"Verified Profiles Make Feedback Trustworthy"
What do you like best about Respondent?

I really love how Respondent allows me to upload moderated or unmoderated products related to my projects, and then it shortlists applicants or participants from their database. It's great that they have verified profiles, not only personally but also on an organization basis, which helps me feel more confident about the feedback I'm getting. This feature is invaluable because it lets me get strong, trustworthy feedback on my products. I can use that input to make more informed decisions and improvements on my projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Respondent?

Yeah. Sometimes I do feel like, the relevant changes of updates for the reseller recruiters like us. At the same time, I need a support from Respondent that need to be improved much more. When it come to, that to make more in like, impact on the recruiters. So to get an instant support, I just need some improvement from the Respondent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Job Listings, But Limited Applications"
What do you like best about Respondent?

I guess I like the fact that jobs are posted all in one place and I can quickly apply. You don't have to look on 300 different websites; you can find a large amount in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Respondent?

Sometimes I get screened out for no reason or apply and fill everything out only to be told the quota is full. Only being able to apply for 3 jobs a day is kind of a nuisance. It defeats the purpose of having a platform with all those jobs in one place. It took about a month or so to figure the layout out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Participant Recruitment with Quality Results"
What do you like best about Respondent?

I use Respondent to recruit high-quality research participants, and I find it especially useful for reaching hard-to-find professionals and niche audiences quickly. I can quickly find highly qualified individuals who match my research criteria, which saves me an enormous amount of time. I appreciate the quality of participants—people are motivated, professional, and ready to engage meaningfully in interviews or surveys. The platform’s user experience is smooth, from posting a study to managing scheduling and payments, making the whole research process much less stressful. I can clearly see who’s applying, review their profiles in detail, and choose participants that best fit my study. I like the flexible scheduling tools, which make coordinating interviews across different time zones much easier. Additionally, the support and resources Respondent provides—like tips for crafting studies or guidance on participant engagement—help make the process smoother, especially for complex or niche research. The study creation interface is intuitive, with helpful prompts and examples that make it easy to avoid common mistakes, and I find the tips for crafting effective screener questions and determining appropriate incentives very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Respondent?

The cost of participating incentives and platform fees can be high, making it less accessible for small budgets. Finding enough qualified participants for highly niche audiences can take longer. Respondent's international reach is limited for some studies, making global research challenging in certain regions or industries. The navigation of the platform could be more intuitive, particularly for tracking multiple studies at once. The participant messaging system could be improved to allow for more intuitive bulk updates and reminders. Filtering and sorting participants could be more flexible, such as filtering by multiple criteria at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Engaging Platform with Great Interface, But Needs Wider Global Reach"
What do you like best about Respondent?

Respondent is a great platform where you can share your thoughts on different surveys available and even get paid. It allows you to give responses easily with wider topics, sharing your own experiences. I like the interface of the page, the way it appears in the dashboard, and the way it connects. it make curiosity to connect every day to see what comes next. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Respondent?

The respondent survey platform is limited in different geographical regions, yet if it can expand into Worldwide would get more benefit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Survey Platform, Spare Time Enhanced"
What do you like best about Respondent?

I really appreciate that with Respondent, I don't get canceled out or shortlisted from surveys or questionnaires as I do with other platforms like UserTesting. It's super helpful because I'm not just wasting my time getting almost done with a survey only to get kicked out for not qualifying. Also, Respondent was super easy to set up for personal use; I just linked it up with my Facebook, so all the info transfers over easily. I've even recommended Respondent to a few people because it's a game changer, especially when things don't go as planned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Respondent?

I kinda get confused whenever it's time to log in or whenever I first go to the website. It gives me the option of being a researcher or a participant. I really don't understand why it doesn't have two different, I guess, domains. But that's just me being lazy, to be honest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fair payment, but it’s not always easy to qualify for studies"
What do you like best about Respondent?

I have been using Respondent since January 2025 and have participated in a few online surveys. What I like most is that the payment is fair compared to other platforms and that payouts are reliable and fast. I also find the interface very clear, so it’s easy to see which studies are currently available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Respondent?

It is often difficult for me to get selected for interviews, as the requirements are very specific. Especially with 1:1 interviews, I feel that only a small number of applicants are accepted. Because of that, it sometimes takes a while until I find a suitable opportunity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unmatched Niche Targeting, But High Costs"
What do you like best about Respondent?

I love Respondent's unmatched niche targeting for B2B and B2C audiences. It really helps in finding those impossible-to-find participants that are crucial for my research. The multi-layered verification feature is fantastic because it ensures niche credibility, effectively eliminating any 'posers' in high-stakes B2B research. Additionally, I found the initial setup to be quite simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Respondent?

I find the costs of Respondent to be prohibitive for small teams and large-scale studies. It would really help if they introduced a tiered pricing structure with lower fees for small teams, volume discounts for 50+ participants, and a pay-as-you-go option for one-off studies instead of requiring annual contracts for some features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Participant Sourcing with Room for Localization Improvement"
What do you like best about Respondent?

I trust Respondent for recruiting verified, targeted participants for every type of research. I really like the laser-precise B2B and niche audience targeting because the platform auto-sources candidates who match my filters and screener questions. The real-time matching to hyper-specific needs is awesome. I don't have to post a project and wait for applications; it eliminates two of the slowest, most unpredictable parts of traditional recruitment, making it a massive efficiency driver. The initial setup is quite simple, which is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Respondent?

I dislike the limited global reach and localization gaps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Collaboration and Quick Solutions"
What do you like best about Respondent?

I like Respondent for its ease of access and the relevance of its solutions to my research topics. The ability to collaborate with researchers across the platform helps me get solutions efficiently. I find the platform very easy to use, and it allows me to explore and understand hundreds of topics, with questions getting answered quickly. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Respondent?

I feel the pricing can be reduced a bit, but over a period of time this pricing also would feel relevant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible Income, User-Friendly, But Needs Fair Selection"
What do you like best about Respondent?

I use Respondent to participate in paid research studies and surveys. Respondent helps me earn extra income in a flexible way, which is especially useful alongside my main job or studies. What I like about Respondent is the flexibility it offers. I can take part in studies from anywhere and on my own schedule. The initial set up of Respondent was very easy and straightforward. The interface is user-friendly and it didn't take long to complete my profile and start applying for studies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Respondent?

Sometimes it's frustrating when I qualify for a study but I'm not selected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
