only web data, CJA provides visibility into the offline interactions of your business.
Third, by ingesting other sources of data, from call centers to Salesforce, you are able to keep tabs on all interactions and understand the levers you have to drive your business' performance.
Even more so, because all tools in the complete stack integrate seamlessly, the path to activation from AEP (data lake) to multiple destinations is straightforward.
There is a learning curve, of course, but if you understand analytics (metrics, dimensions), you should be able to leverage the easy drag-and-drop interface.
Implementation requires thorough planning and multiple disciplines; from data engineers, to analytics engineers, to analysts and platform experts. Once you go over the process you should be able to easily learn it and replicate it.
In terms of customer support, Adobe has high standards of service. CJA and the other tools in the Adobe stack are powerful and at a high price point, and this comes with great support.
CJA is a tool that once implemented, should be used daily to understand user behavior and glean insights that allow making decisions that drive the business to accelerated growth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Coming from an Adobe Analytics background, you will find your way very easily in CJA. There are still certain AA features that I would like to see available in CJA. The thing with CJA is that we are moving from web analytics to data analytics, and we have to shift our perspective. There is nothing that I would change worth mentioning here.
Coming from a Google Analytics background, CJA is at a complete different level and you will love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
