  ### 1. Simple and easy to use

**What do you like best about UniFocus?**

The app is very simple and easy to use for any experience level. It keeps the user logged in on their device so they don't have to worry about remembering their login info and its easy to find what you're looking for. Clocking in and out is almost always quick and simple (so long as you have a decent internet connection).

**What do you dislike about UniFocus?**

It does lack some features (at least the android app does) which are pretty annoying if you need them. For example, at work, we have a point system (like when we have to call off work on a scheduled day or when we are late or if we have a no-call-no-show we get points for those) and every now and then when I want to see how many points I have on my record or when certain points will be reset and removed from my record. That kind of information is not available when using the app.

**What problems is UniFocus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since my workplace transitioned to using UniFocus, it has helped alleviate problems with everyone being able to clock in on time. In my department we have well over 150 (almost 200 I think) employees and about 80% of us work the same shift (9am-5:30pm). We only have 2 punch terminals (one for the in-house employees and another for the temp agency employees) so with all of us trying to clock in at the same time everyday it would be irritating and sometimes stressful. Now, with UniFocus, we are able to clock in using our cell phones via the UniFocus app so there's no more people pushing their way up front or crowding around the punch terminals and everyone can clock in at the same time, on time.

**What do you like best about UniFocus?**

I like how easy it is to use! I also like how you can access this program via a website and it doesn't have to be installed on your computer.

**What do you dislike about UniFocus?**

The graphics are kind of boring. Also, the machines set up for finger printed malfunctions frequently, but it is easy to fix.

**Recommendations to others considering UniFocus:**

Make sure your Java is updated to the latest version at all times. This will make it load a hundred times faster.

**What problems is UniFocus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use this for optimal scheduling. It truly works if used correctly. It lets managers know how to schedule effectively throughout the different departments in the hotel. It is also handy when using it for payroll. Very simple.

Was very user friendly. Did not need much training and was simple. 

**What do you dislike about UniFocus?**

Could not select multiple employees at once to put same schedule in.

Great to check daily hours

To do the pay every 2 weeks it is very simple. Easy to go in daily and get updates.
