**What do you like best about Administrate?**

I appreciate how Administrate centralizes all the information I need for my schools and students while interfacing smoothly with billing. The platform's carefully thought-out approach specifically aids in teaching business English to a diverse group of students, which I find incredibly valuable. It allows me to keep a clear and organized view of everything that is ongoing, even when managing complicated scheduling. Although I am aware that I do not use all the functionalities available in Administrate, I am satisfied with the aspects I do utilize. Additionally, its stability and traditional interface, which hasn't changed much since I started using it, are elements that I find reliable and easy to manage. I also appreciate the initial setup support I received via phone, which made the process smoother, and any minor issues were met with helpful feedback or self-found workarounds. Overall, despite the lack of some modern integrations, the platform's consistency and clarity suit my needs effectively.

**What do you dislike about Administrate?**

I find that Administrate does not perfectly integrate with the way the French government organizes subsidized training activities. The system is more oriented towards private sector vocational teaching. Additionally, Administrate hasn't managed the AI shift, retaining a traditional interface that looks the same as when I started using it.

**What problems is Administrate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Administrate to centralize information for my schools and students, manage billing, and maintain a clear view despite complicated scheduling. It supports my teaching process with a structured approach and serves as a central hub for activity management.

The team behind the application is both innovative and supportive. I appreciate their dedication and the creative solutions they bring to the table.

**What do you dislike about Administrate?**

I honestly can't identify any particular aspect of Administrate as a company or their platform that I dislike.

**What problems is Administrate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Scheduler tool has provided the greatest benefit to Roche Training & Development in the US, primarily through the significant amount of time it has saved us. The team's openness to introducing new features, like multi-day scheduling and support for multiple instructors, has also played a crucial role in our success.

Its scalability and the management of all training data across the companyin central repository.

**What do you dislike about Administrate?**

I couldn't find anything to dislike about Adminstrate.

Report generation is good and easily manage all training in one place. Also it is very user friendly.

Ability to train and onboard new team members through a single platform, saved time and make training more thorough.

**What do you dislike about Administrate?**

The user experience and interface can be confusing at times, it is not always intuitive how to navigate the menus

**What problems is Administrate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboarding multiple employees at once across several departments has become quicker and more efficient, we can track training progress and certifications.

**What do you like best about Administrate?**

I love the intuitive interface and the application's depth when dealing with training. It helps streamline how it's been done/repaving how it can be done in the future.

**What do you dislike about Administrate?**

I didn't see much that I disliked, the app work well for my needs.

**What problems is Administrate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This helped solve the issues around sending out specific training material as well as mitigate how each of those training/learning curves lasted. Great business practice!

**What do you like best about Administrate?**

Course templates offered by Administrate are very helpful. I struggled for around a year coming up with a solid, documented course plan for new hires. Administrate was the start of a great forward movement - all beginning with their templates! These can be customized for different groups of students. 

**What do you dislike about Administrate?**

Wish their support team would be able to help more with REST API integration. Their API has so many possibilities but I'm not the most savvy with this so just having cURL to test against is a big learning curve. 
More focus on developing online training options would be great as well.  

**What problems is Administrate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is much easier to monitor progress of new hires in training courses. There are great reporting tools offered by Administrate which help show successes/failures.
A large issue before using Administrative was having a centralized location to hold all internal documentation and resources used by new hires. There are great browsing and link insert options within training - these can be easily kept up to date by the training team.

The best aspect is the cloud based nature.

It’s solely online which has some downsides although is still a positive.

Has been used to provide training courses to a group of graduates this years intake who live across UK has saved money, time and limited driving time so environmentally friendly which is good for ecological consulting

The strongest benefit of the software is the clear layout.

Some criteria are outdated and need updationg. however, nothing too serious.

**What do you like best about Administrate?**

I like that the software provides instant access and training management that helps maintain the back side of things within the company. I love the mobile friendliness of the software. It allows younger users within the company to stay on top of whatever is designated for them and also maintaining their importance to their teams when collaborating on sale goals or other group projects.  

**What do you dislike about Administrate?**

I dislike that it was in the beginning hard for me to set up and get the hang of things, but after some use and playing around things came easy. There was not much that I disliked about the software. It did its job and that is what we engaged in the product for. 

**Recommendations to others considering Administrate:**

I do recommend this software to others. One thing that I personally loved especially for younger employees is the mobile friendliness.

The benefits that I have realized is for one the data integration. It requires nothing more than simple connection and has everything within one simple space which makes organization that much easier. It allows everyone to collaborate with one another to accomplish the goals that are set out.
