## Respondent Reviews
  ### 1. Professional Platform for High-Quality Research Participation

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeni J. | Software Dev , Ai Agents Builder, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Respondent?**

Respondent is a great platform for finding high-quality research participants and conducting user interviews with professionals across different industries. The UI is clean and beginner-friendly, making it easy to schedule sessions, manage studies, and track responses without much setup. Its integrations with calendar and communication tools help streamline the entire research workflow for teams and agencies. Pricing is slightly premium, but the quality of participants and time saved in recruitment make it worth the investment for serious research projects. It’s best suited for UX researchers, product teams, and marketers who need reliable B2B insights quickly and efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Respondent?**

One downside of Respondent is that recruiting participants for niche studies can sometimes take longer than expected. The platform is easy to use, but the applicant filtering process could offer more advanced customization and automation features. Pricing may also feel expensive for smaller teams or startups running frequent research sessions on a limited budget. Occasionally, study applications attract a high volume of responses, which can make participant selection more time-consuming. Despite these limitations, the platform still delivers strong value through its quality participant network and overall research workflow experience.

**What problems is Respondent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Respondent solves the challenge of finding qualified and reliable participants for user research and professional interviews. It helps streamline the recruitment process by bringing participant sourcing, scheduling, and communication into one easy-to-manage platform. The clean UI and organized workflow reduce the time spent coordinating studies and managing participant responses manually. Its targeting capabilities make it easier to connect with professionals from specific industries, improving the quality of research insights. This has helped improve research efficiency, speed up decision-making, and deliver more accurate feedback for product and marketing teams.

  ### 2. High-Quality Respondents, Fast Data Delivery, and Easy Onboarding

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Konjengbam M. | BDR, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Respondent?**

I love this platform for its high quality service that provides researchers or Market analyst with the right respondents that is required for the study. The best part of this platform is that the ability of this platform to weed out red flag respondents with its system and also allows another layer of verification and choice from the surveyor or researcher itself. It allows faster delivery of data by identifying the right target population. This platform is really good for respondents and the researcher as the researcher gets the right respondent and the respondent gets some incentive for sharing the experience allowing both parties to benefit. Other than this I felt that the user interface was easy to use and the onboarding was really easy.

**What do you dislike about Respondent?**

I love most part of this platform but I have to admit that this platform may be a little expensive for the researcher due to its high incentive for each and every respondents. Other than this it may be frustrating for some respondents as the invites are kept in pending mode for a long time not knowing the actual status of the approval.

**What problems is Respondent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is a highly efficient platform allowing the Researcher to connect with the right respondents. The real experience can be known form the respondents of this platform allowing the researcher or organization to take the highly accurate corrective measures with the result from the survey.

  ### 3. Reliable Platform for High-Quality User Research Opportunities

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** LOKESH G. | Engineer.SGB TCS-FS CORE BANKING,Production, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Respondent?**

What I like most about Respondent is the overall user experience and the quality of the research opportunities available. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, which makes applying for studies quick and efficient. I regularly use the filtering and notification features to find studies that match my background, and that saves me a lot of time compared to other survey platforms.

A major benefit is the transparency throughout the process. Study requirements, estimated time, and compensation are clearly stated upfront, so there are fewer surprises along the way. In my experience, the payment process has also been reliable and smooth, which helps build trust in the platform.

I also appreciate that Respondent connects users with legitimate companies and professional researchers rather than low-quality surveys. One unexpected benefit has been the chance to take part in interesting product and UX research discussions that feel more engaging and worthwhile than standard online surveys. Overall, the platform offers a strong balance of usability, performance, and earning potential.

**What do you dislike about Respondent?**

One thing I dislike about Respondent is that qualifying for studies can feel inconsistent at times. Even after spending time answering screening questions, there’s no guarantee you’ll be selected, which can make the process frustrating.

Another drawback is that some studies fill up very quickly, so opportunities can disappear before I’m able to apply. I’ve also noticed that response times from certain researchers vary, especially when it comes to follow-ups or getting status updates after applying.

