Ther personalisation and ability to easily amend on the fly is fantastic. **What do you dislike about Adaptiv?** Implementation for the business took a while, and also learning how to use effectively took time due to the breadth of agility within the system. This is understandable given you want to take care learning the system to build a strong foundation, but it also means you may rely on a handful of SME's to manage and support. **What problems is Adaptiv solving and how is that benefiting you?** The business had found in the past similar software was constrictive and didn't fit existing processes and needs.
