What I like most is not needing two separate systems anymore, everything's just in Salesforce already. Reporting used to be a pain, now I can just pull numbers straight out without copying stuff between tools. Sales and finance actually see the same data now too, which fixed a bunch of confusion we used to deal with. It just feels built in, not like some extra app we added later. Some of the setup stuff isn't super obvious if you're not already deep into Salesforce. Support can be slow sometimes when you hit a weird issue. Biggest one for us was tracking finances for a small student business without juggling spreadsheets and a separate accounting tool. Everything ties back to Salesforce so I'm not manually matching invoices to customer records anymore. It also made it way easier to see cash flow and expenses in one place instead of guessing where money's going. Saved us a bunch of back and forth during month end too.
