&lt;p&gt;&quot;For non-technical teams&quot; hides a split worth making explicit: consuming monitoring and configuring it are different jobs. A non-technical team can absolutely own the reading side, the status pages and business-level alerts, but someone technical still has to decide what a meaningful threshold is and wire up what gets measured. The category&#39;s honest pitch is friendly consumption, not technical-free operation, and the post&#39;s caveat about setup points the same direction.&lt;/p&gt;
