## ReviewStudio Reviews
  ### 1. Review Studio is an absolute game-changer for our team.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Trevor N. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2024

**What do you like best about ReviewStudio?**

Review Studio has streamlined our review process to perfection, allowing us to collaborate seamlessly, provide timely feedback on projects, and easily recieve final approval from clients. Its intuitive interface makes navigation a breeze for all levels of user, while its robust features cater to our every need. Its cloud-based platform ensures accessibility from anywhere on any device, making remote collaboration and approvals a simple process.

**What do you dislike about ReviewStudio?**

It would be great to see a more robust client/reviewer management solution. Being able to easily filter and search for stored client information when assigning to a review would streamline the approval process.

**What problems is ReviewStudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Review Studio allows us to have a record of internal approval on work, as well as a simple, easy-to-use interface for clients to approve final artwork. Previously, our approvals process was a mess of email, PDFs and difficult-to-follow trail of feedback. Review Studo has streamlined this whole process for us.

**Official Response from Joey Tanny:**

> We're thrilled to hear about your ReviewStudio experience! What you are experiencing is exactly what we hope to deliver to you and all our customers.

About client/reviewer management - sounds like a feature we can explore. We will reach out to gather your input.

  ### 2. ReviewStudio review

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris B. | Prepress Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2024

**What do you like best about ReviewStudio?**

Review Studio is easy to use in both submitting files for review and for others to markup issues with the files. Workflows are easy to setup for various employees to review only certain file based on their particular roles and responsibilities.

**What do you dislike about ReviewStudio?**

Files preview at a small size on screen and need to be zoomed in to read type and analyze graphics. This has to be done incependently for each page unfrtunately and slows the process down. The ability to turn off the color channels of a PDF file independantly would be a big plus for those in the print industry.

**What problems is ReviewStudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to not have to route printed pages for review which saves us time and money. It's easy to track the progress of exactly who has looked at what and who hasn't. It keeps old markups intact to compare to new uploads to verify all corrections have been made.

  ### 3. Great Platform for Reviewing and Approving.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole C. | Social media manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2024

**What do you like best about ReviewStudio?**

Its a convenient Platform that allows both the agency and the client to review and approve documents.

**What do you dislike about ReviewStudio?**

It was a bit confusing when I started using the platform, but after a bit of training, it was actually very easy and convenient to use.

**What problems is ReviewStudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a convenient platform to send projects through to review and approve.

**Official Response from Joey Tanny:**

> Great to have you onboard! And any time you have questions, never hesitate to reach out to support.

  ### 4. We utilize Review Studio to streamline our proofing process.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Allyx D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2024

**What do you like best about ReviewStudio?**

All our reviews are in one place and saved into different categories for easy finding. We are able to go back to archived projects to review previously made comments and versions of each review. We use Review Studio everyday to help us stay on track. Our team of reviewers have easily learned how to make comments and approve or deny reviews. Customer support responds in a timely manner.

**What do you dislike about ReviewStudio?**

Downsides are most our our reviews that are uploaded give error messages when trying to review. We have to click out and refresh multiple times. Customer support did not have a solution to this problem, simply stating that it would only happen on old reviews, that is not the case.

**What problems is ReviewStudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It lets us have all comments in one place, not having to shuffle through emails from multiple people. Also with workflows it allows everyone to know where in the proofing process we are, QC, image check, production check.

**Official Response from Joey Tanny:**

> It's been great to have you and your team on board.

We are grateful to be a part of your workflows and help centralize your feedback.

With regards to uploading error, it should absolutely not be recurring.
We've sent you a follow up ensure this is remedied.

  ### 5. Ease of use and quality imports

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Francois H. | Web Developer, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2024

Reviewstudio imports the web pages in perfect on the spesified sizes. it also allows for reworks to be uploaded and creates tasks to be completed. This giving the customer a good interface to see their design / development to review and request changes and additions to design and development. It integrates with a click and we use this for all our peojects internal and external. Easy to showcase the design and website. They have great suppoort and assist where needed. Thank you for easy implemntation just by sharing links and we use this platform everyday for all projects.

