What do you like best about ACTIVEWorks Endurance?

The most helpful feature of Active Network is the company has a full suite of product tools to take registrations, manage registrations, communicate with customers and increase sales. These tools include excellent CRM, mobile customer app, mobile check in app for your staff, volunteer management, charity engagement, customer data and variety of reporting data. Active rolls out regular updates of their products. Every few weeks or so, I'm notified of new tools or improvements to their existing tools and how it will benefit my company. I also love that my account rep shares with me how best to implement these frequent improvements but learns how it can uniquely benefit my individual organization. What do you dislike about ACTIVEWorks Endurance?

Compared with similar companies there is nothing that I dislike. In the past, I communicated with my account rep my wish list of how some of the tools could be improved. I was surprised to find out they were actually listening. A few weeks or a couple of months later my account rep would notify that the improvement I mentioned would be available in the next update. Sometimes, when I would share these comments my account rep would share with me that the company was already working on implenting the same idea. What do you like best about ACTIVEWorks Endurance?

The ease of use as a Ride Director was very important to me. I wanted my experience to be intuitive and easy, but I also needed my participants to be able to quickly register without trouble. I also wanted a system that would allow me to send out mass emails, run my volunteer registration and also use on-site check in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ACTIVEWorks Endurance?

The mailing lists for mass email communications is poor. You cannot delete or edit lists once you create them, and it's very bothersome trying to remember what list you used for what reason. I also wish that the system had volunteer check in capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Anytime I have needed support they have been quick to answer and resolve any issues that have come up. Suggestions that have been made have been implemented relatively quickly as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It almost seems like you're signing up for a magazine subscription when you register for a race. most runners want to provide their name birthday and shirt size and it seems like you are applying for a job with the FBI at times although it has gotten simpler Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
