**What do you like best about ACI Enterprise Payments Platform?**

Using ACI Enterprise Payments Platform helps me save so much time. We set up our payment plans through them and utilize them daily for our online payments. The client support site is easy to navigate and logging  a ticket for a direct question is easy. There are lots of features that can be utilized within the portal. The integration was painless and we have now used them for years without issue!

**What do you dislike about ACI Enterprise Payments Platform?**

The one thing I do not care for is that I cannot just call someone, I have to log a ticket if I have an issue. However, they respond pretty quickly!

**What problems is ACI Enterprise Payments Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ACI handles our online payments and that is very beneficial as it saves time and provides accuracy vs me entering payments manually from a website.