**What do you dislike about ReviewStudio?**

We have not encountered any problems as the training is great and the interface is easy

**What problems is ReviewStudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Betetr understanding and pin pointing of client issues with design. they can mark and comment where they want changes or implements

**Official Response from Joey Tanny:**

> Great to hear!

  ### 6. Good tool for collaboration!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Performing Arts | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2024

**What do you like best about ReviewStudio?**

ReviewStudio is a very good tool for our organisation. It is very easy to use and the ability to share and get collaborators direct input is great. I also like that you can add a new version of the same document as you go.

**What do you dislike about ReviewStudio?**

I havent found anything that I don't like with ReviewStudio so far.

**What problems is ReviewStudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ReviewStudio enables us to invite collaborators who are not working with us regulary to review and comment documents directly.

  ### 7. Never miss a change!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2024

**What do you like best about ReviewStudio?**

Very easy to use. Easy to track changes, even within different versions, comparaison tool is excellent.
PDF, images or videos, it can handle almost all formats, at least all the standard ones that we use on a daily basis.

**What do you dislike about ReviewStudio?**

UI can be improved for reviews, some clients struggeled at the begining but after a bit of training its all solved now.

**What problems is ReviewStudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Assets reviews, Tracking changes and versions, direct communication with the studio.

  ### 8. Great tool to receive feedback from clients

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Architecture & Planning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 22, 2024

**What do you like best about ReviewStudio?**

It makes my life easy by putting all the content required by client in one place, and the client gets to provide feedback by pointing out things using drawing tools like pen tool, circle tool, and many more. It is very easy to implement review studio by creating boards and adding pictures or videos to it by dragging and dropping content. If I face any issues, the Review Studio team is very quick to help. I use review studio everyday, and I've integrated it with monday.com to track status of projects.

**What do you dislike about ReviewStudio?**

I wish it was possible to copy and paste a bunch of client emails in one shot and send it to them. Currently, I would have to copy each email one by one and hit enter to save it. And when I create another board to send to review to client, I am not able to import email lists, I would have to again copy emails one by one, which is sometimes painful if it is a big list. But I definitely believe this will be soon addressed in the future by the Review Studio team.

**What problems is ReviewStudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently, I need to send content on a daily basis for clients to review. Sending it through email, or uploading it to cloud and sharing it to clients, and asking them to provide feedback is tedious. If I don't have review studio, clients would have to use paint tool or take a physical photocopy of the images and mark the corrections/feebdack and send it back to me by scanning. Review Studio reduces all of those steps.

**Official Response from Joey Tanny:**

> Great to hear that the Monday integration is helping your workflows.

Have you looked at Teams for Clients or Projects? If you are working with the same users, you can create teams (at the client or project level) and every time you create a Review it will be shared with that group.

Otherwise, please send us a support message and we will be happy to look at your workflow and how we might make it smoother.

Thanks for your support!

  ### 9. Excellent collaboration and viewing features at a good cost

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachel G. | Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 29, 2024

**What do you like best about ReviewStudio?**

We love how Review Studio works and it is far superior to the platform we were using prior. The content is placed well within the platform, and the commenting tools are flexible and powerful. The team collaboration features are also very helpful. We use Review Studio to manage the review process for our 400 page catalog, which is a HUGE piece of content to markup, a job the Review Studio platform had no trouble managing. I forsee that we will stick with this product for quite some time. Highly Recommend. So easy to set up and manage. In addition, customer support was great at helping us with any questions we had during our team setup.

**What do you dislike about ReviewStudio?**

The only issue I have had is with sometimes not seeing certain reviews or projects associated with one another, but I think this is just a user issue. I probably need to watch a few more tutorials and I'm sure that will eliminate the only problem I've had using the platform. Overall, it is a wonderful product and I am very glad we found it, as it has increased our team's efficiency around content review.

