I use the system daily, and it consistently proves easy to navigate. The platform offers a wide range of features that help deliver a well-rounded learning experience, supporting various types of content. It accommodates different learning object types, such as SCORM, xAPI, ILCs, surveys, assessments, and more. Absorb also streamlines user account management by providing automated integration with our HRIS. Additionally, I work closely with my Account Manager, Danny, and Customer Success Manager, Jordan, both of whom consistently deliver excellent customer support. I also appreciate their dedication to product management and enhancement. They have an Ideas portal where users can suggest system enhancements and vote on them. The best part is they actually read and act upon them. Many system upgrades are based on user requests. **What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?** There are a few areas for improvement. Due dates associated with courses versus enrollments cause issues. The reporting included with the system is subpar. We pay extra for a BI package, which is excellent though. Absorb is not only a fantastic repository for learning resources, the built in tools make creating new resources and experiences for our teammates so much easier and more streamlined. We use the Absorb Create authoring tool and have had great luck in course creation using many methods (Ai, templates, etc.). We also absolutely loved both our sales representative, Mike Kuphos, and our Implementation manager, Joe Zizian. Joe has been a great help even since we went live with our LMS and were moved into the maintenance stage! We implemented the LMS in 4 weeks due to his guidance and willingness to move along at a quicker pace. **What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?** There aren't any downsides I can think of! It can be tricky to find certain things at times, but I find the search feature to be very helpful within the Admin view. **What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** The previous LMS platforms we used were clunky, difficult to navigate, and we had to purchase content to put in the LMS (no authoring tool). Absorb, while pricier than our previous options, contains so much added value. We love Absorb Create and have use it to author over 75 courses since our implementation 6 months ago! It has cut down the time to create learning resources significantly, while still maintaining a high quality. We needed to be able to track learning (which wasn't really possible in our previous LMS's) so the admin experience solved pretty much every problem we had in that regard - we love the ease of use of the reporting feature. It allows me to publish and manage content, enroll learners, generate reports, and now even create content. Our CSM is great and always helpful and expediant in solving issues that come up or situations that require brainstorming. **What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?** Some aspects of the platform are not very intuitive and often require workarounds. For instance, managing group enrollments can be cumbersome—you have to navigate into groups and view the users in order to enroll them all at once, instead of simply using the 'enroll users' feature to select a group or individual users directly. Additionally, the notification system, particularly the emails sent out during enrollments, could be clearer. It would be helpful if, when publishing, a pop-up or a visible tile indicated whether emails are being sent out. **What problems is Absorb LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Absorb allows for a "one system" approach to learning. We recently reviewed (and will be purchasing) the Absorb Create AI tool, which will allow us to author and submit for SME approvals within the system for our content. Additionally, the AI component will allow for us to spin up pieces of our content in an efficient manner - meaning less hands on research will be needed. Another reason we've enjoyed working with Absorb is the support from our Client Success Managers, Brittney and later Anup. As first time LMS users, their guidance has been incredibly helpful. They have consistently offered practical suggestions to improve our process. Even outside of our scheduled meetings, they've been quick to respond to our questions via email whenever we hit a bump. Their support was especially evident when we integrated one of our internal apps to streamline our process. We were given training and a space to ask questions beforehand, which made the integration smooth and straightforward. **What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?** I was hoping for more features that could make an instructor's job easier, particularly around grading and assessment management. For example. assessments need to be reviewed individually, which can be time consuming. A bulk review or grading opting would be a great addition, as well as a more flexiblilty in grading overall. Also, while we haven't subscribed to the Analyze or Engage add-ons, it would have been helpful to have access to some basic engagement tools or data insights by default. It is like a one-stop shop for Evidence of education. The initial phase of the Absorb set-up was crucial, and we had received tremendous support from Britnney in the initial phase to the live rollout, and this support continued with Anup coming on board as well. From a learner's experience, the Absorb set-up allowed us to track all the activities of training and also allowed us to access all the available training on the LMS. Despite having our own specific mandatory training, access to other educational resources was made accessible. As a Learner and an Admin user, I can say that I use the Absorb platform every day, whether I am completing a learning on Absorb, building a curriculum, setting up an ILC session or even generating reports from Absorb. Absorb is user-friendly once you get used to the system. Through the constant education and awareness of Absorb integration, our report of difficulty in accessing or utilising Absorb has dropped drastically, which means that staff are becoming familiar with the system. Absorb has undoubtedly altered the dynamics of learning within a healthcare system, particularly at Health Care Fiji. **What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?** The inability to troubleshoot changes in the admin requires a process to make the changes. For example, for the tracking of CPD Points, you can not separate 2024 and 2025. All points for 2024 and 2025 will be added together. For that reason I have been using the Create tool which works wonderfully. The software has allowed us to go from potentially having to outsource to me being able to build it myself. The course builder is robust and the timings mean animations are quite easy to create in the site itself without having to use any software (although I have also used Canva to create some graphics). I don't have a background in LMS content delivery, and this is my first time creating learning modules, so that should tell you how easy it is to use. The course and user management are done in a way that we can manage our education and users how we want to, and the customisation on home pages means they will get a professional experience. **What do you dislike about Absorb LMS?** The one thing that is missing for me in Create is the ability to use super- and sub-script text. Being scientific content, there is a LOT of this in my curriculum and I have to create separate text boxes each time, line it up and leave space in the main text.
