In 2025, Action1 was recognized by Inc. 5000 as the fastest-growing private software company in America. ## Action1 Reviews
 ### 1. Effortless Setup and Intuitive Navigation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Action1?**

There's quite a lot. I love that it is simple and easy to set up. The flow of the software is intuitive which makes navigating the different areas straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Action1?**

I wish there was better customer support for the free tier. It can be difficult to get assistance from forums.

**What problems is Action1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've always struggled with WSUS and deploying updates timely and effectively. Action1 makes it so simple to approve and deploy missing updates to our endpoints. We're finally in a position where we can have all of our endpoints completely up to date with windows updates. And the best part is that this can be managed by one staff member as part of their daily tasks instead of a whole team taking time after hours.

 ### 2. Simple Setup, Clear Reporting, and a Powerful UI with a Generous Free Trial

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Action1?**

Simple to setup, reporting which makes sense. The 200 free endpoints allows for a trouble-free trial before committing funds. UI is simple, but powerful and new integrations are on the roadmap. No offensive AI features rammed down your throat.

**What do you dislike about Action1?**

Interface, whilst good, can at times be a little clunky and slow.

**What problems is Action1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have far more visibility over my endpoints, some of which I don't physically see very often.

 ### 3. Constantly Updated Software Repository Makes App Management a Breeze

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeremy L. | IT Systems Specialist III, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Action1?**

I love their Software Repository. It’s constantly being updated for both Windows and Mac. This makes the amount of apps I have to manage much more manageable. Having their team get things beforehand is a great resource.

**What do you dislike about Action1?**

Some major MDM factors are missing but they’re always adding things. The lack of mobile support for iPads, iPhones, Android devices is a major setback. Lack of Company Portal (which is coming soon) is noticeable.

**What problems is Action1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Identifying security risks and either alerting or actively patching. Runs automated tasks to keep devices up to date. Helps push scripts or different fixes for apps.

 ### 4. Efficient RMM with Cloud-Native Architecture

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Felipe Z. | Coordenador de Suporte, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Action1?**

I use Action1 as my main RMM platform to centralize the management of my clients' assets. The feature I appreciate the most is the Cloud-Native architecture, which does not require a VPN to manage remote machines.

**What do you dislike about Action1?**

There is a lack of a native app for basic monitoring via mobile phone.

**What problems is Action1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Action1 to centralize asset management, solving problems of lack of visibility, manual deployment, security gaps, remote machine management, and Shadow IT. It does not require a VPN to manage remote machines.

 ### 5. Effortless Updates and Remote Access Powerhouse

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** am m. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Action1?**

I like that Action1 provides remote access to any desktop, which helps users address issues by accessing desktops everywhere. The initial setup was also so easy, which I appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Action1?**

I think automation could be better by selecting the online workstation automatically.

**What problems is Action1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Action1 for rolling updates and managing software vulnerabilities. It provides remote access to desktops, allowing users to access their work from anywhere.

 ### 6. Action1 for Essential and Reliable Tool During Our Transition

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Utilities | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Action1?**

Action1 has been a great help for us while our company is still in transition. We’re still running some systems on Windows Server 2012 R2, and since WSUS is already end-of-life, Action1 filled that gap perfectly. It allowed us to keep all our workstations and servers up to date without any hassle.

Once we finish the transition and move to newer operating systems, we plan to keep using Action1. It’s reliable, easy to use, and has a lot of useful features beyond just Windows Updates. Overall, it’s been a solid tool that made our patch management much easier.

**What do you dislike about Action1?**

Honestly, there’s no to dislike. If anything, I’d like to see an option for an on-prem or hybrid setup that can centrally download updates and distribute them to endpoints. This would help in environments with limited internet or multiple remote sites.

**What problems is Action1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Action1 solved our problem with Windows Updates after WSUS reached end-of-life on our Windows Server 2012 R2 environment. It gave us a simple, cloud-based way to patch and manage updates across all our workstations and servers without relying on the old WSUS setup. This kept our systems secure and up to date during our company’s transition period, and saved a lot of time compared to manual updates.

