Honestly, there's not much to dislike. If I had to pick something, it would be that I wish the initial setup could pull in more historical call data - we had to wait a few weeks to build up enough analysis for the really deep insights.
Also, sometimes I find myself wanting even more granular filtering options when looking at team patterns, but that's more of a "nice to have" than a real complaint.
