I really like the ease of configuration of Xtremepush, as it is quite intuitive and I don't need to have a manual by my side. The variability of the options is excellent, allowing me to adapt the games according to the specific needs I have. Additionally, the gamifications are fun and interesting, which is great for offering to users.

The look and feel of the page could be improved. Within the configuration of the Wheel or the Penalties Shootout, it's not very intuitive where each section is and what it's for, like in Prizes and Games, where I often get confused about where I can see which Prizes the users have won.

I use Xtremepush for sending email campaigns both via API and manually. I like the easy-to-use interface and the fact that building and sending communications is simple. The UI is good, and I appreciate how helpful the support team is. I found the implementation team to be really good, which allowed me to get the hang of it quickly.

I wish we could import bigger lists and at a faster rate, both manually and via SFTP.

I like the gamification part of Xtremepush with the games. It's easy to integrate free games to retain the user. Now we are starting with a wheel of fortune and we want to add the penalty shootout. It also helps me with two-factor authentication via SMS.

Onboarding could be more flexible and more intense initially to have everything ready quickly, instead of holding a meeting every week. Additionally, Xtremepush could improve in terms of layout and usability.

I appreciate Xtremepush for its reliable integration with Strive, which is critically beneficial in the iGaming industry. This integration allows us to conduct real-time segmentation and automate our marketing campaigns based on player behavior, which has greatly improved our efficiency and targeting. The simple and straightforward navigation makes using Xtremepush much easier, particularly for those already familiar with email marketing tools. Its capability to segment players dynamically has been significant in understanding the player life cycle and improving lifetime value analysis. Additionally, the platform’s ability to facilitate the reactivation of lapsed players serves as a key revenue driver for us. Overall, its integration features and user-friendly interface stand out as major strengths.

I feel like the email template or campaign builder in Xtremepush needs updating. The drag and drop WYSIWYG editor feels somewhat dated, and the actual user interface for creating and designing email campaigns requires significant improvement.

Platform is user-friendly and fairly easy to navigate around.
Simple Email Builder and Campaign Builder and Audience Builder. 
Nice analytics available 
Ability to set Control Groups and measure Target vs Control on certain KPIs for each Campaign send. 
Good response time for Support tickets raise - quality of response pretty good.

**What do you dislike about Xtremepush?**

Biggest frustration is the amount of time it takes to review the Audience before activating the campaign. Sometimes I'm waiting 40-60 mins for an Audience of 3000 customers which is just not good enough. 
Analytics section not particularly helpful as stats don't align with Business KPIs.
Accuracy of the data in the Analytics section also sightly questionable.
Don't have the ability to copy Content Templates (such as Emails) to another Project area (for example from UAT /Test Environment to Prod). Frustrating as you can do this at Campaign level.
Lack of AI recommendations, predictive models and reporting on certain metrics - Optimove naturally the leaders here.

The platform allows me to initiate real-time journeys for lifecycle workflows, as well as launch ad hoc marketing campaigns. Additionally, I can review segmentation by creating a wide range of different audiences.

Automation is super easy and right inside the campaign you're creating.
A lot of other services have a very messy automation process which require a lot of different steps, and automation is done in a different hub. 
With Xtremepush I can automate every campaign right when I'm creating it. I can also schedule it to start at a future date - which is something that not every service allows you to do.
Xtremepush has simplified my automation processes and allows me to get ahead of my work.

**What do you dislike about Xtremepush?**

I feel like the labels field could use some work. While I love being able to add labels, it's a bit messy in my opinion and requires too many clicks, which more often than not just makes me not use this feature.

We recently started using Xtremepush as a one-stop-shop for both E-mail and Push notifications. 
I find working with Xtremepush saves me time, thus allowing me to get ahead of my work and freeing me up to work on analytics and optimization of campaigns.

As a copywriter, it's very easy to input copy and preview how it's going to come out on different browsers and devices. Creating campaigns and using templates also happens seamlessly, which is great specially in comparison to other competitors my company has used in the past.

I don't really like the way CTAs are setup. It gets to be a bit confusing sometimes. Also, the analytics data could be improved and expanded somewhat. It's not always the easiest to navigate and read reports.

Xtremepush was a vital change to us has it allowed us to have much better integration with our used database. I do experience quite a few bugs when working with XP. One in particular that hinders my analytics is a bug with SMS click rate calculations when a bit.ly link is used. It doesn't register the click unless there is a "https" before the link which is frustrating as there is already a very limited character count with SMS'.

Everytime we escalate a problem, it takes forever to find a fix... and instead of being properly guided, we are kept underwater with long procedures and slow support.

what I like best about working with Xtremepush is how easy it is to engage with the customers across multiple channels. It consolidates push notifications, email, SMS and more. Plus it's a powerful tool for personalization, and I can send targeted messages. There is also real time analytics to help with the campaigns. The platform itself is pretty intuitive, and if you ever run into issues, their support team is quick to help. Lastly, I can always rely on customer support. Overall, it’s a solid tool for customer engagement and data-driven marketing.

Whiile the platform is intuitive, some of the more advanced features take a bit of time to learn (or teach), especially if you’re new to the platform. Integrating it with other tools can sometimes be a challenge, requiring extra effort to get everything working smoothly.

The main advantage of this platform is that it is very intuitive and is capable of providing a great many options. It is user friendly, it does not take a lot of effort and understanding to maneuver and launch campaigns. Moreover, the customization options have enabled Y&R segregate its audiences easily, and hence has raised the bar in client-communicating capability. The one that I think would be helpful is o message sending in real time. This has helped us to engage with our users, at the right time precisely when they are in dire need of a response from us, hence the boosts in the response and engagement status. I also like detailed analysis that the program offers because it gives us means to check effectiveness of our campaigns and tweak them as we go.

However, as with all types of tools which we are using, there can be enhancements which could be done. At times the synchronisation with other applications may be slightly tricky as one has to spend some time to get every thing right. However, the technical support has been the greatest in these instances where troubles are solved promptly to enable future progress without hassle.

In my opinion, I can say that Xtremepush has been a good partner for our company. It has enabled us to solve the communication and marketing problems more efficiently, and as a result of this, customers’ satisfaction has also improved due to the availably of the features herein. Automated marketing campaign based on user behavior is the core strength that makes Xtremepush standout from other platforms. This automation has greatly reduced the time and energy we would use in outreach. The reporting features are also rich – everything is easy to analyze and adjust in real time, if necessary, regarding our campaigns. By incorporating it we have been able to use our email marketing tool to send out messages that are more appealing to the audiences.

**What do you dislike about Xtremepush?**

A disadvantage of the tool is that it may be confusing especially for new clients of Xtremepush. There is a lot that one can do with them, which makes it rather complex to manage, especially when you are understaffed and have to train your employees from scratch. This has at times resulted in misunderstandings and slow rollout of campaigns in the planning process. Also, when it comes to the customer support it is said that they take much time in replying during the peak hours which has sometimes annoyed us as we required help urgently.

The greatest challenge that Xtremepush has helped us overcome is the challenge of targeting our individual marketing messages. In the past, those of us who were involved in reaching out always felt this was generic, hence we would not attract a lot of attention. With the kind of segmentation features we have, we are now capable of developing our campaigns based on user’s preferences and usage. Not only has this raised our interaction rates but we can also make better marketing decisions in real time which has boosted us in general.