Overall, the platform itself is generally smooth to use, but better transparency around application status would improve the experience. Increasing the number of available studies for different user profiles would also help. Additionally, reducing screening fatigue and offering more personalized matching could make the process more efficient for participants.

**What problems is Respondent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Respondent addresses the challenge of connecting qualified participants with legitimate market research and user testing opportunities in a structured, dependable way. Rather than searching across multiple websites to find trustworthy studies, the platform centralizes opportunities and makes it easier for me to discover projects that align with my experience and interests.

For me, this means saving time and gaining access to higher-quality research studies with better compensation than many traditional survey platforms. The detailed study descriptions, the screening process, and the secure payment system also add confidence and transparency throughout the entire experience.

  ### 4. Efficient Tool for High-Quality B2B Research Participants

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nadim W. | FREELENCER, Internet, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Respondent?**

I like the quality of the participants on Respondent. It's usually really hard to find specific professional personas like designers or project managers, but Respondent makes it easy to find people who actually know what they are talking about, taking the guesswork out of recruiting. The participants are actually verified, so I don't have to worry about professional service takers who aren't truly in the industry. The genuine subject matter experts provide the technical insights my design team needs. Respondent has become a core part of my design toolkit, significantly reducing the time it takes to get from a research plan to actual insights, allowing me to focus more on the design work itself. The platform handles the heavy lifting of recruiting, making my design workflow much more efficient. The initial setup was very straightforward, and the interface guided me through the necessary steps, allowing me to start focusing on my research projects almost immediately.

**What do you dislike about Respondent?**

Well, one thing that could be improved in the filtering system for screen questions is, sometimes I feel like I have to manually sift through a lot of candidates to find the exact match. Even with the filters, it would be great to have more transparency on the timeline, like when a participant is active or if they have recently completed similar studies.

**What problems is Respondent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Respondent to recruit high-quality participants for user research, saving time with automated processes and verifying genuine experts. It simplifies finding niche B2B feedback hard to source elsewhere and integrates seamlessly, enhancing my design workflow without technical challenges.

  ### 5. High Incentives, But Overall Experience Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pratyush S. | Student in BSc Honors Biotechnology, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Respondent?**

It provides high incentives. The UI is very simple. And there are various of task available each day.

**What do you dislike about Respondent?**

The acceptance rate feels like it’s around 5%, and it’s the same for both me and my friend. I screen various projects as soon as they come out, but to my surprise none of them are accepted or rejected—it just stays blank.

I also can’t contact the support team because the support feature doesn’t seem to be working, or I simply can’t find it. When I followed the FAQ instructions, I still couldn’t find any contact option or a way to submit a ticket.

**What problems is Respondent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Well Respondent is making researchers’ lives easier by connecting participants from the required field to come and join a specific study. They seem to be doing a good job overall, but they should re structure their Screening process. I don't want to take screeners and sit for months without any update.

  ### 6. Well-Designed with Great Payout, but Needs UI Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert K. | Sales And Marketing Specialist, Professional Training & Coaching, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Respondent?**

I use Respondent to answer survey questions, and I enjoy that the questions are well laid out, making tasks much easier. Compared to other sites, Respondent pays a fair amount for the work done. I also find that there are quite a few tasks available to complete all the time, which is great. I appreciate that Respondent is very easily laid out, and if you know your topic, you can complete tasks quite simply. When I found Respondent, I realized it was better than the simple, low-paying sites I considered before, and I'm very happy with it. Setting up Respondent was fairly simple, apart from the time spent completing my profile. Overall, I’m so satisfied that I’ve already recommended Respondent to several people.

**What do you dislike about Respondent?**

Communication levels are reasonably average. You should be able to delete things from your account that you're no longer using. I have lingering items that date back months that I can't delete. It would be good to wipe them off and the app could be laid out and redesigned to maximize effect. It's reasonably average compared to others.

**What problems is Respondent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Respondent to complete survey tasks easily, gaining knowledge and insights. The tasks are straightforward, with fair pay compared to other sites, making it a valuable tool for me.