**What problems is ReviewStudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a huge annual catalog, and marking it up effectively was always a challenge before we subscribed to Review Studio.

  ### 10. Great Video Review Platform at a Good Price

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2024

**What do you like best about ReviewStudio?**

The platform works great for both internal video reviews and cliient reviews. The user interface is very straightforward and intuitive. Implementation with new clients is easy. It has all the features you'd expect in a review platform, including the ability to draw on the screen and tie notes to a specific timecode or timecode range, and track approvals. It also allows for real time viewing of all comments and the ability to tag team members and engage in real time conversations.

Customer support is handled through email, but the replies are timely and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They even went above and beyond to help us restore videos accidently deleted by a new member of our staff.

Admin controls are easy to use. You have the option of adding client as users or as guests which helps keep the cost down.

**What do you dislike about ReviewStudio?**

I wish there was 24/7 support available.

**What problems is ReviewStudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Review Studio gives us the ability to conduct internal and client facing reviews, feedback, notes implementation, and approval of video content from short form to feature length films.

  ### 11. Lots of features at a great value - saves us from endless email chains

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dallas R. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2021

**What do you like best about ReviewStudio?**

Consolidation of reviews instead of email chains that can become lost or splintered, and can bloat your account with attachments. Plus getting an official signoff and proof of review input.

**What do you dislike about ReviewStudio?**

The fact that it lacks a way to get feedback on a live website is the biggest dislike for us. Uploading HTML code is not a viable option as we develop on WordPress most of the time. We have had to pick up a Userback account to fill that gap.

**What problems is ReviewStudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Holding clients accountable for feedback. Creating clear executable tasks for the team. Allowing clients to be very specific with drawing and text tools. Having the same ability with video is also great.

**Official Response from Joey Tanny:**

> Thank you for your support Dallas!
Have you seen our HTML update from December? Annotating live websites (at any resolution, without uploading HTML) is very intuitive - and works well with Wordpress sites.

  ### 12. Love how simple it is to use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica L. | Community Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2024

**What do you like best about ReviewStudio?**

I like that you're able to tag people and it will notify them and also be able to add feedback/edits right there and then. I use it a lot and I like that for each project, no matter how many revisions were uploaded, it was still the same URL.

**What do you dislike about ReviewStudio?**

Nothing at this time. So far ReviewStudio is simple to use and access.

**What problems is ReviewStudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping our cllient access the projects and making edits/feedbacks without the constant back and forth through email communication. I also do enjoy that each project has it's own URL no matter how many edits were made.

**Official Response from Daniela Zappacosta:**

> We're happy to hear that ReviewStudio is meeting your needs and making project collaboration easier for you and your clients. Thank you for your support!

  ### 13. Unified Review Experience!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2024

**What do you like best about ReviewStudio?**

I like that ReviewStudio provides users/agencies with the opportunity to create a branded review experience that supports multiple forms of media (video, image, PDF) in one space. While cellphone reviewing isn't as awesome as a laptop, tablet, or desktop, the UX has improved tremendously over the last couple years!

**What do you dislike about ReviewStudio?**

Mobile UX could use a little more refinement. I find myself having to tap on the arrow tool multiple times before it pops out the other nested options.

A way to undo a drawing markup following another drawn markup during a comment would be valuable as sometimes a lag occurs and misplaces a drawn item.

**What problems is ReviewStudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One space to access reviews for multiple media deliverable types. The ability to see if/when a client has looked at a review, and also set timeframes for when edits can be submitted.

**Official Response from Joey Tanny:**

> Thanks for constructive feedback. We are always improving!

