**What do you like best about EntComm?**

As our cross-branch compliance reporting specialist, the EU-resident data storage is the standout advantage for our agency. I can roll out identical permission groups across every regional office, locking junior recruitment staff out of confidential candidate CVs, contact details and consent documentation to avoid accidental privacy breaches. Every applicant chat, interview follow-up and consent change is automatically timestamped and logged, and the export templates are structured to match local labor authority audit expectations—this cuts hours of manual log sorting each audit cycle. Consolidating all candidate dialogue from our separate branch teams into a single hub removes disjointed data silos and lets recruiters easily share talent pools between Frankfurt, Stuttgart and Munich offices.

**What do you dislike about EntComm?**

The biggest pain point is the complete absence of native two-way sync with our primary ATS. Moving interview transcripts and consent records back and forth means repetitive CSV exports and imports every week. There’s no bulk tool to refresh expired marketing consent flags, so I need to open each candidate profile separately to adjust permissions. The reporting module doesn’t support deep customization to fit official German staffing audit formats, so every generated log file requires heavy reformatting in Excel before submission. The mobile version also hides full historical cross-branch chat archives, making off-site compliance spot checks extremely time-consuming. Initial setup was far more labor-intensive than expected too. Creating user accounts and generic message templates was simple, but compliance configuration required manual upload of thousands of legacy candidate consent forms. There are no pre-built rule sets aligned with German labor and GDPR staffing regulations, so I had to design all data retention and audit output settings from zero before launching the platform to all branch recruiters.

I can send targeted policy updates to specific departments only, and automated contract deadline reminders eliminate piles of manual follow-up work for my team.

There’s no native connection to our payroll platform, forcing manual cross-referencing of employee contract data. Few pre-built retention rule templates fit German labor standards, so we reconfigure settings repeatedly. This compliance drastically cuts audit preparation overhead. I also value its developer-friendly open APIs, which allow me to automate the extraction of meeting metadata and integrate it into our systems. This saves me hours of repetitive administrative work and helps me auto-generate analytics to track our meetings' focus areas. The enterprise-grade access segmentation is another key feature, as it allows me to lock confidential recording access to authorized personnel only, fitting perfectly with our multi-team large enterprise structure. EntComm is built for regulated technical enterprises, and every core function aligns with secure collaboration and data interoperability, making it an ideal conference tool for my workflows.

**What do you dislike about EntComm?**

First, its native recording batch management functionality is very limited. When I host a series of consecutive RPA architecture workshops or client consultation calls, I cannot multi-select recordings to apply unified project tags, bulk export files, or schedule auto-archiving to our Prostream cloud storage. I have to process each recording one by one, rename files manually, and upload them individually. This takes up significant time after multi-day cross-department design sprints with dozens of recorded sessions. Second, the built-in reporting module lacks customizable dashboards tailored to automation project tracking. Though its API lets our RPA bots extract raw meeting data, EntComm’s native analytics only offer generic attendance and call duration metrics. It cannot natively filter meetings by project ID, tag, or business department. I still need to feed API data into external spreadsheets to analyze how much meeting time is spent on integration testing, tool performance reviews, or client automation requirements. Custom report templates would eliminate this extra step.

I no longer have to switch apps for chats, calls, and video meetings during project huddles, which is a huge plus. The mobile access and screen sharing features work great for remote site walkthroughs with my crew, keeping me connected from construction sites. Screen sharing lets me review soil tests or blueprints live with supervisors, boosting efficiency without delays. Additionally, it works well with M.S. Office for sharing Excel budgets and schedules during calls, and the setup was very easy, taking under 30 minutes for our whole team.

I use EntComm mainly for internal team instant messaging, and I find it super convenient to send work messages and files right away. My favorite part is the easy group creation for work, just one click to pull in colleagues from different departments, which is super handy for project discussions. The pin message function works really well, allowing me to pin important project requirements or meeting notes so I never lose track of key info in the chat. I manage multiple small projects, so quick group creation lets me make a dedicated group for each one to keep work separate and organized. Pinning messages like client feedback or revised project timelines ensures the whole team always has access to the latest, most important info, making the whole workflow way smoother. I also appreciate the easy setup process, as the company IT team just sent a link, and I scanned the QR code with my work phone. EntComm is way more tailored for corporate internal collaboration and has better file sharing features compared to what we used before.

It’d be better if there was a way to mute certain single messages in a group chat, right now I can only mute the whole group—so I either get spammed by trivial chats or miss important updates. The mobile version’s file preview isn’t great for some special formats like PPT with complex animations, it just shows static pages, so I have to download the file every time to check the full content.

**What do you like best about EntComm?**

The most useful thing about these software is that the chatting  and video conferencing features are awesome.
The tools that are used with these software is Cisco Webex Meeting and these software has better video conferencing feature than that.

The least helpful thing is that Entcomm long peer to peer conversation of more than 100 people create problem.
It will better if these problem is solve.
The price should be less.

Entcomm offers an interesting pay-per-use pricing model, that customers only pay for what they had used and not for a full service, also is pretty useful when you have to connect a big company

**What do you dislike about EntComm?**

the only issue is that if you want to use other software like Jira is not possible, this program is only compatible with AWS Cloud, Amazon Chime, and Active Directory for the time being so it's pretty limited

Communication between a large geographical dispersed team, also we can include our staff and externals in touch without the necessity of moving to a place physically

There are a lot of features which are missing like participants limit more admin features to control meeting and a lot of things like other vidoe calling platforms.

Video calling and communication within the organization. financially it doesn't play much role.

**What do you like best about EntComm?**

The best thing about this software is that users can easily communicate and collaborate with each other using just a single mobile application from anywhere.

Also,It enables users to schedule and launch meetings fast and easy.Users getting notification is also an advantage of using this software.

**What do you dislike about EntComm?**

The disadvantage of using Entcomm is that it is very costly and doesn't support free trial which makes new users to trust less and invest in a calling platform.
Another thing is its support which is quite lengthy and troublesome process.

I have been using this software for professional use where I interact with clients as well as colleagues using chats as well video conferencing.
Also, I use this to schedule meetings and discuss the business requirements.

**What do you like best about EntComm?**

The best feature about it is the fact that all the users can communicate with each other on a single platform without having tp switc multiple applications. This reduces time and efforts wastage and improves productivity. Moreover, we can conduct quick meetings on the same platform.

**What do you dislike about EntComm?**

The software is a bit expensive for smaller organizations. Taking the expensive subscription without having any idea about the functionality is a disadvantage with this software.
