It’d be better if there was a way to mute certain single messages in a group chat, right now I can only mute the whole group—so I either get spammed by trivial chats or miss important updates. The mobile version’s file preview isn’t great for some special formats like PPT with complex animations, it just shows static pages, so I have to download the file every time to check the full content. The most useful thing about these software is that the chatting and video conferencing features are awesome.

Entcomm offers an interesting pay-per-use pricing model, that customers only pay for what they had used and not for a full service, also is pretty useful when you have to connect a big company Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the only issue is that if you want to use other software like Jira is not possible, this program is only compatible with AWS Cloud, Amazon Chime, and Active Directory for the time being so it's pretty limited Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
