# Asking for patch management

Hey everyone,

I need some answers before we go ahead with implementing Action1 as our patch management solution. Can anyone help me out?

1.	We have offices in different time zones. Can we set up patching policies based on different schedules?
2. Does your system notify users before their machines reboot to avoid disruptions during the update process?
3. Do you have any certifications? We're interested in implementing a cloud solution, but we're also concerned about cloud service security. It's crucial for us to work with vendors who comply with security standards.

2. Yes, you can notify your users before rebooting their machines – this is another vital functionality offered by Action1. Moreover, we understand the importance of providing users with granular settings for update deployment. For instance, even if a certain endpoint is offline when the patching policy is scheduled to run, the system allows you to establish a timeframe within which the platform will catch up with missed schedules when the endpoint is back online.

We comply with ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type II standards.
