Baker Tilly understands our industry and the general needs that are specific to it. However, we were initially assigned an implementation specialist who didn’t have much experience in our industry and whose background seemed limited to system implementations. That made it difficult to move the project forward, and we ultimately had to redo work that had already been completed so it would better align with our needs. I appreciate Baker Tilly for their expertise in implementing the Sage Intacct accounting system. They have streamlined processing and automation, which has been a significant benefit. Honestly, there’s very little to dislike. If anything, our only challenge was that the demand on their time reflects how sought after their team is, but even then they remained responsive and committed to keeping our project moving. The staff are very knowledgeable about the products they are implementing. I know this seems like it should be standard, but the support staff of the system that we came from knew less about the system that I did. That is not helpful. The Baker Tilly response time to any questions that I have is very prompt and always helpful. We have now completed our implementation and we had no issues.