**Official Response from Kimberly Gonzales:**

> Thank you for your feedback - we are thrilled to hear that Action1 has been a valuable tool for your company during the transition period! We appreciate your suggestion for an on-prem or hybrid setup, and we'll definitely take it into consideration for future updates.

We use Action1 to manage and support computers and servers remotely, keeping them updated and deploying software easily.

Despite its high functionality, you can also use remote desktop for free. Additionally, the security is solid, so you can use it with peace of mind.

The cause is still unknown, but there may be a failure the first time when performing a remote desktop. It works fine the second time, so there is no problem for now.

**What problems is Action1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

You can keep track of software updates for each device in real-time, and for some software, updates can be performed from the management screen. This allows each device to be kept in a secure state.

The ability to have an overview of all vulnerable devices in my network, bulk patching of those and monitirong with a clear view of the progress also and failure if any.

**Reviewed by:** Bryan D.

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

Its a no-nonsense, powerful platform without the insane learning curve that some other alternatives have. The custom reporting feature is great, helping us guarantee compliance. **What problems is Action1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping machines updated not just with Microsoft products but also with third-party software.

 ### 20. A "way" to do it better than competing products

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amt O. | IT-Systemkoordinator, Government Administration, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Action1?**

I discovered Action1 by chance after trying various products from other manufacturers and finding them unsatisfactory. With Action1, it's different; nothing is promised that cannot be delivered, the documentation is first-class and very transparent. The setup is completed in just a few minutes. It is said that software is only as good as the user who operates it. With Action1, every user is a good user because the software is simple, structurally clear, and self-explanatory. Particularly noteworthy is the patch management, including third-party software, the addition of your own repository, and the vulnerabilities, which I have not seen in this form anywhere else. It is also highly recommended for small businesses, as no compromises are expected in the features of the free version. We had a problem with the verification of our account, which I reported to customer support, and the problem was resolved in no time. The software is in daily use with us and has been tested over weeks. Now the full integration of all our systems begins. Many thanks to the Action1 team!

**What do you dislike about Action1?**

Of course, some compromises must be expected in certain areas, which are, however, offset by the consistently well-thought-out, easy handling and special features.

**What problems is Action1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Patching third-party software has always posed special challenges for us, which was solved by Acrion1 with scripts and task scheduling as well as going to the device itself. Thanks to Action1, this is now a thing of the past and greatly facilitates our work. Maintaining the WSUS was also always a lengthy task, which Action1 has taken over with flying colors. The continuous development of Acrion1 and the comprehensive information about it, as well as the live webinars, I have not been able to perceive in this form with any other provider on the market.

 ### 21. Effortless Remote Management and Security Reporting

**Reviewed by:** Andrew S. | Business Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2025

I like the ability to install and update software remotely. The feature that provides security reports and targets critical updates based on severity is also great. These reports allow for transparency and give me confidence that we've mitigated attack surfaces. I also find it very easy to do the initial setup of Action1.

**What do you dislike about Action1?**

I find the ease or ability to update the software catalog for legacy apps or third-party apps could be improved.

**What problems is Action1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Action1 for managing patches and vulnerabilities. It solves the problem of keeping devices updated automatically. I love its remote install capability and security reports that enhance transparency and confidence in mitigating attack surfaces.

 ### 23. reliable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** sagar v. | Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Action1?**

We’ve been using Action1 for about 6 months now to manage updates across our Windows domain, and honestly, it’s been a solid tool for us. We’re a small business with under 100 computers, and keeping everything patched used to be a bit of a headache.

Action1 makes the process so much easier—not only does it handle Windows updates, but it also takes care of updates for a bunch of third-party apps we have installed on our systems. That’s been a huge time-saver.

It’s been reliable the whole time we’ve had it running. Updates go out smoothly, reporting is clear, and I don’t have to constantly babysit it. For a small organization like ours, it really helps us stay on top of security without a ton of manual effort.

Definitely a great fit if you’re looking for something lightweight but powerful to keep your environment patched and up to date.

