Customer support is excellent! **What do you dislike about accoPLANNING?** The major downside which could be considered a positive is frequent updates. Everyone working in the Power BI world should be used to frequent updates. **What problems is accoPLANNING solving and how is that benefiting you?** It addresses the significant challenges of centralization and the complex calculations needed for distributing values in the planning and forecasting process. Simplicity in the dataset design for both the initial and result set. Many options for planning. Many options for integration and implementation. **What do you dislike about accoPLANNING?** Mainly it has to do with the limitations set by Power BI. Power BI its self has limitations on the amount of data you can work with and send back to the database. **What problems is accoPLANNING solving and how is that benefiting you?** It enables users with limited technical expertise to effortlessly perform complex data tasks in just minutes. This application significantly reduces the time spent on planning and forecasting, saving weeks of labor.
