It has a formidable array of features that are not found in any other SMB app: - fully drag n drop (folders, projects, tasks, sub tasks) - nested sub tasks (up to 10 levels deep) - highly customizable views (list, hierarchy, kanban, gantt, etc) - customizable entry forms - custom fields - cusomizable filters - scheduling and reminders - calendar ingtegration (not tested yet) - third-party app integration (trello, others) - nice color schemes for tags (not the drab flat colors other apps have) - cross platform support (win, android - I don't use apple, so haven't tested) - responsive support (less than 1 hour during working hours CET) - not laggy, responsive navigation between main views and sub tasks views. - company is based out of Germany, so GDPR-compliant **What do you dislike about Zenkit?** Not much to dislike - I haven't fully tested Android, but it seems that drag n drop is limited on that platform (to be confirmed). **What problems is Zenkit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Because if _fully_ supports drag n drop and hierarchical folders-projects-tasks-subtasks, Zenkit enables progressive project task decomposition - it's extremly easy to set up a high-level project structure and then decompose high-level tasks down to as much detail as needed. It's rather slow and takes some getting used to. Also I don't like that the free plan only allows for 500 entries. It runs very well online and it has a mobile App. **What do you dislike about Zenkit?** The calendar is weird. I can't get used to it. I would like it more clean, and the weekends in a separate color or something like that. Saves us time switching applications. Having most things in one place also allows us to build more complex workflows that allows us to take on and manage more customers. **What do you dislike about Zenkit?** Multi-product model for particular features makes it expensive to roll out as our team expands. Despite being decent, it could cost a pretty penny if we had to use it for the whole team and get even more staff. **What problems is Zenkit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ability to have forms and tasks connected. One is their new to do app that connects seamlessly with Zenkit base. Now all my tasks are in one place without any extra work or zaps. A second thing I like is the variety of views. The third thing is the ease of customization for each project once you learn their system. Another feature is the ability to connect different pieces of projects together. **What do you dislike about Zenkit?** I don't find their help videos and instructions to be useful when you are first learning how to use Zenkit. They seem to think you already have a basic knowledge of the program. They still need to do a lot of work to improve their knowledge base, however google as usual can be your friend to help find the answers to your questions. **What problems is Zenkit solving and how is that benefiting you?** I started using Zenkit when I began working with Pivotground developing a strategy that will help us scale.
