The reporting feature in Accessit is quite helpful for trucking usage, loans and other library data. It provides a good range of report options and gives useful insights into how the library is being used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think it could be a bit more flexible for example the ability to add items in an already saved list in management app, and a bit more user friendly for example the "set Library Closed Dates" feature is useful but it's not very user friendly. It can be a bit confusing to update the closed dates and the process isn't as straightforward as it could be. Especially when the setting is taking place at the start of every academic year. When exclamation marks appear it is needed to go and find the instructions from the help portal. That cost time and confusion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
