**What do you like best about Ringostat?**

We liked that Ringostat specialists first learn about the specifics of business. Only then do they recommend tools that truly work.

For example, they suggested connecting virtual numbers from countries where our clients call us. This reduced the call cost for them. And now we receive more inquiries.

They also recommended call tracking. As a result, we discovered that part of our advertising was simply wasting budget. And not even paying for itself.

**What do you dislike about Ringostat?**

The personal cabinet interface is a bit outdated. We expected a more modern design from Ringostat. However, finding reports is not an issue. So this is a minor drawback.

**What problems is Ringostat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We offer our clients different ways to communicate. They can call us, write in a messenger. Or use the chat on our website. This is convenient for clients, but not for us. We had to switch between different programs. And were afraid of losing a client conversation. Ringostat offered us their Ringostat Smart Phone app. Now we communicate with clients in a single app, without unnecessary switching. All conversations are in front of us, and we don’t need to search for the right one for a long time.

**What do you like best about Ringostat?**

Thanks to Ringostat's call tracking, we identified which advertising channels brought the most orders through calls, as well as ads that generated almost no phone inquiries. By reallocating our budget to more successful campaigns, we were able to increase our customer base.

The Ringostat Smart Phone app is a must-have tool for our team, especially for our remote employees who can answer calls on the go. It unifies our Viber and Telegram in a single interface, eliminating the need to switch between different windows. This is not only convenient but also helps us avoid losing customers among various messengers and open chats.

**What do you dislike about Ringostat?**

At first, it seemed like Ringostat offered too many features. For example, countless parameters for customizing reports. It was simply overwhelming, and we wondered: "Why do we need all this?" However, after several consultations with tech support and researching their knowledge base, we realized these weren't headaches but rather the precise and valuable data we needed.

We operate not only in the Ukrainian market but also internationally, with many clients abroad. Previously, they were reluctant to call our main number due to expensive international rates. **What do you like best about Ringostat?**

First thing I'd like to mention is that Ringostat got their international information security certificate, ISO/IEC 27001:2022. We deal with a lot of confidential information that shouldn't get into the wrong hands. Plus, we work with companies that have strict requirements for data security standards.
Next, their technical support is superfast. Within two minutes, a specialist was already working with us. Actually solving problems didn't take long either — they pretty much have answers ready for everything. It's nice working with experienced professionals.
We also really like that most features can be set up on our own. Every step is explained in the instructions, so we don't have to constantly reach out to support.

**What do you dislike about Ringostat?**

The interface could be a bit more modern. Some functions are hidden in the depths of the menu, and you need to spend time to find them. But in general, everything is intuitive after the first few days of use.

**What problems is Ringostat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our clients are from different time zones, so we used to miss some calls during off-hours. If a client didn't call back themselves, we never knew they tried to reach us. Thanks to Ringostat reports, we now know about these calls and can quickly call back.
Also, thanks to the integration of Ringostat's virtual PBX with our CRM, audio recordings of conversations are automatically attached to contacts. We can easily recall all the information that was discussed during calls with clients or colleagues.

We were most impressed with the call tracking and analytics feature, which helps us understand which sources bring in quality customers. Automated reports allowed us to quickly get data on the effectiveness of each advertising campaign. We also appreciated the user-friendly interface and easy access to reports provided by Ringostat.

What we like best is the user-friendly calling app we use on our devices. It is very clear and easy to use. Even new managers immediately understand how to work with it.

Not all telephony settings were immediately clear to us. But then we contacted technical support, who quickly set everything up for us.

Our company has clients from many countries, and we must periodically communicate with them by phone. Therefore, we must be able to call our clients wherever they are and wherever we are. For this task, we have connected Ringostat telephony and the call app. Thanks to this, we can stay in touch with our customers anywhere there is an Internet connection. We don't have to worry about the project we hand over to Ringostat. The team will take care of the client, quickly connect telephony, and help him set up the integration.

We don't know, because we use it only for calls. In this regard, everything is fine.

