**What do you like best about Tresorit?**

Our non-profit human rights organisation uses Tresorit because of its security features. It is easy to use, and provides a perfect alternative to other cloud storage systems for teams.

**What do you dislike about Tresorit?**

Nothing, we are very happy with Tresorit!

Tresorit is a secure platform, where we don't have to be concerned about the security of our sensitive information, yet it still provides the same easy to use functionality of other cloud storage systems.

**What do you like best about Tresorit?**

The fact that its similar to the finder program on Mac makes it intuitive to use. Also the data security for our more secure projects is exactly why we got the service in the first place.

**What do you dislike about Tresorit?**

I wish there was a way to stream videos that could be controlled how many times are viewed. Sometimes I want to send someone a review link to a video but I don't want them to be able to hold on to the file.

**What problems is Tresorit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are working in very secure project that requires data transfers of normal needs but in a way that is totally secure including password protection and encryption.

What I like the most about tresorit is that I always can count on it, it works always and if there should be a problem i can contact the support as they will help me for sure

What i dont like about tresorit is that sometimes I am annoyed I need to by extra acces for a new employee i dont even know if it will stay longer than a week in my office

**What problems is Tresorit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving data thrustfully. I dont trust the other companies like google and the others one I just want to save my data safely without fearing it will be shared online

- Service issues, after restarting the machine sometimes the services did not go up automatically, so manual transaction is needed to start it and sync with cloud

**What do you like best about Tresorit?**

It is incredibly easy to use and to share across a company of remote employees and clients. Customer service is always helpful and they are always adding features.

**What do you dislike about Tresorit?**

I haven't found anything yet. I love that I can get old versions of files.

**What problems is Tresorit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't have to pay for all the craziness of Rackspace or worry about having a server onsite. Our IT costs are significantly decreased.

customer support is quick and useful in most situations
the user interface is nice looking and easy to use 
the setup process is comfortable and doesn't take forever

**What do you dislike about Tresorit?**

i dislike the lack of possibility to change the abonemments ownership to a customer or to a different account, while remaining all the rights to e.g. reset user passwords. Has given me some headaches and put me into a bad position in front of my customer
i dislike not being able to enable SSO after creating accounts manually, the mail and persons remain the same, but if you want to enable SSO you need to reset the users account to zero

being able to share big amounts of data to people i don't want to have in my organizational infrastructure, me and my customers are using tresorit to maintain data with external ventures

**What do you like best about Tresorit?**

Flexible file syncing is a key feature for our organization - and one that not many cloud storage systems do well. Tresorit's file syncing is not only flexible, it is reliable and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Tresorit?**

The name is kind of hard to pronounce and not well recognized like OneDrive, Google Drive or Dropbox. But it's worth the effort to educate colleagues on this lesser-known cloud storage platform.

**What problems is Tresorit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many of our executives need local access to large and sensitive files at various remote locations. By securely syncing in the background, all of the resources we need are available immediately with no compromise on security.

**What do you like best about Tresorit?**

It's very easy to use and by connecting it to your Windows Folders, it doesn't feel like you're using a different app. But for sure it's a lot more secure and safe to use an app like this

**What do you dislike about Tresorit?**

A collaboration connection with the office products would add some more value. Now you need to check-out a document for editing, sometimes not very handy when you're working in a team.

The safety of my client details is a lot more guaranteed as well as the availability of documents. Now I can open them anywhere in the world, all safe. Very happy overall.

I like the data everywhere from a save platform. All devices are synchronized. Data history is available for each file.

The Mobile version (Android) depiction is a bit inconvenient.

Security and simplicity are the two factors I like the most. I also like the options while creating a link. So I can set how long the link will be available, to which people, etc.

I dislike the fact that you dont have open API and I cant connect it to integromat.

It's the most secure cloud in my eyes, so perfect for business.

**What do you like best about Tresorit?**

Multi-platform support
Ability to set up multiple shared volumes
Fine grained control over whether a folder is online only, or synchronized with the local disk.

**What do you dislike about Tresorit?**

The price is a bit up there for a small business user or family user. We have the 4TB plan, which is the minimum, but we use less than 1TB. It would be nice to have a lower-end price plan.

**What problems is Tresorit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have access to my files, securely, no matter where I am.
I can seamlessly keep my files synchronized with my family members across all of our devices and computers.

I like the integration across multiple platforms. I haven't used the Windows version in a while, but I like how Tresorit works with the macOS.

**What do you dislike about Tresorit?**

Sometimes it seems a bit slow to generate links for sharing.

The integration with the macOS Finder makes it easy to upload files. I don't have to think twice about saving an important file.

**What do you like best about Tresorit?**

Tresorit is one of the safest online Cloud-Data-Services. The setup is very easy, Tresorit is easy to organize and to administrate and is running stable. We are using Tresorit as a Team-Solution very successfully.