  ### 14. ReviewStudio makes collaborating with coworkers and designers seamless!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Holly M. | Customer Success & Support Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2024

**What do you like best about ReviewStudio?**

I like the ease of use - you don't have to be a designer or use the platform daily to be able to utilize it in a meaningful way.

**What do you dislike about ReviewStudio?**

Archived materials can sometimes be cumbersome to go through.

**What problems is ReviewStudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ReviewStudio allows my team to collaborate on marketing emails and collateral without having to have everyone added as a user to our other platforms. It makes it easy to get approvals on items, pinpoint exactly what changes are desired because of the variety of commenting tools, and we never miss a due date because we can set a Date and have emails automatically sent to the team.

**Official Response from Joey Tanny:**

> "Never miss a due date". Love it!
Thanks for your support.

Someone on our team will reach out to look at your experience with the archive.

Thank you

  ### 15. Architectural rendering company - Have been using ReviewStudio for 4 years.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Architecture & Planning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 21, 2024

**What do you like best about ReviewStudio?**

ReviewStudio is a great tool to collaborate with not just your team members but also stakeholders. Being a Canadian based company really appealed to me when I chose the software. Our team reviewed 6 different online review platforms and found ReviewStudio to be the most user-friendly. Being able to compare drafts side-by-side is one of the tools we use often as sometimes subtle changes are hard to notice by clients.

**What do you dislike about ReviewStudio?**

One thing I dislike is that I cannot hide all the comments. Only new/completed tasks are filterable and sometimes I want to review the image whtout all the feedback clutter. I'd have to wait w while before the original comments timeout and then I can filter by "new comments"

**What problems is ReviewStudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps keep all the stakeholders informed and accountable to the requests during the project.

**Official Response from Joey Tanny:**

> 4 Years! Happy to have you on board!

Have you seen the Collapse and Cycle? It hides all comments and allows you to go through them one at a time.

  ### 16. Review Studio increased my workflow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2024

**What do you like best about ReviewStudio?**

The most helpful item in review studio is the live review. I can log on with a client and walk them through questions I have about changes needed in an image or art work.

**What do you dislike about ReviewStudio?**

I am not crazy about the rating system. I normally have one client reviewing an image and the review system is set up to take averages of people rating items. I use a wprk around but it would be easier woth additional options.

**What problems is ReviewStudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The real time updates are great. Color accuracy and color profiles are better than competitors. The galleries are easy to set up and use as well.

  ### 17. We are selected over other providers because we have a tool like Review Studio

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brenda S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2024

**What do you like best about ReviewStudio?**

Comunication flows much better with our clients, specially as we work with big teams on both sides. Everyone can see what others are commenting on a review, and approval flows much better and faster.

**What do you dislike about ReviewStudio?**

Some clients dont want to learn or use one more tool, even though is very friendly, in some cases it is hard for clients or even our own users to use Review's full potential.

**What problems is ReviewStudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having an historic on each review, and seeing what everybody has to say about a piece, instead of several emails coming and going.

**Official Response from Daniela Zappacosta:**

> It's great to hear that ReviewStudio has improved the communication and approval flows for your teams! We'd be happy to schedule a session with your users to ensure each member is experiencing the full benefits of the platform. Reach out to us to book a time.

We understand the challenges of client adoption and are dedicated to providing support to help you with this. Feel free to share with them our QuickStart User Guide from the HelpCenter (https://support.reviewstudio.com/home/quickstart-guide-for-guests-getting-started-with-t).

Try it out! Let us know if it makes a difference.

  ### 18. So easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 29, 2024

**What do you like best about ReviewStudio?**

I've introduced three different organisations to this platform, and they all love it! Even the most reluctant of executives uses it with ease, and it saves so much time in the marketing and graphic design team when it's time to collate feedback.

**What do you dislike about ReviewStudio?**

Reviews are still a little tricky to use on mobile

**What problems is ReviewStudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Multiple people giving feedback on assets and materials, often with contrasting ideas. Review Studio provides a platform for discussion, but most of all collects all edits in one place, with the designer marking them as done as they go. It seriously reduced the time allocated to edit rounds and chasing feedback!