Our team performs maintenance and support of the client's WordPress website. In particular, they need to automate the sales process and implement virtual telephony, to set up integration with CRM. In this case, we usually recommend Ringostat. The platform is known for having a high-quality connection that works reliably and additional products. For example, our clients use the Ringostat app for calls, call tracking, callbacks, etc. In addition, the team can take other useful actions that affect website conversion. For example, one of our clients had their website numbers made clickable for free. We use Ringostat for ourselves, although we don't make calls that often. But we know from our own experience that everything will be fine with the connection. The technical support is friendly and does not impose additional products, advising only what we really need in our case.

I like that we can always rely on Ringostat. When our agency's clients need telephony or call tracking, the platform team connects them as quickly as possible. Sometimes even in one day. We are also quite satisfied with the terms of the affiliate program.

It's really cool that the data on call sources is accurate. Ringostat has also recently integrated with Google Analytics 4, and technical support helps to transfer call goals to this system.

It is not always clear how to set up Webhooks, but support helps with this.

As a digital agency, it is extremely important for us to track all conversions from campaigns. In particular, we need to understand how advertising traffic is converted into phone calls. Ringostat helps us a lot in this regard. The platform has many integrations, so call data is transferred to Google Analytics 4 and our clients' CRMs. This data makes the relationship between us and our clients transparent. Quality of communication. And also the fact that Ringostat has additional useful products. For example, we have installed a callback form on our site. We had underestimated this functionality before, but it turned out that people called through it quite often. We are also delighted with the extension for calling from the browser. It's a serious time saver and generally nice to use.

It took a while to figure out the service. But thanks to the support, they patiently explained everything to us and were very helpful.

Our company focuses on several markets at once, and we have to call potential customers from different countries. So we needed a reliable telephony service that would allow us to communicate with users "not for all the money in the world" :) We were advised by Ringostat, and we are very satisfied. We don't overpay for calls, there are no problems with communication. All conversations are recorded, so we can always check how the sales reps are working with the deals. Not once has the telephony not worked or the caller couldn't be heard properly.

Most of all, I like the convenient dialer extension that allows you to quickly call a client number from CRM with one click. Also, the data about which advertisement the client called from is very useful to me. And it's cool that they can be transferred to Google Analytics.

Didn't notice what I dislike. Everything is great within the framework of the tasks I performed.

First of all, Ringostat solves the problem of communication with the client. But its coolest feature is, that when a client calls, the extension for calls opens and shows information about the caller. So we understand which activities to invest more budget.

**What do you like best about Ringostat?**

Probably the coolest thing about Ringostat is technical support and the overall quality of service. My previous experience with the support team wasn't that great when I used another telephony and call tracking service. Therefore, I was surprised that the guys answer my messages and calls almost immediately. And the solution for calls from the browser was instantly appreciated by my colleagues from the sales department. And, of course, call tracking is on the high level. We regularly use its data to launch up ads.

**What do you dislike about Ringostat?**

It took me a while to figure out my Ringostat account, as there are a lot of things there. However, I did not need all of them as a user, as everything is usually set up by technical support, if you ask them to do so. It seems to me that some sections could be hidden.

**Recommendations to others considering Ringostat:**

I recommend the service to everyone who suffers from poor communication or inaccurate call statistics, as our company used to. With Ringostat, there will definitely not be such a situation that telephony is "weak" or data is not collected, and technical support does not answer you all day long. It will also be useful for those who not only call or run ads, but also want to use various additional features. We have not looked for a solution for calls from the browser before, but now we cannot imagine our work without it.

Ringostat helps me with the communication with customers and advertising optimization. We often get text messages from clients, as well as calls from them. And our head of sales department listens the recordings of calls to understand how employees communicate with customers and close deals. Without Ringostat, we would probably get fewer leads from ads. Our main task was to track sources of calls. We also needed to understand the cost recovery of each advertising campaign and the performance of keywords there. Ringostat call tracking and virtual PBX perfectly covered our needs. Moreover, after the trial period, we decided to connect a callback widget. First of all, it is an additional channel of communication. Ans, secondly, it is also an analytical tool, as we receive the required information on callers.