**What do you dislike about Action1?**

Every now and then, I’ve noticed the service on a three systems stopped reporting. When that happens, I usually have to reinstall the agent to get the computer to show up properly in the inventory. It’s only happened a couple of times, so not a big deal, but worth mentioning.

**What problems is Action1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem Action1 is solving for us is keeping our Windows computers and apps up to date without a ton of manual work. Before, patching was time-consuming and hard to stay consistent with—especially in a small business where IT resources are limited.

With Action1, updates are automated across the domain, and it even covers third-party applications, not just Windows. That means fewer vulnerabilities, less downtime, and more peace of mind knowing everything is current.

For us, the big benefit is saving time and improving security. I don’t have to chase machines one by one or rely on users to install updates—it just happens in the background and gives me clear reporting to verify.

**Official Response from Kimberly Gonzales:**

> Hi Sagar,

Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Action1! We're glad to hear that our tool has been reliable and effective in managing updates for your small business. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to work on improving our service to better meet your needs.

 ### 24. it just does what it says. "Patching That Just Works"

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David E. | Network Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Action1?**

I've been using Action1 Patch Management Service for two weeks now, and I'm extremely impressed with its effectiveness in keeping our network up-to-date and secure. The platform is incredibly easy to use.

The automated patching feature has saved us a significant amount of time and effort, as we no longer have to manually manage patches across multiple devices. Action1's solution ensures that all our endpoints are patched promptly, reducing the risk of vulnerabilities and downtime.

I particularly appreciate the following features:

Comprehensive coverage: Action1 supports a wide range of operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Customizable policies: We can tailor patching schedules and settings to meet specific needs for different devices or groups within our network.
Detailed reporting: The platform provides detailed reports on patch status, which helps us identify areas that require attention and track our progress over time.

Action1's customer support has also been top-notch. Their team is responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help resolve any issues we encounter.

Overall, I'm confident in recommending Action1 Patch Management Service to anyone seeking a reliable and efficient solution for endpoint patching. It's been a game-changer for our IT operations!

Pros:

Easy to use
Comprehensive coverage of multiple operating systems
Customizable policies
Detailed reporting

**What do you dislike about Action1?**

The only issue is that I have not been able to install it on remote workstations that are on a VPN without the logged-in user taking action.
Perhaps I haven't found it yet. Not much of an issue.

**What problems is Action1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote users were ignoring requests to update. Patches are now pushed out and installed with minimum effort.

 ### 25. Solution that redefines how you patch your endpoints

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Action1?**

It not only allows you to set up your patching and control how and when you patch your endpoints. It also tracks your vulnerabilities so that you can pivot and adjust your patching to respond to threats. I have not found any other solution that will allow such control of patching while also keeping you informed of vulnerabilities let alone have built in mitigation.

**What do you dislike about Action1?**

While Action1 does have many features that other RMM's have it clearly is focused on patching so it would be recommended to use other solutions for some of the other functions like remote desktop access of endpoints. It also does not have a remote cmd line or powershell terminal option. You would have to remote in or use scripting function.

**What problems is Action1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We constantly have to decide between risking pushing out latest updates vs new vulnerabilities. Action1 has helped us quickly see when our endpoints have vulnerabilities and make decisions on when is the right time to push updates to mitigate the risks without impacting productivity.

 ### 26. Great automation, time saver for new deployments, free up to 200 assets. Forget WSUS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Petras B. | IT administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Action1?**

Autopatching, Ability to shedule scripts, add custom atributes to reporting. You install an agent and are ready to go. Automated patching is great it has support for apps in their catalog aswell.
You can install software from predefined list or create your own install setup.

**What do you dislike about Action1?**

I'm missing the ability to allow other admins to be restricted to a specific group of devices. You can scope to organizations as i understand.
Remote webview is not consistant with scaling.
Would be nice to have MDM capabilities but that is not the problem that Action1 was set out to solve, the solve patching well.

**What problems is Action1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Autopatching, and visibility in to my enterprise endpoints.

