Approving updates is easy, the scheduling is easy to do. I can have my computers reboot on a schedule after the updates are applied so they can get the next round of updates and move on. Any features that you need you can request to be put on the public backlog, which they are actively working on, e.g. recent addition of Mac support is a big plus. **What do you dislike about Action1?** Lacking some of the more advanced/fine-grain features that products like Intune offer. On top of that, it also provides remote control and remote reboot capabilities, all within such a streamlined package. The operational overhead for this is almost zero. Implementation is a breeze so long as one keeps the customised install binary at hand. Customer support: i cannot judge this as the product thus far never required any support.
