What do you like best about Tresorit?

Security is top notch.

Great user interface.

Fast and reliable.

Sharing Links can expire and be password protected.

Pricing is reasonable.

What do you dislike about Tresorit?

Expiry settings could be more customisable, for example to allow for time zone selection and also time selection (instead of only date).

We have had problems with some accounts being cancelled or on hold by mistake, having to contact their support to fix (for no apparent reason). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tresorit solving and how is that benefiting you?

the issue of sending files securely to a 3rd party. The best feature is that no account is needed on the side that needs to download the file.

Also, 3rd parties can be given write access to cloud folders (by creating a free personal account first).

What do you like best about Tresorit?

What I really like about Tresorit is the security of its services. Data is strictly protected, which sometimes gives me a sense of relief. In addition, the interface is very well presented and easy to understand, even for new users. What do you dislike about Tresorit?

What I don't like about Tresorit is that it's too expensive compared to other cloud storage solutions available. This can pose a small problem for small businesses or freelancers.
