**What do you like best about AdamX?**

AdamX saves me hours every week. Instead of manually listening to calls to find coaching opportunities, it automatically identifies the key moments and gives me specific clips to review with my reps.

The pattern recognition across our team is incredibly useful - I can quickly see if an issue is one rep who needs coaching or a company-wide problem we need to fix systematically. The golden moments feature makes it easy to find customer enthusiasm clips for testimonials and success stories.

What really sold me is how it integrates seamlessly with our existing call recording setup. No complex implementation, just immediate value. The insights are actually actionable rather than just more data to ignore.

**What do you dislike about AdamX?**

Honestly, there's not much to dislike. If I had to pick something, it would be that I wish the initial setup could pull in more historical call data - we had to wait a few weeks to build up enough analysis for the really deep insights.

Also, sometimes I find myself wanting even more granular filtering options when looking at team patterns, but that's more of a "nice to have" than a real complaint.

The platform is still relatively new, so occasionally I'll think of a specific analysis I'd love to see that isn't available yet, but the core functionality works exactly as promised.

**What problems is AdamX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before AdamX, I was spending hours manually listening to sales calls trying to identify coaching opportunities and performance patterns. It was impossible to scale across our entire team, so most calls went unanalyzed.
AdamX automatically surfaces the key moments from every call and shows me exactly where reps need coaching. Instead of guessing why deals aren't closing, I can see specific clips of what's happening in conversations.
The biggest benefit is being able to distinguish between individual rep issues versus company-wide problems. If everyone struggles with the same objection, that's a training or messaging issue we need to fix systematically, not individual coaching.
It's also made our sales managers way more effective. They can focus their coaching time on the moments that actually matter instead of listening to entire calls hoping to find something useful.