Nothing to say here. Communication with the support and success team is great. They are doing their best to help us with the project settings and maintenance. That's why our experience is positive. Even though, we could say that some of the products might be difficult to understand for a beginner in marketing. Ringostat was one of the first platforms to help online marketers to know better how their ad campaigns work. There are businesses where more than half of clients prefer to call rather than register on the website. In this situation, call tracking tool is a must.

You cannot choose nice numbers for every channel to track. Moreover, some customers save the number used while tracking is enabled. But after you give up your subscription those customers won't be able to reach you the same number.

We decided to choose Ringostat because of precise and clear statistics of reports on calls. The service is  stable and employees from the support team are always involved in our tasks. We use callback as an analytical tool. It shows us statistics on customers in the call log. It displays where customers who ordered callback are coming from. Virtual PBX and Ringostat Smart Phone integrated with a CRM system is a great combo for connecting with customers and control of sales reps' work.

Our feedback is positive we haven't faced any issues yet. But the service may seem a bit complicated for a person who sees it at the first time because of the range of products and opportunities. But when you start the work with them it's quite easy to use.

**What do you like best about Ringostat?**

Our company receives requests made by phones every day. So we needed to control sales reps and the number of missed calls. But our main goal was to track sources of calls to optimize ad budgets. Call tracking and virtual PBX fully covered our needs. Ringostat's virtual PBX allowed us to listen to the recordings of conversations. That's how we reduced the number of junk calls. We also used Ringostat's default reports to discover the effectiveness of ads.

We did not face issues with the work of the service. Nothing to complain about. But there are lots of different options offered by Ringostat so we weren't sure what to do with the various opportunities at the early beginning.

"Initially, we appealed to Ringostat as we needed Virtual PBX. We were especially interested in the voice menu as our customers we struggling with the complex structure of the company. Then we had a product demonstration and discovered Ringostat Smart Phone. We understood that it's what we were looking for — a tool that will facilitate the work with customers for our sales reps. Well, as Smart Phone requires call tracking to work, we connected it as well.

**What do you like best about Ringostat?**

We were searching for a tool that would allow optimizing ad campaigns. After comparing different tools and companies, we decided to choose Ringostat. This company offers unique opportunities for a business. For campaign optimization, we use call tracking and end-to-end analytics. We used call tracking to define sources of calls and keywords of companies; as a result, we mentioned that some campaigns bring junk leads.That's how we stopped these campaigns and launched more appropriate ones. End-to-end analytics helped us to see the cost recovery of investments in ads. Furthermore, we used a callback to increase the conversion in the call. And Ringostat's callback fully covered our needs.

Like any company, we strive to increase our sales. We have used Ringostat call tracking for a long time and it helps us to improve our results. Ringostat is always in development. And now I use their new extension in Chrome with Ringostat Insider. With Ringostat Insider, we receive information about our client before the call. At the time of the call, the manager sees the report:
- which product does the customer choose on the site
- what kind of advertising it came from
- keywords and much more. 
Ringostat has integration with different CRM. Due to this, we save data automatically in one system. We can make reports on calls for more than 30 parameters. Detailed reports help to evaluate not only the clients' requests but also the work of our managers.

We use Ringostat to optimize our advertising budget. About 60% of requests that we receive are calls. We liked Ringostat as it has a flexible system that can be applied to many of our business needs. The main goal was to understand the revenue from launched ad campaigns so we tried Ringostat end-to-end analytics and it turned out that we've been losing many calls! Ringostat can automatically count ROI it has data and reports which makes our work routine much easier. We intergarated call-tracking with our CRM system is also useful opportunity, that made our workflow more autometed and less less labor-intensive.