  ### 7. Clean, Beginner-Friendly UI with Reliable B2B Insights and Time-Saving Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aparna M. | System Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Respondent?**

The UI is clean and beginner-friendly, so it’s easy to schedule sessions, manage studies, and track responses without much setup. Integrations with calendar and communication tools also help streamline the overall research workflow, especially for teams and agencies. The pricing feels slightly premium, but the participant quality and the time saved on recruitment make it worth the investment for serious research projects. Overall, it’s best suited for UX researchers, product teams, and marketers who need reliable B2B insights quickly and efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Respondent?**

One thing I’ve noticed is that recruiting participants for studies can sometimes take longer than expected. The platform is a bit expensive, but I still think it’s worth it.

**What problems is Respondent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’ve struggled to find the right niche profiles for our user research, and Respondent completely removes that bottleneck. The biggest benefit for us is the automated screening, along with access to a high-quality pool of tech professionals.

  ### 8. Streamlined Recruitment, Perfect for Market Research

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Minkowitz U. | Market Research Executive, Market Research, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Respondent?**

I mainly use Respondent for its highly targeted participant matching system, perfect for our market research projects. I really love the flexible and detailed audience filtering options; we can narrow down candidates precisely by occupation, age range, local living area, spending habits, and even specific industry experience. This helps us lock in the exact group we need far more accurately than through casual channels. Another big plus is the stable and reliable quality of participants. Most people are clear about what market research interviews involve and take them seriously, sharing genuine personal views and experiences. I also find its built-in schedule management tools convenient, with unified time arrangement and automatic reminders, saving me plenty of daily working time. Besides these features, the operation process is straightforward, which is friendly for small local research teams like ours.

**What do you dislike about Respondent?**

First of all, the existing screening system is not detailed enough to meet our localized research needs. Most of the preset filtering conditions are universal basic options, lacking exclusive classification labels that fit German and European local markets. It cannot accurately distinguish subtle differences such as regional consumption concepts, local mainstream living habits, segmented industry job responsibilities, and different social income groups. When we launch in-depth local user surveys and industry insider interviews, even after preliminary matching, we still have to spend extra time doing secondary manual screening and background verification one by one, which increases our preliminary workload and slows down the overall project progress. Secondly, the platform’s internal message notification and communication functions are far too simplistic. It only supports sending fixed-format simple reminders and basic time notifications, with no permission for us to edit and send detailed customized project introductions, interview process guidelines, pre-research preparation requirements, and related supplementary explanations in batches. Whenever we need to inform participants of professional interview rules, research themes, and precautions in advance, we have to jump out of the platform and use other external communication software to deliver information separately. This disjointed working mode breaks the complete operating process and brings a lot of unnecessary operational trouble. In addition, the pricing and project settlement rules are not flexible enough for small local research teams. Some short-term small-scale interview projects have relatively fixed service fees, and there are not many customized budget plans suited for our short-cycle local surveys. It is not easy for us to adjust cooperation modes freely according to different project scales and research budgets.

**What problems is Respondent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Respondent to efficiently find qualified research participants, reducing manual screening time. Its precise filtering improves matching accuracy and ensures participant quality. The scheduling tools streamline organization and cut no-shows, enhancing workflow efficiency and delivering credible research results.

  ### 9. Efficient Participant Targeting, Costly for Small Studies

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Listi H. | Customer Insights Analyst, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Respondent?**

I like the participant targeting quality of Respondent. Unlike other platforms, Respondent actually finds people who match my criteria, like IT managers in mid-sized companies in Germany. The screening process is rigorous, and participants need to fill detailed profiles, which ensures they are who they say they are. I also appreciate how automated everything is. Once I set up my study, Respondent handles finding participants, sending reminders, collecting NDAs, and processing incentives. This automation saves me about 20 hours of work per study, allowing me to focus on analyzing insights. The support team is another highlight; they are responsive and solve issues quickly, like when participants face technical challenges or when I need to adjust incentive amounts.

**What do you dislike about Respondent?**

The cost is high for small studies. I understand that quality costs money. But for a small exploratory study where I only need five or six participants, the minimum incentive plus Respondent's fees can feel steep. I've skipped running some studies because I couldn't justify the cost to my manager. A lower-cost option for very small studies would be helpful. The participant pool in Germany is smaller than the US. Most of my participants are in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Respondent has a decent European presence, but it's not as deep as their US pool. For niche criteria — say, IT managers at manufacturing companies with 100 to 200 employees — I sometimes get only a handful of matches. I've had studies take two weeks to fill because the pool was thin. More European users would solve this.

