**What do you like best about RedPodium?**

My favorite part of Red Podium is the ability to quickly and easily setup registration pages with our own custom branding and robust features that are user-friendly on the front end and highly functional under the hood for our own internal processes.

Love the waitlist feature, anayltical dashboard, global coupons, report exporter, roster widget with ability to embed on web pages, and refund capabilities with option for coupon codes

**What do you dislike about RedPodium?**

There are some features I've been hoping to see:
1) such as the ability to register for multiple events with their own registration pages (in order to manage separate waitlists for each) but one transaction.
2) We do have trouble with managing a fast sell out - our events can sell out minutes, with people having it in their cart and in process of checking out but not able to complete the transaction before the event sells out; we've tried a few things and haven't found a good solution yet, have seen some do a timed hold on their spot, as well as a wait in line system where it only allows people to go in order instead of a mass grab for spots that sell out in minutes.

**What problems is RedPodium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The waitlist is a great feature that allows us to maximize our event participation in a very efficient manner - it's super quick to move racers from the waitlist into the event right up until race day making sure every cancellation is filled. The dashboard analytics are also great, giving us a historical record of our events to see how we're growing over time and the registration pace compared to previous years.

**What do you like best about RedPodium?**

Best things about Red Podium:

1. I get paid DAILY.  If someone registers on Monday, I have cash in my bank account Tuesday.

2. The software is easy to use.  I can do it myself; no need to hire someone to handle this.

3. Superb support staff. Friendly, smart, helpfull.

**What do you dislike about RedPodium?**

Not much!  My only MINOR complaint is that it used to be we could call and get a support person on the phone immediately. Now we text in our question.  Considering how great this system is, it's a pretty small issue.

**What problems is RedPodium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When people fill out their own registration form, there can be no complaining that the info is wrong!  

Red Podium helps us set up the link between the registration software an my bank account, so I don't have to untangle that myself.

Red Podium's pricing is significantly lower than the competition.

**What do you like best about RedPodium?**

We've used Red Podium for several years for the 5K races we put on. It's also great for organizing group bike rides and fitness challenges we host throughout the year. We also host our apparel store on the site very easily.

**What do you dislike about RedPodium?**

It's probably my own fault for not looking into it more, but having the form embedded on our website would probably be a better use of the technology.

**What problems is RedPodium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing inventory, easy to use site for race registrations, easy coupon codes.

**What do you like best about RedPodium?**

Red podium provides excellent flexibility as a product but just as importantly provides outstanding customer service. 

I have recently with the loss of the USAT integration. This is key to my business. The loss of this tool meant that I had to implement manual processes. Desiree & I began speaking about this probably 12-18 months ago. After providing alternatives and setting expectations that this tool was being reviewed for redevelopment but was not on the current development roadmap, I assumed that I would have to migrate away from your tool. I was shocked that Desiree tracked this open need and reached back out without prompting after many many months.

I would have expected the interaction to have fallen into the waste basket after the closure of the original inquiry. But no! There was Desiree letting me know, I was still on her radar and progress had been made. Super!

**What do you dislike about RedPodium?**

I would like to see the interface move forward and become completely device responsive. It mostly is but it still has a few quirks.

Also, it is a bit odd when it comes to bullet points. It is challenging to get bullets to be the same color as the text. it requires the HTML editor & this gets messy if you need to make an edit.

I would like to be able to layer on a consistent style sheet and have it have a more consistent look/feel with my website.

**What problems is RedPodium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Red Podium as a registration service for my group fitness programs.