**Official Response from Joey Tanny:**

> Thank you so much Laura!
This review - and your support - is music to our ears.

Someone from our team will reach out to you to see where we can improve the mobile experience.
It's an area we are constantly looking to build on.

  ### 19. Excellent Review Software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Architecture & Planning | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2024

**What do you like best about ReviewStudio?**

The ability to track comments individually.
How the archives are always there (has saved us a few times when client has come back on comments that were tracked and logged)
Doing video comments is much easier now
Super easy for non-regular users to figure out how to use.

**What do you dislike about ReviewStudio?**

A few annoying UI stuff for navigation.
Wish there was an easier app or online method when checking comments on a phone or ipad.

**What problems is ReviewStudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to get so many random emails, PDF markups etc on comments for renderings or animations. These get lost when you have hundreds of comments, multiple clients and users at each client. PDF versions, emails get lost. Review studio allows you to track EV ERY single comment by anyone all in one spot. It is a game changer for organization.

**Official Response from Daniela Zappacosta:**

> Thanks for sharing your experience with ReviewStudio. It's great to see just how beneficial our tools and features are for your organization - A game changer, in fact!

We'd love to hear more about the navigation concerns you have. Please reach out to us with more information - We'd be happy to explore how we can improve this experience.

The platform is also compatible with a mobile and iPad view. Feel free to include further comments on this point. We'd love the feedback!

  ### 20. Keeping track of internal and external edits on projects is much easier now.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2024

**What do you like best about ReviewStudio?**

We can post all versions of a project to one place, document our own internal review edits along with our client's edits and have all readily available to cross-reference at any moment along the way. Plus, we can keep our internal edits private so clients don't have to see those.

**What do you dislike about ReviewStudio?**

It is somewhat easy to post jobs to the wrong spot. Some tools aren't very intuitive and require us to provide instruction to our clients.

**What problems is ReviewStudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rather than reviewing projects in silos, we can now collaborate and see comments from others and respond to them. This helps production to move forward with more complete feedback. Our clients have the same benefit in that they can see each other's comments, answer questions and make sure direction is clear to us.

**Official Response from Joey Tanny:**

> Internal-external privacy is a must for anyone working with outside clients/teams. Glad you are benefitting from it!

If you'd like to reach out to us, I'd love to explore the issues you are running in to - and how we can make the tools even more intuitive.

  ### 21. Our clients like ReviewStudio and so do we.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Online Media | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2024

**What do you like best about ReviewStudio?**

Our clients find ReviewStudio to be very easy to use and intuitive. On the other side, I and our team, find it very simple and easy to use. ReviewStudio has a lot of features that we do not currently use as they are not relevant to our needs. We love the ability to lock reviews so that they are still visible however no new comments can be left.

**What do you dislike about ReviewStudio?**

Sometimes images do not upload as expected. No way to just archive reviews. Exporting review comments creates a difficult to read excel spreadsheet. Attaching an image to a comment is not intuitive (you have to leave a comment first).

**What problems is ReviewStudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ReviewStudio allows us to send images and videos to our clients for review. We are also able to use it internally to collaborate.

  ### 22. Amazing way to get client feedback of media before publish

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh G. | 3D Technical Visualization Artist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 29, 2024

**What do you like best about ReviewStudio?**

The best part is how I can get feedback and markups from as many people as I want on the same project and everyone can see each others comments on graphic design, 3D, or videos, and it's very intuitive and time saving.

**What do you dislike about ReviewStudio?**

The only thing I don't like is it used to be open to anyone to have permission to participate by default but in the last update it's more locked down and I have to change the permission but I'm guessing that is due to companies being more security minded than what I have to deal with.

**What problems is ReviewStudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives me a way to get feedback and redmarks on 3D renderings and video from my clients or other designers working on the project all in one place. It is simple and very effective.