**What problems is Respondent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Respondent to access unbiased research participants and automate recruiting, saving me 20 hours per study. It finds the right people outside our CRM for honest feedback, handles scheduling, NDAs, and payments, making research less biased and more efficient.

  ### 10. Precise Participant Targeting That Streamlines User Research

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Respondent?**

The best thing about this platform is that it is very helpful in recruiting high-quality participants for user research. Specifically for participants and niche-level audience. This platform is specifically doing well in targeting precision and even allowing us to filter participants in regards to job role, industry, geography and also behaviour. Their built-in scheduling and incentive management are very helpful in streamlining the entire research workflow.

**What do you dislike about Respondent?**

This platform is a bit costly in regard to per participant, and also, availability for niche participants is a bit of a hassle for geography and specific criteria. and their response time is inconsistent.

**What problems is Respondent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Respondent platform helps me solve the problem of finding reliable and qualified participants for research studies, which saves time and an inefficient search process. It gives us faster recruitment on verified participants; this platform also reduces manual effort in screening. Also, provide us with reliable matching insights.

  ### 11. Empowers Diverse Users, But Survey Limitations Present

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anjali D. | Freelance Prompt Evaluator, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Respondent?**

I use Respondent for filling surveys and earning money. It provides multiple market researches that pay for using the interface and getting genuine reviews. I like that it gives everyone a chance to take the screener, and even small-town people can get a chance to earn. The initial setup was quite easy since I just signed up through Google.

**What do you dislike about Respondent?**

I don't like that one can only have 5 screeners in 24 hours. If you can’t pass all 5, the income for that day is zero.

**What problems is Respondent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Respondent for surveys that pay, providing multiple market research opportunities. It lets anyone take a screener, even from small towns, but limits to 5 screeners a day can mean no income if none are cleared.

  ### 12. Great Platform for Freelancers, a platform to explore user experiences

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tejasva S. | Campus Ambassador, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Respondent?**

I use Respondent because it provides a platform that gives me the opportunity to share my opinion and get paid. This is beneficial both for us participants and for companies looking to gather user experiences. It helps me freelance and earn pocket money.

**What do you dislike about Respondent?**

Sometimes it happens that even after applying for numerous test surveys, we don't get them. It can be improved by telling us at that time only if we were selected or not for the survey. The initial setup was long as it demanded a lot of information.

**What problems is Respondent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Respondent to freelance and earn money by participating in surveys. It provides a platform to share my opinion and get paid while helping companies with user feedback.

  ### 13. Solid tool for improving workflow efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan C. | Offensive Security Consultant , Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Respondent?**

I like how easy it is to find projects where I can share my input and get paid for doing it.

**What do you dislike about Respondent?**

I often have to wait long periods of time without knowing whether I’ve been selected to participate in various projects.

**What problems is Respondent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’d say the purpose is to connect researchers with participants so researchers can achieve their research goals. It also helps them gain a better understanding from people who use certain products or software.

  ### 14. Efficient B2B Research with Quick Global Setup

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jane S. B.

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Respondent?**

I love Respondent's hyper-targeted, verified global B2B participant pool, which is our main priority. Finding qualified niche participants is the foundation of meaningful research, and Respondent’s participant pool is unmatched for B2B product-focused research across the US, APAC, and EU. The rigorous vetting and granular global filtering save us time, allowing us to recruit for the most specific research needs in hours or days, not weeks or months. The initial setup was extremely fast, intuitive, and fully no-code. Our US research workflows were live in a single business day, and global APAC/EU configuration only took a few extra hours. The setup was designed for business and research users, and our US product research lead handled everything independently with just a short onboarding call with Respondent’s support team.

**What do you dislike about Respondent?**

No built-in participant sourcing for emerging markets: Respondent offers no tools to proactively source participants in thin pools (e.g., targeted outreach to regional professional networks)—we have to manually promote studies on LinkedIn/regional platforms, adding extra work for our US team.

