What do you like best about RedPodium?

My favorite part of Red Podium is the ability to quickly and easily setup registration pages with our own custom branding and robust features that are user-friendly on the front end and highly functional under the hood for our own internal processes.

Love the waitlist feature, anayltical dashboard, global coupons, report exporter, roster widget with ability to embed on web pages, and refund capabilities with option for coupon codes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RedPodium?

There are some features I've been hoping to see:

1) such as the ability to register for multiple events with their own registration pages (in order to manage separate waitlists for each) but one transaction.

2) We do have trouble with managing a fast sell out - our events can sell out minutes, with people having it in their cart and in process of checking out but not able to complete the transaction before the event sells out; we've tried a few things and haven't found a good solution yet, have seen some do a timed hold on their spot, as well as a wait in line system where it only allows people to go in order instead of a mass grab for spots that sell out in minutes. What do you like best about RedPodium?

Best things about Red Podium:

1. I get paid DAILY. If someone registers on Monday, I have cash in my bank account Tuesday.

2. The software is easy to use. I can do it myself; no need to hire someone to handle this.

What do you dislike about RedPodium?

Not much! My only MINOR complaint is that it used to be we could call and get a support person on the phone immediately. Now we text in our question. Considering how great this system is, it's a pretty small issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RedPodium?

We've used Red Podium for several years for the 5K races we put on. It's also great for organizing group bike rides and fitness challenges we host throughout the year. We also host our apparel store on the site very easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RedPodium?

Red podium provides excellent flexibility as a product but just as importantly provides outstanding customer service.

I have recently with the loss of the USAT integration. This is key to my business. The loss of this tool meant that I had to implement manual processes. Desiree & I began speaking about this probably 12-18 months ago. After providing alternatives and setting expectations that this tool was being reviewed for redevelopment but was not on the current development roadmap, I assumed that I would have to migrate away from your tool. I was shocked that Desiree tracked this open need and reached back out without prompting after many many months.

I would have expected the interaction to have fallen into the waste basket after the closure of the original inquiry. But no! There was Desiree letting me know, I was still on her radar and progress had been made. Super! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RedPodium?

I would like to see the interface move forward and become completely device responsive. It mostly is but it still has a few quirks.

Also, it is a bit odd when it comes to bullet points. It is challenging to get bullets to be the same color as the text. it requires the HTML editor & this gets messy if you need to make an edit.

I would like to be able to layer on a consistent style sheet and have it have a more consistent look/feel with my website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RedPodium?

Setting up a RedPodium page is easy and has lots of options we needed, like collecting shirt size, offering raffle tickets for sale, and custom questions/answers. When we need help, chat support is always there for us. The site is also pretty malleable--want to hide the shirt giveaway after a certain date? Can do! Need to create coupon codes for sponsors to get free registration? No prob! Does the race fee increase after a particular date? It can do it automatically! Anyway, there is a LOT to like about RedPodium if you are not a programming expert! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RedPodium?

Some of the newer virtual race features are a little harder to figure out, for us and for our participants. Chat support is very helpful, but it can a few hours or a day to respond (or, if it's a Friday, it can take until Monday).