**What do you like best about Ringostat?**

Ringostat has changed the workflow of our company. As our business became lager we decided to install call tracking. We were recommended to work with Ringostat so we decided to try it. We started with the free trial and it was quite impressive! However, later we understood that our business is rather specific so we pick up "Enterprise" pricing. It was 2 years ago but we are still happy with it. We use combined call tracking as we have both online and offline advertisements (billboards). One more great thing for us is the "Callback" button with callback form. The coolest here is that the button can change the size and color. It was quite important for us as our website is colorful so we wanted the button to match it. Ringostat Smart Phone is also a great feature for our sales reps. It increased our customers' loyalty a lot! But the thing here is that due to Ringostat Smart Phone we know the website pages that are mostly visited by our customers. That's why we can offer them exactly what they need.

Ringostat Smart Phone is a great solution for calls in Google Chrome. Everything is intuitive and as easy like calling from a smartphone. In order to call, our managers just need to open the site and click on the phone number. If the phone is not clickable it is also easy to call by two clicks. There are different types of call transfer. Now in our company, there is a rule it uses soft call transfer. When transferring a call to a colleague, they must make sure that he is there and ready to answer. Also, our managers can pause a call during a call. It works when they need to ask a colleague for advice.

Great quality. Good IVR settings. We lose new calls to our company because managers phones are busy. We decided to use an interactive line. If all managers are busy, you can hear a voice message asking you to wait a few minutes. We changed the standard beeps with music. Also, our clients listen to the audio greeting while waiting for the manager’s response.

The best thing for us about using Ringostat is phone number substitution by geolocation and have the opportunity to manage phone number allocation in pools. We use the phone numbers in client's areas to make it seem like we are local to them. We always know how many actual numbers from the pool are used. And we can, in the case of reduced attendance, turn off unnecessary ones, or respond promptly to a shortage. The ability to fix the cancellation of the substitution by the list of IP addresses is a special opportunity Ringostat, which we use. Due to this, phone numbers from the pool are not spent on employees who often use our site for work.

If I want to see repeated calls from the same persone I have to apply a filter. It will be good to see the number of repeated calls in the general call history.

Ringostat can save filters in many parameters. For example, to the clients' geography, by the hold time, track where conversions are coming from, distribution calls by day of the week and time and many others.  We sort non-targeted calls and not take it into account in end-to-end analytics. Thus, we get better analytics multi-channel funnels reporting. 
Also, thanks to the configured filters, we can generate reports in one minute and send it to our experts via email.

**What do you like best about Ringostat?**

I really enjoy how Ringostat is integrated with our CRM. It's flexible and easy to set up. It is also easy to oversee how many calls are being answered or missed by your team. Client communication is saved in a call's card: sources, recordings, visited website pages history and so on.
Moreover, with Ringostat we're able to automate our workflow and measure call conversations on PPC campaigns. Ringostat call reports are very detailed - down to the keyword level.

**What do you dislike about Ringostat?**

Nothing that bothers me now. Think it would be cool if they work out transcript capabilities of calls.

**Recommendations to others considering Ringostat:**

Use ready-made CRM integrations to see which campaigns generate sales and further revenue.

We solved the problem with missed calls. Now we're also able to track source information across multiple campaigns.

**What do you like best about Ringostat?**

With Ringostat we are able to record all of the calls to manage and improve our customer service. What is more, we can see the full effects of our advertising campaigns. Ringostat reports are easy to use and read. I like that you can easily create customized reports for sales, marketing or other departments to analyze specific data. They are adding new features and tools all the time. Moreover, if you want specific useful improvement they will work out it.



**What do you dislike about Ringostat?**

Not much to dislike here. Maybe reporting could be streamlined a bit. 

**Recommendations to others considering Ringostat:**

Reports Section was really useful. There you can receive in-depth marketing analytic such as keywords performance.

**What problems is Ringostat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ringostat helps us to determine that calls were coming from paid search and social. So we were able to improve our ROI based on that reports.

**What do you like best about Ringostat?**

1 - Operational and qualified customer support with the willingness to solve complex custom tasks.
2 - Open access to Webhooks and API.
3 - You can not only track calls but immediately distribute them from the site to departments/cities.
4 - Ability to independently control the required amount of numbers for dynamic call tracking.
5 - The unlimited number of SIP accounts and employees to connect.
6 - Customized callback widget: you can set how it looks and the call forwarding conditions.