  ### 23. Sweet and seemless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Augustina A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2024

**What do you like best about ReviewStudio?**

I like how it's easy accessible. and how users fil in their information. The fact that it's easy to be accessed helps.

**What do you dislike about ReviewStudio?**

it doesn't offer een updated review. It would be nice if you provide one concept and then within the same name can offer a second revision in the same thread.

**What problems is ReviewStudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems that it solves is that you don't have to send everything as an attachment. It also allows the creations to stay in the posession of the designer.

**Official Response from Joey Tanny:**

> Thanks for the review.

  ### 24. Useful tool for planning social media posts

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2024

**What do you like best about ReviewStudio?**

We like the fact that you can have multiple clients as well as multiple projects within each client. Clients love to use Review Studio and find it easy to use, markup and leave comments. It's helpful to look back on a job to see how much time was spent. It's improved a lot since I first started using it. The Customer support is great and they were very helpful when we first started. We use Review Studio on every job that involves a client reviewing artwork. Both us and client find it easy to leave comments and mark-up and approve artwork.

**What do you dislike about ReviewStudio?**

Mainly the cost. We are a small agency, and our next tier is 5 users which we mainly use 1-2.

**What problems is ReviewStudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of progress of jobs

  ### 25. Very simple and does exactly what it's supposed to do.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mado G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2024

**What do you like best about ReviewStudio?**

Love the way multiple reviews can be in one project. Or multiple files in one review. Gives great flexibility.

**What do you dislike about ReviewStudio?**

The timeline can easily accidentally make the loop feature when scrubbing, like the feature but way too accident prone. Would be nice for more marking options, like making ovals instead of circles or even text based on the image, for the niche occasion.

**What problems is ReviewStudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having one place for all reviews instead of a million emails.

**Official Response from Joey Tanny:**

> Great to have you on board.

Re: circles, you can drag the shape to make an oval. Text review at the moment is reserved for documents (whether PDF, PPT, DOC or otherwise) as we can extract the text layer on import. We can take a look.

Email support at any time with your feedback or requests!

  ### 26. Review studio has been and effective and key tool in our agencies workflow

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Louis v. | Digital Campaign Specialist, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2024

**What do you like best about ReviewStudio?**

Being able to clearly see where the requested alterations are needed and being able to compare new versions with previous versions of the document

**What do you dislike about ReviewStudio?**

I would change the realtime refresh of changes to the website for one, and I would prefer it if there was an option to insert a link to source materials (such as a link that can be clicked to a file on cloud storage like Google drive).

**What problems is ReviewStudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It facilitates our team in getting approvals and streamlines communication between our agency and the client. This helps ensure we have the client's consent is documented and prevents disputes over work done. It also helps us clearly identify requested changes.

**Official Response from Daniela Zappacosta:**

> Keeping track of the clients consent and feedback is crucial to preventing disputes over work done. Glad to see ReviewStudio has helped your company with this!

You can insert a clickable link in both a comment of a markup or a comment reply. Should you need support on this, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

  ### 27. ReviewStudio Great Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matheus O. | Owner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 14, 2021

**What do you like best about ReviewStudio?**

Very easy to organize and review projects, delegate tasks and get the revisions done smoothly.
Ability to have internal/external review processes

**What do you dislike about ReviewStudio?**

If a project has a lot of comments/notes, it can be challenging to consolidate

**Recommendations to others considering ReviewStudio:**

It's a good idea to test the internal/external functionalities to ensure everything is well set up.

**What problems is ReviewStudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are providing all our designs to customers, getting their notes and revisions. Communicate those notes/changes internally.

It is easy and clear to receive feedback and delegate tasks.

**Official Response from Joey Tanny:**

> Thanks for the review Matheus!

Check out the collapse and cycle tool - makes navigating feedback highly intuitive.