**Official Response from Kimberly Gonzales:**

> Hi Petras,

Thank you for your feedback! We're pleased to hear that Action1 has provided you with automated patching and visibility into your enterprise endpoints. We appreciate your input regarding the ability to restrict other admins to specific groups of devices and the consistency of remote web view scaling. Your feedback is valuable as we continue to enhance our platform.

 ### 30. Efficient Patching with Easy Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Action1?**

I truly appreciate Action1 for its easy-to-navigate interface and straightforward patching system, which significantly saves us time by ensuring patches are applied correctly. The initial setup was a breeze, aided by comprehensive documentation, helpful videos, and responsive support from the team. These aspects make Action1 an incredibly valuable tool for managing device patching effectively and efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Action1?**

I am disappointed that Action1 does not currently provide Linux patches. It would greatly enhance the utility of the software if this functionality could be implemented sooner rather than later.

**What problems is Action1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Action1 to efficiently manage patching and device vulnerability checks, saving time while ensuring correct patch deployment. Its easy-to-navigate system simplifies processes, although I wish it supported Linux patches.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Action1?**

Action1 is easy to set up, intuitive, and getting started takes no time at all.

**What do you dislike about Action1?**

Adding new software to the online repository isn't a trivial task. I understand why, but it would be beneficial if made easier.

**What problems is Action1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Patch management, system monitoring, remote support. Replaces a million interfaces and methods of patching.

 ### 33. Remote Management Made Effortless for Non-Profits

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Action1?**

The platform offers remote updates, remote CMD and Powershell access, and the ability to install applications remotely. As a non-profit organization managing 200 endpoints, I find it especially useful for automating patching and handling vulnerability management, among other features.

**What do you dislike about Action1?**

They have restricted the ability to run the schedule to just 7 days.

**What problems is Action1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The software allows me to install and update programs on several computers at the same time, which is very convenient. I can also send scripts to multiple devices simultaneously and use the remote desktop feature. Additionally, it provides reports and offers many other useful functions.

 ### 34. Effortless and Reliable—It Just Works!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samuel B. | IT Infrastructure Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Action1?**

Easy to use and it just works. Also, the first 200 endpoints are free.

**What do you dislike about Action1?**

I don’t dislike anything about Action1 so far, it works great and meets all our needs.

**What problems is Action1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Action1 is helping us centralize and automate endpoint management: patching Windows and third-party apps, deploying software, running remote scripts, and getting real-time inventory and health data across all our devices. This reduces manual work, speeds up troubleshooting, improves security compliance, and lets our small IT team manage more endpoints more efficiently.

 ### 35. Excellent tool for patch managament.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

Good to see overall security status of company. Great as a backup for Remote Desktop as other tools fail.

 ### 36. Auto-deploys Updates & Finds Missing Patches—Great Core Features in Action1

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Firdavs S. | Owner/Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Action1?**

I like how it automatically deploys updates and scans for missing patches. Those two are probably the best features of Action1

**What do you dislike about Action1?**

The interface isnt as polished or intuitive or let's user friendly. It's hard

**What problems is Action1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me and my IT team to look out for, monitor endpoints.

**Official Response from Kimberly Gonzales:**

> Hi Firdavs,

Thank you for your review! It's great to hear how Action1 is supporting you and your IT team in endpoint monitoring. We take your feedback about the interface and user-friendliness seriously and are dedicated to making improvements in those areas.

 ### 37. Excellent product

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jim M. | Systems & Network Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Action1?**

It was quick and easy to get up and running. Install the agent and BAM! You are monitoring and patching in no time. It shows you what patches are missing and supports other software besides just the OS.

**What do you dislike about Action1?**

The dashboard is a little overwhelming. On the "Endpoints" display I would like to see the IP address displayed along with all of the other info.

**What problems is Action1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is making it much easier to bring us up to date on all of the Microsoft and other software patches. Many had vulnerabilities that we were unaware of. Overall this make us more secure and run more smoothly over all.

