The analytics are fantastic. Reonomy lets you know when a property is highly likely to sell. You can also do a report showing which properties are distressed. They are working on a project that will allow you to see all the relationships between owners and the businesses they are involved in. It shows all the properties that are associated with the owner. **What do you dislike about Reonomy?** Since Reonomy goes by addresses, it's sometimes hard to find the property name. Also, in the more rural areas, there is not always a lot of information because the county doesn't have that much information. When transferring data into APTO from Reonomy, the telephone fields don't always match. **Recommendations to others considering Reonomy:** It's a one-stop-shop. **What problems is Reonomy solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am finding the owner's contact information. Finding information about the properties when the county record is unavailable. Efficiency - Not having to research 5 different sources to get the information I need. Reonomy has it all. ### 2. I would recommend it. **What problems is Reonomy solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am finding the size, price, valuation, and structure of the commercial real estate market in the United States ### 4. It allows you to track multiple metrics while also being able to keep all of your information in one place. It gives you property owner information based off of public records that may be more difficult to find otherwise. All of the information was correct and relevant to my searches. Another great feature is being able to farm specific areas which helps declutter the process of lead development. **What do you dislike about Reonomy?** The one thing I dislike is the export function. I wish there were an easier way to organize your notes within the software before exporting. The one function that is very crucial to me in a CRM is being able to search through my notes quickly so I am able to reference information I need immediately. Unfortunately, Reonomy does not have a feature that allows you to search through your own notes directly in the software **Recommendations to others considering Reonomy:** I would suggest utilizing this as a tool to find owner information but keeping notes in a separate app where it is easier to search through your notes and owner information. **What problems is Reonomy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reonomy helped me save time by consolidating all of the important information I need in one place. It provides property owner information as well as crucial sales information that helps in selling specific properties.
