Inevitably I will have problems that I cannot figure out, I can call my rep. Jared Smith, he will call me back at 10:00 the night before an event and fix my problem. The funny thing is I know another race director who works with Jared she said the same thing, we got a laugh out of that:) **What do you dislike about Race Entry?** No Problems with Race Entry , we getgreat service **Recommendations to others considering Race Entry:** Race Entry works for me I won't switch from Race Entry. Other registration companies did a nice job of getting my business and from there I seemed to be on my own **What problems is Race Entry solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am a digital dolt, yet I can utilize Race Entry's system. I loved that you have the option to have the participants pay the processing fee, you pay processing fees, or it can be split 50/50. Raceentry will send you a check every month and it's as easy as that. It is fun setting up the event. I love the way you can customize your page and edit as much as you need. Customer service was wonderful when I was having issues with navigating the administrator page. **What do you dislike about Race Entry?** The race site is a little tough to navigate at times. I feel as though some of the "categories" aren't labeled the best and that some links should be placed elsewhere. **What problems is Race Entry solving and how is that benefiting you?** Raceentry has helped our event grow and has allowed for easy signup. Racers are able to go directly to this website to register for our event and all the data was kept in the database. We were able to collect shirt sizes, have waivers signed, emergency contacts listed, and also make team edits on our end if needed. The greatest benefit of this site was having all the information we needed in one place and have it easily accessible. ### 3. They can also add Google and Facebook advertising conversion codes on my event pages so I know when my ad generates a sale! Definitely a gap in the other online registration tools. **What do you dislike about Race Entry?** The platform is improving and growing quickly with new features and integrations. **Recommendations to others considering Race Entry:** Work directly with your account rep when it is time to setup an event so they can help you through learning what all the platform has to offer you. **What problems is Race Entry solving and how is that benefiting you?** Online registration, social selling, automatic price changes, participant emails, easy to manage refunds and cancellations.