 ### 38. Great patch, update and vulnerability management for my customers in my Computer repair business

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shaun D. | Proprietor, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Action1?**

I run a busy computer and laptop repair business in Gloucester, it was getting hard to manage my remote customers, small businesses and their IT equipment. Action1 has enabled me to evolve my business in to patch management and MSP. I now use it every day for individuals and small businesses; it's nice and easy to deploy to users too.

**What do you dislike about Action1?**

overall nothing major, although vulnerability management can be confusing at first , documentation is good though as is the excellent support

**What problems is Action1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping endpoints together in one place, grouping by business or indidvuals, screening patches before deploying, remote assisting endpoints when needed

**Official Response from Kimberly Gonzales:**

> Hi Shaun,

Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Action1. We understand that vulnerability management can be complex, and we're continuously working to improve our documentation and support to make it easier for our users. We're pleased to hear that Action1 has helped you evolve your business into patch management and MSP.

 ### 39. Effortless Patch Management That Saves Time

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Action1?**

Action1 really simplifies system and software updating and patching. I find it very valuable in my environment which is severely understaffed.
It is also very simple to implement, it took me one or two days to implement and test before rolling out.

**What do you dislike about Action1?**

My main issue is that it's not possible to schedule Automations to start specifically after 'patch Tuesday.' The options are limited to scheduling on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and so on, Tuesdays, rather than directly after patch Tuesday.

**What problems is Action1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simple and effective scheduling of Windows updates across all versions of Windows. We also use it to perform simple tasks across our endpoints like scheduling a time sync. There are many built-in scripts that I find useful.

 ### 40. Blazing Fast and Reliable Patching and Empowering Features.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mustafa Kemal B. | MIS, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Action1?**

Action1 is one of the easiest to use solutions I have ever experienced. It is incredibly fast at patching, updating, installing, and uninstalling software. It can X-ray the entire system in minutes. Remote support is a huge plus. And our votes determine which improvements will be included in the next version. I've never felt so empowered by the software I use.

**What do you dislike about Action1?**

Extra filtering and filtering options on some reports would be nice.

**What problems is Action1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Action1 allows me to give patch and vuln management and remote desktop support to different organizations in one console. This is a huge plus. It takes only seconds to understand current risk status of an organization. And chained, automatic patching makes me nearly forget the previous work load of update process and work load.

**Official Response from Kimberly Gonzales:**

> Hi Mustafa,

Thank you for your review! We appreciate your suggestion for extra filtering options on reports and will be sure to consider it for future updates. We're committed to continuously improving our platform to better meet the needs of our users.

 ### 41. Centralized Dashboard with Simple Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

 ### 42. Simple and complete patch management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Benoit R. | Sysadmin, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Action1?**

Action1 is a fantastic patch management tool — simple to use, reliable, and secure. The free plan (up to 200 endpoints with no feature limits) is unbeatable value, making it perfect for small and mid-sized businesses. Highly recommended for anyone looking to strengthen endpoint security without added cost.

**What do you dislike about Action1?**

Action1 has strong patch management features, but the remote desktop tools feel limited and reporting could be more customizable.

**What problems is Action1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Action1 addresses the issue of unpatched systems and reduces wasted IT time by automating operating system and application updates for both remote and on-site devices. This automation enhances security, helps maintain compliance, and provides real-time visibility into potential vulnerabilities.

This product is straightforward to use and makes managing endpoints simple, especially with the remote support feature that we rely on for our daily maintenance routines. Implementation is hassle-free, and it integrates smoothly with other applications. Customer support is consistently available whenever we need assistance.

**What do you dislike about Action1?**

The script for software development could be better

**What problems is Action1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to manage patches, which has helped us keep our computers up to date without relying on WSUS. This has saved us resources, especially when it comes to installing software remotely.

**Official Response from Kimberly Gonzales:**

> Hi Kondwani,

Thank you for sharing your experience with Action1. It's great to hear that Action1 has been instrumental helping you manage patches and software installations remotely. We will also take your feedback on the script for software development into consideration for future improvements.