Key benefits:
1) Centralized registration & payment gateway
2) Flexible system allowing me to build up a custom user-friendly interface very quickly. Limited development experience required
3) Flexible reporting of registrants which is essential for USAT (national governing body) reporting to ensure insurance compliance.
4) USAT system integration (working until 12-18 months ago) - this enables me to have all registrants automatically sign off on USAT membership without me having to implement manual processes
5) Cost-effective solution that enables a small business to provide professional services to individuals and automate many processes.
6) Zapier integration with mailchimp, google calendering, and many other services.
7) Mobile-friendly device responsive interface (for the most part)
8) Top-notch customer service

**What do you like best about RedPodium?**

Setting up a RedPodium page is easy and has lots of options we needed, like collecting shirt size, offering raffle tickets for sale, and custom questions/answers. When we need help, chat support is always there for us. The site is also pretty malleable--want to hide the shirt giveaway after a certain date? Can do! Need to create coupon codes for sponsors to get free registration? No prob! Does the race fee increase after a particular date? It can do it automatically! Anyway, there is a LOT to like about RedPodium if you are not a programming expert!

**What do you dislike about RedPodium?**

Some of the newer virtual race features are a little harder to figure out, for us and for our participants. Chat support is very helpful, but it can a few hours or a day to respond (or, if it's a Friday, it can take until Monday). Knowing that now, I just plan ahead a little more when I can and don't hold my questions for the last minute.

**What problems is RedPodium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a tiny nonprofit, we don't have an IT person on staff, nor do we have many IT folks in our volunteer base. We needed to be able to register 500+ people for our annual run/walk in-house with as little burden on staff time as possible and no need for volunteer assistance. Obviously we're here to fund our mission, so we also don't want to pay crazy fees to a registration platform. RedPodium is affordable and easy for us to manage, especially since we can copy pages from prior years. Our registrants seem to navigate it well, and we love how much "power" we have over every aspect of the event sign-up/our registrants' info even though it's a third-party site.

I had a great experience with Ticketspice and appreciate the flat fee for processing. So decided to try Red Podium for our first-ever Fun Run. It's easy to use.

**What do you dislike about RedPodium?**

There were terms that I didn't understand as a novice such as meta-data.

We are trying our Fun Run for the first time. Having excellent technical support and follow-up builds confidence when starting a new event.

RedPodium and all of WebConnex's software platforms are simply amazing! Our agency has been using their software since 2012 and there are non like it. Their pricing structures are pretty amazing as well!

**What do you dislike about RedPodium?**

The back-end editor usability could use some attention.

You should also give agencies affiliate dollars. We've sent you guys a lot of money over the years.

Event registrations are much easier.

When I run into an issue all I have to do is send a message and someone quickly comes to my aid. The staff is super helpful, speedy, and able to help right away! I am so appreciative!!!

I do not have anything to say here- it's so nice having a software platform that has actual people that help you and not just a bot or a Q&A section.

Somtimes there are minor glitches in the system but the team is always available to help figure it out.

So far I am very new to the system, but it is really easy to use and fairly easy to pick up.

**What do you dislike about RedPodium?**

Mainly I dislike learning curves. On RedPodium, I like things that are simple and easy to pick up. After setting up our Giving Fuel page this was easy to pick up.

**Recommendations to others considering RedPodium:**

It's easy to set up and allows for a variety of payment/donation settings which help in our goals.

We have some events we run yearly and needed to upgrade our systems for online registrations and Red podium looks like a good fit for us.

**What do you like best about RedPodium?**

It is easy to use - does not take a computer programmer to create beautiful pages for events, donations, just about anything you need in order to sell tickets, etc.   There are good templates if you need them, simple instructions, good support from people who will answer your questions and help you do just about anything you need.

**What do you dislike about RedPodium?**

Support sometimes takes a little longer than I would like, but I am impatient and like to get things done quickly.  They always respond to requests for help - either in their chat or via email - but you will get the answers, it just may take a bit of time.

**What problems is RedPodium solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed pages to collect monies for membership dues, donations, walks, galas, registrations for walks, etc.  We tried several other pieces of software and found Redpodium to be the easiest to work with.  We needed recurring payments and Giving Fuel allows that so easily.  The quick email confirmations are great!  We can customize them easily, as we do with the online confirmation.  We have been able to give our members and sponsors an easy way to donate, join, and learn about our mission and how they can help.
