Using the platform daily, this reviewer finds it easy to obtain comprehensive county and contact information for properties. The limitation is that retrieving property names can be difficult, especially in rural areas where data is often sparse.

Reonomy is a very good software for locating comps through all of commercial real estate in the United States. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In order to find certain answers to questions the filters have to be very broad which requires a lot of work on my end to ultimately find the answer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the fact that this software combines both a CRM and property search tool. It allows you to track multiple metrics while also being able to keep all of your information in one place. It gives you property owner information based off of public records that may be more difficult to find otherwise. All of the information was correct and relevant to my searches. Another great feature is being able to farm specific areas which helps declutter the process of lead development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The one thing I dislike is the export function. I wish there were an easier way to organize your notes within the software before exporting. The one function that is very crucial to me in a CRM is being able to search through my notes quickly so I am able to reference information I need immediately. Unfortunately, Reonomy does not have a feature that allows you to search through your own notes directly in the software Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