 ### 44. Easy to Use and Affordable for Orgs Under 200 Devices

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abraham J. | Active Member, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Action1?**

Ease of use and affordability for organizations under 200 devices.

**What do you dislike about Action1?**

None at the moment as it is intuitive and easy to use.

**What problems is Action1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a small robotics program and we need to manage the machines and deploy packages to them.

 ### 45. Incredibly Intuitive Patch Management and Software Deployment

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Action1?**

Incredibly intuitive, making complex tasks like patch management and software deployment remarkably simple and efficient

**What do you dislike about Action1?**

Nothing at all. I got only positive opinion about Action1

**What problems is Action1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Windows updates are carried by other RMM systems but 3rd party patching was always a problem which was fully solved by Action1

 ### 46. Intuitive and works well

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carl H. | System Reliability Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Action1?**

It keeps straightforward processes simple, yet also provides the flexibility to handle more complex tasks through scripting.

**What do you dislike about Action1?**

It would be very useful if Report exports offered direct support for Excel. This feature would make it much easier to work with exported data.

**What problems is Action1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our patching process involves applying a third-party patch before we can install the corresponding Windows Updates. In the past, this meant logging into each machine individually to apply the third-party patch, rebooting, logging in once more, and then starting Windows Update. With the automation offered by Action1, we now save many hours that would have otherwise been spent on manual patching.

**Official Response from Kimberly Gonzales:**

> Hi Carl,

We're glad to hear that Action1 has simplified your patching process and saved you valuable time. We appreciate your feedback about the report exports and will take it into consideration for future improvements.

 ### 47. Very helpful program that is fun to work with

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Action1?**

I like how simple, clear, and structured the program is. It offers a lot of features that other programs only offer for a lot of money. I have been looking for a program like this for a long time and have been using it for over a month now, and I really enjoy using it to control and update my PC around me as well as remotely. My colleagues also say that our in-house IT support has improved significantly since the introduction of Action1.

It's also nice that it brings updates gradually and is continuously developed.

My boss is pleased that he doesn't have to invest a lot of money in a new program since 200 endpoints are free here.

I am simply thrilled with this program.

**What do you dislike about Action1?**

A German interface would be nice but not a must, as the program itself is already very simple. An online storage where documents or files (.msi) could be saved to install proprietary non-public programs on computers would be nice. Or to place files on the desktops of logged-in users. But all of this is not a must because the program already helps me a lot as it is.

**What problems is Action1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have an in-house, non-public program for which there is no update program. Action1 helps me to perform the manual update process on all PCs simultaneously using a script, so I don't have to go to each PC individually. Also, through remote control, I can help my colleagues faster, easier, and better than over the phone. With the overview, I can immediately see which PCs still have pending updates and can perform them directly from a distance.

**Official Response from Kimberly Gonzales:**

> Thank you for your review! We understand the importance of language localization and additional features for file management. We will take your suggestions into consideration for future updates to enhance the user experience.

 ### 48. Effortless Patch Management and Endpoint Visibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Action1?**

Action1 is a fantastic product that simplifies the patch distribution and management for our systems. It helps us maintain visibility of the all endpoints across the network no matter where the endpoint is connecting from. I appreciate the ability to install Action1 agent first and then use that tool to distribute all the other apps as part of the endpoint deployment. Deploying the agent is simple fast and easy.

**What do you dislike about Action1?**

Some of the reporting options are a little harder to produce but when you get used to the style it works. Would love the reports to be more polished.

**What problems is Action1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Action1 solves the problem of centrally managing all corporate endpoints from a single pane of glass

 ### 49. Efficient Deployment, Simple Configuration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Román A. C.

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Action1?**

I like the deployment of Action1 scripts, as it allows me to perform more specific tasks on the devices. Additionally, I found the initial setup to be very simple.

**What do you dislike about Action1?**

The part about vulnerabilities, sometimes there are no patches to fix a vulnerability.

**What problems is Action1 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Action1 to keep my equipment updated and perform specific tasks with scripts. It allows me to schedule updates on days and times that do not disturb users.