**What do you dislike about Tresorit?**

Data-Replication for Backup using Microsoft based backup-Server is not as easy as the backup were using Microsoft OneDrive. There are workarounds though. But a direct backup-Accessibility for data-replication backup-Solutions would be great!

All data is easily been synchronized over all out computers, laptops and even other mobile devises, and thus all Team-members have access to all our crucial data at all time.

User Interface of the app really helps with finding required data without much of a hassle, the data can then be shared to whoever we want via shared folders, can't get much easier than that

**What do you dislike about Tresorit?**

The admin center is sometimes inaccessible via some browsers, and I had to download a whole separate browser to open up the admin center and practice admin privileges

**What problems is Tresorit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tresorit is helping us solve the problem of a safe and secure cloud storage which can share data. Usually this takes server racks and other hardware but Tresorit makes it all go away

The securisation of data on cloud; easy synchronization; secure file transmission; secured data sharing; e-signature; very responsive support

It would be helpful to encrypt data on the client's side before synchronisation

Secure storage of data; e-signature; sharing of documents in a secure environment. Working mainly internationally, I am far more productive using Tresorit's services

All team members can access shared encrypted storage; additionally, adding and removing users is easy without the requirement of reconfiguration. Possibility of sharing data with external partners.

Sometimes the application does not work on Linux without clearly specifying a reason. It usually occurs with FUSE driver. We use encrypted emails with PGP or SMIME, so new features of tresorit portfolio are not helpful.

Simple sharing of encrypted data with many users. It offloads our e-mail communication and does not reconfiguration whenever someone is added to the pool of users.

That we can work on the documents as a team, since everything is saved in a cloud and is therefore accessible for everyone around the world at the same time. That's nice!

The only thing I don't like is that every time I open documents through the app, they get downloaded and take up memory on my laptop. It would be better and faster, if that step would not be necessary.

I like how I have access to my files on multiple computers and I can share documents with my team members without having to email them each individual file.

The folders, when not directly using the app, sometimes do not upload and sync properly. And moving files can be a pain because you have to click each subfolder, instead of dragging it.

Tresorit stores my data with end-to-end encryption and is easy and quick to use.
Even big files take only seconds to upload. I have never had a problem with this program.

I do not like the box "Remember me (the password) on this computer" at "Sign in to Tresorit."
I always sign out of Tresorit when I leave my office to prevent unauthorized access 
to my data via my workstation.

We deal with very sensitive information involving children, so it's very important that the platform be extremely secure and private. We have also never had a problem with uptime or functionality.

Frankly, very little. It would be nice to be able to upload even larger files. We don't need it often, but occasionally files exceed the individual file size limit.

**Recommendations to others considering Tresorit:**

If you have a need for an ultra secure cloud based file collaboration and storage solution, do it!

International management of very sensitive files dealing with children. Very secure knowing there's E2E encryption and the files are protected from viewing from other than the intended recipient.

Tresorit is one of the best storage services that I have encountered, the features make it easy to use with team members and clients.

**What do you dislike about Tresorit?**

The only downside is that Tresorit client doesn't encrypt the files on disk when a folder is synced to a device.

It makes it easy to receive and share documents and files of highly sensitive nature

**What do you like best about Tresorit?**

I tried sync.com and spideroak; Tresorit is easier to use and still has all the features I needed from the other solution. Very happy to use Tresorit for all my syncing needs.

**What do you dislike about Tresorit?**

in my experience, the android app doesn't allow the same kind of folder syncing that's on desktop, only download which is annoying.

**What problems is Tresorit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wanted to move documents out of cloud services so I could apply scripts and transformations without API access.
I wanted to sync my music collection across multiple devices and the selective sync is very good for this.
I have game projects that are too large for other versioning systems like GitHub so having syncing and version control is very useful.
syncing my camera roll and art from my art tablet automatically is icing on the cake.

Multi-person live-document editing features do not exist, and we mostly have to take the documents off Tresorit to another toolset for multi-person editing.

The price is on the higher side but i still couldn't find something cheaper that does what Tresorit does.

It is impossible to save larger files (e.g. movies) from iPhone to Tresorit as it always times out. Had to buy a specific application for that.

**What do you like best about Tresorit?**

Instant sharing of documents between team members, Tresorit allows us to work together even at distance in the most secure way. We have tried other solutions before, like Dropbox, but haven't found them satisfying.

**What do you dislike about Tresorit?**

Depending on the available internet connection, the synchronization is a little bit long; despite the possibility to mark "work in progress" on a document, it still happens that we end with two conflicting versions.

**What problems is Tresorit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data security above all; we cannot afford to expose our customers' data to unauthorized access; Tresorit makes me sleep well. We can share sensitive documents with our customers by sending secured links instead of non-protected email attachments and show that we are real professionals.