  ### 28. Amazing, the platform is easy to review and approve

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2024

**What do you like best about ReviewStudio?**

It allows both the client and agency make changes in the most simple and easy way or process to follow.

**What do you dislike about ReviewStudio?**

Clients are sometimes confused on how to use it but once they get the hang of it it becomes easy to use.

**What problems is ReviewStudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is easy for us now to get clients to approve their work/ designs on time as it always sends them reminders and we do not have to keep following up with them.

**Official Response from Joey Tanny:**

> Happy to hear about the impact ReviewStudio is having on your clients and productivity.

  ### 29. ReviewStudio - great for overview and details

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rasmus S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2024

**What do you like best about ReviewStudio?**

The drawing tools make rounds of proofing much easier to communicate with our customers. The system is fast to use and the customer support is fast and efficient.

**What do you dislike about ReviewStudio?**

The current pricing model. Extra users cost 15€ per user per month, which is a high price. 2 € per user would be acceptable.

**What problems is ReviewStudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It help us communicate much better with our customers which is benefitial for both us and our customers.

  ### 30. Can't live without ReviewStudio

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bobby P. | Freelance Architectural Illustrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2021

**What do you like best about ReviewStudio?**

It allows my clients to markup my rendering online, with limited computer skills. It also allows me to lock down images, so they can't use them until they pay, and it leaves a paper trail of comments with versions.

**What do you dislike about ReviewStudio?**

I would like to archive projects and a good iPad and iPhone app would be perfect.

**What problems is ReviewStudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everyone is on the same page, looking at the same information at the same time.

**Official Response from Joey Tanny:**

> We really appreciate that!

As an aside, you can archive projects - check out the link below. If you'd like, schedule a time and we'd be happy to walk you through this (and more) .

  ### 31. It is easy to use and streamlines the entire review process that helps faster turnaround times.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joleen B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2024

**What do you like best about ReviewStudio?**

Having everyone involved in the project internally and from a client point of view being able to review and provide feedback instantly.

**What do you dislike about ReviewStudio?**

There are sometimes a bit of lag in file load time.

**What problems is ReviewStudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps speed up the creative review and rework process. It also speeds up the review process of any reworks that have been done to ensure that all client reworks have been implemented correctly and accurately.

  ### 32. The best platform for routing agency work

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2024

**What do you like best about ReviewStudio?**

ReviewStudio is an excellent platform for creative agencies to track versions and feedback on creative routes. It's easy for PMs to manage, and the internal/external permissions features are perfect for controlling the client's view of active projects.

**What do you dislike about ReviewStudio?**

Communication about planned platform updates and unexpected outages or bugs needs to be improved. UX functionality could be improved - eg "add all users" in one click, managing and assigning comments/action items, a better admin dashboard.

**What problems is ReviewStudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ReviewStudio manages endless versions of creative work, approvals and centralizes internal and external feedback.

  ### 33. Easy to Use with Nice Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 29, 2024

**What do you like best about ReviewStudio?**

Auto email alerts include an image of the item that needs a review - helps with people who don't read or just skim emails.

**What do you dislike about ReviewStudio?**

Very occasionally your status selection doesn't save, so you need to double-check. That may have been a glitch that was corrected, as we haven't noticed it as a problem lately.

**What problems is ReviewStudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ReviewStudio reduces the number of emails to keep track of and keeps the team from sharing large files via email or in a dropbox. Comments tracking in one place, plus the ability to mark up in multiple ways means feedback is easily gathered and understood.

  ### 34. This has made our review process so much more efficient!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Printing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 29, 2024

**What do you like best about ReviewStudio?**

Easily share to clients, without having any apps to download.
Know who is looking at the artwork uploaded.
Easy for clients to approve, comment and pinpoint areas to edit.
Uploading files, updating files is just simple to do.
The interface is nice and clean.
Anytime I've had an issue, someone responds quickly.
It just works all the time.

