**What do you like best about PayCaptain?**

The product integrates with accounting systems and human resource management platforms.
Quick creation of financial reports and accuracy in calculating employees earnings earnings and  deductions.
Practicality of the software in time tracking and benefits management.
Availability of self service portal.
The product allows integration of multiple systems and automation of workflows.
The fact that the software is efficient in human capital management and ensures performance and time tracking makes more adaptable 
Reliable in customer services provision.

**What do you dislike about PayCaptain?**

The product has worked for our organisation besides it  having limited customization and complex user interface.

**What problems is PayCaptain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The product has provided a Web portal where employees can view their payslips and get payments notifications in real-time without necessarily visiting our accounts offices.

The solution has a user friendly interface and its has automated calculations of salaries

So far I have enjoyed using the solution, I have no dislike

**What problems is PayCaptain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We spent so much time computing salaries which ended delaying disbursement
