I use Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to get a unified view of customer interactions across multiple channels. It's great for analyzing user behavior, tracking customer journeys in real time, and deriving actionable insights that improve personalization and customer experience. I love its ability to provide a unified and flexible view of the entire customer journey with cross-channel analysis, which helps me track and understand user interactions across web, mobile, and other touchpoints in one place. I really appreciate the advanced segmentation and real-time analysis capabilities, making it easy to dive deep into specific user behaviors and quickly uncover insights. What do you dislike about Adobe Customer Journey Analytics?

A more guided onboarding experience or simplified documentation would be helpful. What problems is Adobe Customer Journey Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?

Adobe Customer Journey Analytics helps me pull all our data together in one place instead of having it scattered across different tools. I like that I can actually see how customers move between channels, not just what they do in one spot. It makes it easier to spot where people drop off and figure out how to fix it, which has helped us improve conversion rates. The real-time dashboards save me a lot of time compared to manual reporting, and it’s nice that everyone on the team can look at the same numbers and be on the same page.
