**What do you like best about TalkChief?**

We wanted a reliable system, easy to use, and one that enables listening to recordings in an easy way.
In addition to this, we liked the dynamic route feature, and the great user interface.

**What do you dislike about TalkChief?**

Nothing really, but would be great to add more integrations, especially CRM’s

**What problems is TalkChief solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My team members can work, take and make calls from anywhere.

The fact that i can use the softphone on my mobile and mac, im reachable everywhere, i dont miss calls anymore