**What do you dislike about Ringostat?**

Quite hard and unobvious call forwarding schemes settings.


**Recommendations to others considering Ringostat:**

With Ringostat you can both set up a call center for outbound calls and track the inbound calls from your advertising campaigns. Moreover, there are a number of analytical reports generated that help supervise the call agents work. Ringostat is a powerful and flexible instrument. So I strongly recommend it. 


**What problems is Ringostat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We faced a huge amount of missed calls — 40%. With Ringostat we reduced it to 10%. What is more, with Ringostat we set up a dynamic call tracking with automatic calls distribution across cities, depending on the selected region on the site. It helps us to increase customer loyalty and improve call processing. Moreover, now we are testing automatic customer polling via Ringostat PBX. Additionally, now we understand which advertising works and able to optimize ads expenses.

**What do you like best about Ringostat?**

I like the ability to add tracking numbers quickly. Also, support is always very clear and prompt. The most useful feature for our company was the tracking number configuration by geolocation. It gave us a deep insight of where customers are calling from and we are able to distribute calls directly to the local office.

So far, there's nothing wrong with the service. Support team does a good job to solve all issues as soon as possible.

Use call card to see certain users call records and their activity on the site.

- Works in many countries, even in US and EU
- You don't need to buy telephone numbers separately, Ringostat can provide you some
- Easy to use API. if you have your own CRM system you can easily integrate Ringostat with it
- Support of popular AMO, Pipedrive, Bitrix CRM systems
- Creating goals in Google Analytics like Answered, Aborted and Not Answered calls and track calls sources like Direct visit, Parid Traffic, Social, etc.
- History of calls and Call center functions

**What do you dislike about Ringostat?**

- Price. It's not cheap, but you have a lot of functionalities with it
- You can't simply buy telephone numbers via service in several countries

**Recommendations to others considering Ringostat:**

Ringostat can provide you free trial period and you should only pay for telephone numbers. You can test it out for a month and decide if it's working for your business or not. It's definitely effective if you have a lot of calls and you need track their sources.

Ringostat is a great tool to track your call sources, like Direct visits of your website, visits from Paid traffic (Adwords, Bings Ads, Facebook Ads, ets), or Social visits. Also you have built in call center function, so you have solution for managers to answer calls and track their efficiency.

Best parts:
1. Ease of project creation - might take you 2 days from 0 to start using a software.
2. Good built-in reports and option to make your custom reports too!
3. Open API and integrations with most popular CRMs, such as Salesforce, Zoho, AmoCRM and PipeDrive
4. Connects with Google Analytics and allows to track call-conversions
5. Good support, always responds in between 5-15 minutes

**What do you dislike about Ringostat?**

It would be awesome if project creation and connection could be in 30 minutes from start. 

**What problems is Ringostat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking call-conversions. It might be 20-40% of sales starting from phone calls and as a marketing agency, we need to be able to track them to manage the advertising budget to get positive ROI.

**What do you like best about Ringostat?**

The best things in Ringostat are 
Filters. You can filter and make data sets from 30+ parameters creating different reports - based on channel, on keyword, location etc
Multi-channel funnel report like in Google Analytics, but for calls. As far as I know no other call tracking services provide it and it is necessary for any professional marketer — to learn the user path before making a call.

The service develops and add features quite often, but sometimes UI suffers. I also think they need to upgrade their callback widget to make it visually more attractive.

This is a must-have tool for any marketing agency, web-analysts, ppc-specialists in any company.

**What problems is Ringostat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work with Ringostat for couple of my European projects, where my job is to promote business of my clients,  bring more calls and customers for them. From my experience, people who prefer to call convert into more revenue than those, who fill in the online forms. That is why it is crucial for me to track the sources of these phone calls, understand what are the channels and even keywords, that bring more calls to my clients and optimize my advertising campaigns accordingly. For this purpose I use Ringostat. 
The one best benefit is that I can prove results to my clients.