**What do you dislike about ReviewStudio?**

I wish there was a way to better use for wholesale clients and still keep our logo for our retail clients.

**What problems is ReviewStudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have date, name and time stamp on approvals now. No more questioning which art was approved or the version.

  ### 35. Great Software with one flaw

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ankur P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2024

**What do you like best about ReviewStudio?**

It does everything our Marketing department needs for approving artwork.

**What do you dislike about ReviewStudio?**

When something is rejected during a workflow, it does not kickoff an alternate workflow for rejections, the process just stops at that point and there is not way of configuring an alternate workflow.

**What problems is ReviewStudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use to have a excel sheet for approvals of artwork and it was getting very confusing on who had approved there part. This software elevated all of that as memebers of the team recieved an email everytime it was there turn to approve.

**Official Response from Joey Tanny:**

> Hi Ankur - thanks for that feedback.
I will look at getting that feature into our roadmap.

It helps with the reviewing process internally and externally

**What do you dislike about ReviewStudio?**

**What problems is ReviewStudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps solve the review gap that we had while only using emails. With this you can point out all changes without having to take multiple screenshots

  ### 38. Great platform to use for 1reviewing and approving

We're currently adding to our tutorials and guides to ensure the learning curve at the start isn't so steep. As intuitive as the platform is, there's always more to do. Thank you for the feedback.

  ### 40. Very useful review system

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Graphic Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2021

**What do you like best about ReviewStudio?**

ReviewStudio makes it very easy to get coherent feedback from clients, especially with design projects where copy changes need to be very clear.

We use it for large documents and our clients are very happy with the experience of providing feedback as we can discuss the changes directly on the review if they are not clear.

**What do you dislike about ReviewStudio?**

The sharing menu for reviews could be a bit clearer.

**What problems is ReviewStudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting feedback on design projects from clients, especially larger multi-page designs.

  ### 41. Productive

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2024

**What do you like best about ReviewStudio?**

The most helpful function of Review Studio is the fact that you can upload multiple versions and see the old comments. As designers,  we sometimes need the old feedback as well.

**What do you dislike about ReviewStudio?**

It's a bit complicated when you just start with the programme; it takes a while to get used to.

**What problems is ReviewStudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ReviewStudio helps me, as a designer, get easier approval for my design and be able to share it with my co-workers and clients without sending an email all the time.

  ### 42. Easily integrated

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2024

**What do you like best about ReviewStudio?**

We could integrate it into our wider solution while customising it to look and feel as a native part of our ecosystem. It has become a core part of our solution being used daily by our users. Support has been great throughout the journey.

**What do you dislike about ReviewStudio?**

Not much other than the ability to support natively HTML and 3D content.

**What problems is ReviewStudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralising collaboration, enabling visibility and tracking and most importantly replacing archaic ways of working (i.e. email based reviews).

  ### 43. Feels like they thought of almost everything!

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2024

**What do you like best about ReviewStudio?**

I love that I can have multiple people providing feedback without them all needing to see each others comments. I love the reports for tracking approvals, and the versioning system. Feels like every time I wonder if ReviewStudio can do "X", I dig a bit and the answer is yes. Has really improved productivity on my team!

**What do you dislike about ReviewStudio?**

When I needed account support it was slightly difficult to get ahold of someone, but once I did they were very helpful.

**What problems is ReviewStudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instead of needing to email 25 people to have them all approve the same thing, I can upload one asset to ReviewStudio and collect feedback from those 25 people in half the time.

It is easy to use in our organization, we all really enjoy the tool.

Being able to copy projects/reviews. I don't need the uploaded file to be copied, but the tags, reviewers, names, could all be copied. This would help with monthly customer reviews that are the same besides the content.

**What problems is ReviewStudio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to see feedback visually than through email, it helps us all a lot.

**Official Response from Joey Tanny:**

> Glad you are finding it useful!
