Easy to use - can plug in any address and get all the county information and contact informattion. The analytics are fantastic. Reonomy lets you know when a property is highly likely to sell. You can also do a report showing which properties are distressed. They are working on a project that will allow you to see all the relationships between owners and the businesses they are involved in. It shows all the properties that are associated with the owner. Since Reonomy goes by addresses, it's sometimes hard to find the property name. Also, in the more rural areas, there is not always a lot of information because the county doesn't have that much information. Reonomy is a very good software for locating comps through all of commercial real estate in the United States. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In order to find certain answers to questions the filters have to be very broad which requires a lot of work on my end to ultimately find the answer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the fact that this software combines both a CRM and property search tool. It allows you to track multiple metrics while also being able to keep all of your information in one place. It gives you property owner information based off of public records that may be more difficult to find otherwise. All of the information was correct and relevant to my searches. The one thing I dislike is the export function. I wish there were an easier way to organize your notes within the software before exporting. The one function that is very crucial to me in a CRM is being able to search through my notes quickly so I am able to reference information I need immediately.
