
The most helpful feature of Active Network is the company has a full suite of product tools to take registrations, manage registrations, communicate with customers and increase sales. These tools include excellent CRM, mobile customer app, mobile check in app for your staff, volunteer management, charity engagement, customer data and variety of reporting data. Active rolls out regular updates of their products. Every few weeks or so, I'm notified of new tools or improvements to their existing tools and how it will benefit my company. I also love that my account rep shares with me how best to implement these frequent improvements but learns how it can uniquely benefit my individual organization. Compared with similar companies there is nothing that I dislike. In the past, I communicated with my account rep my wish list of how some of the tools could be improved. I was surprised to find out they were actually listening. A few weeks or a couple of months later my account rep would notify that the improvement I mentioned would be available in the next update. Sometimes, when I would share these comments my account rep would share with me that the company was already working on implenting the same idea.
