I like Adobe Target for its ability to make changes almost immediately. The option to use either form-based or VEC-based tests is great because it allows both coders and non-coding folks to use it effectively. For simple static pages where I need to make straightforward copy changes, VEC makes it really easy to build tests. On the other hand, form-based testing enables us to create more complex tests with proper DOM manipulation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If you switch between experiences when using VEC for simple redirect tests, it sometimes overwrites the targeted page which is a pain. Authenticated pages are also a pain as well as lower environments so having Adobe able to access these would be beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