**What problems is Respondent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Respondent eliminates the hassle of recruiting qualified niche B2B users globally and solves the inefficiency of manual research management.

  ### 15. Authentic, High-Paying Surveys with Great Rewards and Easy Navigation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Respondent?**

There are authentic surveys available on this platform, unlike other platforms where it's so hard to find survey which actually rewards you for your precious time. Also, the rewards are super good. It starts from $5 to $500. I infact got rewarded for $15 in the second day of my using Respondent. It's super easy to use and navigate. I can even contact the survey team if I feel the need to do so. It's really convenient. I have been using it since last 4 months and I'm loving it.

**What do you dislike about Respondent?**

Each day I get only 5 screeners which I feel is little less. I think this limit could be increased to at least 10 per day.

**What problems is Respondent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think Respondent is THE most professional platform to get the feedback, reviews, and insights from the actual users who have used/experienced the product or the service. It screens your profile first during onboarding and weeds out any spammers so that the users that get onboarded on the platform are the genuine one. All the surveys that are available on the platform are also authentic. So, the real people's needs are being addressed by real people who have experiences to share.
To me, it's a great source of little side income which I can have by sharing my reviews, insights by devoting some of my day's time. I have cut down my doom-scrolling time and started using on Respondent so get some money. So, in a nutshell, it's a win-win.

  ### 16. Centralized Job Listings, But Limited Applications

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan R. | Manager of maintenance engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Respondent?**

I guess I like the fact that jobs are posted all in one place and I can quickly apply. You don't have to look on 300 different websites; you can find a large amount in one place.

**What do you dislike about Respondent?**

Sometimes I get screened out for no reason or apply and fill everything out only to be told the quota is full. Only being able to apply for 3 jobs a day is kind of a nuisance. It defeats the purpose of having a platform with all those jobs in one place. It took about a month or so to figure the layout out.

**What problems is Respondent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Respondent helps me quickly find, screen, and survey for interviews and focus groups, saving time by having jobs posted all in one place without looking at 300 different websites.

  ### 17. By far the leader in market research

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alan H. | Artist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Respondent?**

I like that allows me to connect with multiple organizations and participate in a variety of studies.

**What do you dislike about Respondent?**

Often time when I get invited to a study, the study link would be broken or unavailable so I'm not able to participate in the actual study.

**What problems is Respondent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to connect with a variety of tech companies and help to change the future of new products.

  ### 18. Easy Surveys and Focus Groups with Helpful Feedback

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben P. | Human Resources, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Respondent?**

I like how easy it is to answer surveys and focus groups and provide helpful responses to companies and researchers alike.

**What do you dislike about Respondent?**

I dislike the login methods as sometimes Google can’t verify my login.

**What problems is Respondent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping me provide services and focus groups as well as surveys to various companies and individual researchers.

  ### 19. Effortless Participant Recruitment with Quality Results

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ismail B. | Spécialiste en marketing et ventes, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Respondent?**

I use Respondent to recruit high-quality research participants, and I find it especially useful for reaching hard-to-find professionals and niche audiences quickly. I can quickly find highly qualified individuals who match my research criteria, which saves me an enormous amount of time. I appreciate the quality of participants—people are motivated, professional, and ready to engage meaningfully in interviews or surveys. The platform’s user experience is smooth, from posting a study to managing scheduling and payments, making the whole research process much less stressful. I can clearly see who’s applying, review their profiles in detail, and choose participants that best fit my study. I like the flexible scheduling tools, which make coordinating interviews across different time zones much easier. Additionally, the support and resources Respondent provides—like tips for crafting studies or guidance on participant engagement—help make the process smoother, especially for complex or niche research. The study creation interface is intuitive, with helpful prompts and examples that make it easy to avoid common mistakes, and I find the tips for crafting effective screener questions and determining appropriate incentives very useful.

