The reports are not only easy to generate but also highly useful. Additionally, when it was first installed, it seamlessly integrated with our PMS (Sihot), making it an effective solution for us **What do you dislike about SpaSoft?** The installation process was straightforward, though it required some additional time to complete due to the need for software installation and local server connections. We are now transitioning to SaaS models, which only require web browsers to operate **What problems is SpaSoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** Spasoft assisted me in scheduling spa sessions and managing the revenue associated with spa services. Additionally, it seamlessly integrated the generated information into our PMS (Sihot) through a service integration. We found Spasoft to be an excellent solution that effectively integrated our technologies and managed spa services at a competitive price. ### 2. There aren’t a lot of short cuts or easy ways of doing things. **What problems is SpaSoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** Great way to keep up with guest information. It was used as part of our daily routine in the spa. **What do you dislike about SpaSoft?** I found that at times it could be a bit clunky or difficult to navigate. **What problems is SpaSoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** The receptionists, massage therapists, and concierge were all able to utilize spasoft. We used it to locate reservations, but also to add notes for our each guest. Some guests were celebrating birthdays, were with large parties, or didn't really speak english. We were able to create notes on the reservations so everybody would be known and up to date on our guests. ### 4. I took a little while to learn the in's and outs of the system but in a few weeks I was able maneuver fairly well. Everything from booking appointments to chekcing people in. **What do you dislike about SpaSoft?** I wish this system would work with our Micros system. We have to have 2 separate system when we cash someone out for their services. We require several signatures from both system and sometimes it get to be pain in the neck. **What problems is SpaSoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** The benefits are you can easily find errors that may have been made throughout the day. SpaSoft also lacks cloud based support - important to remember if you’ll be managing your spa business from your phone or home computer. **What problems is SpaSoft solving and how is that benefiting you?** It offers everything from guest management, booking, many many reports about profits, performance and resource utilization, as well as the ability to book groups and connect with other types of software to gather payment ### 7. It allows for easy booking of appointments. **What do you dislike about SpaSoft?** It freezes often, it's hard to make changes and it's out of date.
