What do you like best about Race Entry?

Race Entry's cost is competitive, the system is easy to use, what sets Race Entry apart is service. Inevitably I will have problems that I cannot figure out, I can call my rep. Jared Smith, he will call me back at 10:00 the night before an event and fix my problem. The funny thing is I know another race director who works with Jared she said the same thing, we got a laugh out of that:) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Race Entry:

Race Entry works for me I won't switch from Race Entry. Other registration companies did a nice job of getting my business and from there I seemed to be on my own Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Race Entry solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Race Entry?

Raceentry has made our events SUPER easy to navigate participants! I loved that you have the option to have the participants pay the processing fee, you pay processing fees, or it can be split 50/50. Raceentry will send you a check every month and it's as easy as that. It is fun setting up the event. I love the way you can customize your page and edit as much as you need. Customer service was wonderful when I was having issues with navigating the administrator page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Race Entry?

The race site is a little tough to navigate at times. I feel as though some of the "categories" aren't labeled the best and that some links should be placed elsewhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Race Entry solving and how is that benefiting you?

Raceentry has helped our event grow and has allowed for easy signup. Racers are able to go directly to this website to register for our event and all the data was kept in the database. We were able to collect shirt sizes, have waivers signed, emergency contacts listed, and also make team edits on our end if needed. The greatest benefit of this site was having all the information we needed in one place and have it easily accessible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Race Entry?

The Race Entry team is so easy to work with and the platform has some excellent social sharing incentive and affiliate sales tools that allow me to give participants that recruit other participants a discount on their registration. They can also add Google and Facebook advertising conversion codes on my event pages so I know when my ad generates a sale! Definitely a gap in the other online registration tools.