**What do you dislike about Respondent?**

The cost of participating incentives and platform fees can be high, making it less accessible for small budgets. Finding enough qualified participants for highly niche audiences can take longer. Respondent's international reach is limited for some studies, making global research challenging in certain regions or industries. The navigation of the platform could be more intuitive, particularly for tracking multiple studies at once. The participant messaging system could be improved to allow for more intuitive bulk updates and reminders. Filtering and sorting participants could be more flexible, such as filtering by multiple criteria at once.

**What problems is Respondent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Respondent to quickly recruit qualified research participants and reach niche audiences. It saves weeks in sourcing, handles pre-screening, simplifies participant payments, and offers flexibility for various research methods. Overall, it efficiently connects me with motivated participants.

  ### 20. Easy Participant Recruiting with the Right Demographics

**What do you like best about Respondent?**

Respondent is a user research platform where we can conduct and respond to user interviews. The best part is being able to find the right demographics for our user studies, which makes recruiting participants much easier.

**What do you dislike about Respondent?**

We receive too many unwanted applications, so we need a better way to shortlist them based on our user study.

**What problems is Respondent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Respondent is a paid market research tool where we can conduct user studies on different topics, including UI-level studies, to better understand users’ comfort level.

  ### 21. Engaging Platform with Great Interface, But Needs Wider Global Reach

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** wathsala prabodhani r. | Assistant Director, Architecture & Planning, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Respondent?**

Respondent is a great platform where you can share your thoughts on different surveys available and even get paid. It allows you to give responses easily with wider topics, sharing your own experiences. I like the interface of the page, the way it appears in the dashboard, and the way it connects. it make curiosity to connect every day to see what comes next.

**What do you dislike about Respondent?**

The respondent survey platform is limited in different geographical regions, yet if it can expand into Worldwide would get more benefit.

**What problems is Respondent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Respondent helps to provide real-life experience with different topics like health, sports, etc., for research purposes and other various topics through surveys.

  ### 22. Reliable Survey Platform, Spare Time Enhanced

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Janette G.

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Respondent?**

I really appreciate that with Respondent, I don't get canceled out or shortlisted from surveys or questionnaires as I do with other platforms like UserTesting. It's super helpful because I'm not just wasting my time getting almost done with a survey only to get kicked out for not qualifying. Also, Respondent was super easy to set up for personal use; I just linked it up with my Facebook, so all the info transfers over easily. I've even recommended Respondent to a few people because it's a game changer, especially when things don't go as planned.

**What do you dislike about Respondent?**

I kinda get confused whenever it's time to log in or whenever I first go to the website. It gives me the option of being a researcher or a participant. I really don't understand why it doesn't have two different, I guess, domains. But that's just me being lazy, to be honest.

**What problems is Respondent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Respondent to fill out surveys and earn extra income. It helps me save time as I'm not disqualified midway through, unlike with other platforms.

  ### 23. Fair payment, but it’s not always easy to qualify for studies

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angela F. | virtual assistent, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Respondent?**

I have been using Respondent since January 2025 and have participated in a few online surveys. As you start the screening process, you know how long it will take to finish the questions. In my opinion, this prevents the kind of frustration typical of surveys and questionnaires.

**What do you dislike about Respondent?**

If we were to use it, we could get good market research accomplished because they offer video conference. That would eliminate false answers due to people rushing through and picking any answer on a regular survey.

The quality of projects and studies and very smooth process of taking the screeners are the best thing i liked about the respondent. Like gender based studies are also their which increases the opportunities for women which i also liked.

**What do you dislike about Respondent?**

One i disliked about the respondent is the lack of payout opportunities as their should be gift cards options also as their is so much cutting while we get payment from PayPal to bank account.

**What problems is Respondent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly respondent is solving the problem for the researchers that they can easily afford the users for their research in their own budget rather than depending on others and with more cost hiring the participants in physical mode. Basically respondent is mainly solving the problem of user research . It eases the measures required for proper testing and deployment of project or study by providing a single page application in which their is proper screening of the participant and then they are selected for the study though making only the eligible one to participate in the study and help in their project and give best response . **What do you dislike about Respondent?**

Their is not much to dislike about respondent , few are like their should be a app of this application and sometimes favourite topics related projects are left just because of shortage of screeners as it should be either increased or bring some paid screeners like other freelancing sites
